Negative experience: Took my dog because she’s suffering with her eyesight, Dr Mohamed stated he’s not an eye specialist but insisted on doing an ultrasound sound !! We ended up doing the ultrasound, few non issues results were shared yet nothing was done towards her eyes, felt it was more on the commercial side rather than looking after what’s the poor animal suffering from. A clinic that I thought they looked after the animals turned to appear another business generating office. Zero medication were given and a 400 AED bill !!

They explained everything clearly and made sure my cat was comfortable throughout the treatment. Eiman was very welcoming and kind, and the entire staff was caring, attentive, and professional. You can truly see how much they love and care for animals. Because of them, my cat, Malooka is now healthy and healing well. All the staff was very professional and very accommodating, I want to give special recognition to Eman at the front desk — she was absolutely the top service provider. Her kindness, patience, and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier. I was having problem with my Tamm registration for my cat I know she was very busy and accommodating other patients as well but she manage to organize her time to update me with the process and I am sure other patients also feel treated with special care in their needs, Thank you for such excellent service!

But the doctor here has magic in his hands. He did a blood test and did the right diagnosis. My cat survived. I am so grateful to soul clinic. I would recommend this clinic to all pet parents.
