Negative experience: If you want to avoid confusing your clients, please explain things properly and professionally instead of doing a poor job of it. If you don't love your job, you should just resign. Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional staff. When I inquired about their pricing, the communication was confusing and inconsistent. When I politely asked for clarification on their packages, the staff member became rude, sarcastic, and condescending, even insulting me regarding payment options like Tabby. If you can't talk to pet parents with respect and explain things properly, you shouldn't be working in customer service. Management needs to check how their employees treat potential clients.

Negative experience: One thing I am grateful so I dont score them as the worst: they send me to a good clinic. But before that my cat was through a lot of stress with them, taking her for an X-ray not meant for cats (it was for “human thorax”, a big image that did not show the real damage) that costed me 950aed, and when I get to the other clinic they had to repeat it cause it was useless for the doctor to decide what he needed to do —the X-ray at that other clinic revealed 2 major and serious fractures that the first one did not—. Well, thanks God and thanks that they sent me to the correct place, my cat is alive; if my cat would have done the surgery at this clinic… probably she wouldn't make it.

Negative experience: الاسعار مبالغ فيها جدا جدا و شور للقطوه وتطعيم عدد 2 وكيس للفضلات بمبلغ 695 لحد هاللحظه مب مستوعبة سامحني يا مالك المكان تم إعطاءه ابرتين وتم وضع دواء على الرقبه ولم يتم اعطائي فاتوره وقال التطعيم واحد ب 300 و والثاني ب 100 دواء على رقبه ب 100 وكيس رمل 95 والشاور 100 هذا الكلام اللي صار

Negative experience: اول مرة ازور العيادة بس صدق انصدمت بالأسعار عندهم دفعت 600 درهم بس تطعيمين وشاور للقطة ولا مرة دفعت هالمبلغ في ابوظبي بليز لي يرحون عندهم خبروني هي صدق اسعارهم ولا قصو علي ؟؟

Negative experience: تعامل و علاج زيرو وديت قطه فيها اشياء بسيطه طلعت من عندهم 5 دقايق و ماتت هدف مادي بس اما العلاج صغر صراحه اسوى تعامل

Negative experience: No, I’m not a doctor, and I never claimed to be one. But you are ,and that’s exactly why I expected professionalism, respect, and proper communication. When I brought my kitten, I was told her condition was serious but there was still a small chance. Later, no one informed us that she had already passed away until we arrived and found her covered. That was painful and deeply disappointing. And today, when I showed you a picture and explained that my kitten had some skin bumps, I only asked for a cream. You said you couldn’t diagnose from a photo, which I completely understand. But instead of simply saying: “I can’t give you any medication without examining the kitten,” you went ahead, brought two creams, and told me to choose one myself. If you’re the doctor, why sell medicine for a condition you admit you can’t diagnose? It would’ve been so easy to just say you couldn’t recommend or sell any treatment without a proper check-up , that’s what a responsible professional would do. It’s not about arguing , it’s about professionalism, responsibility, and respect. There are many clinics, yes , but what truly makes people trust one over another is empathy, honesty, and professionalism.

Negative experience: For who replied to my comment Regarding the cat, we had given her all the vaccines she needed, and she didn’t show any signs of sickness at all. So how was I supposed to know what her condition was if there were no symptoms? I assumed it was just a normal birth-related issue, like any regular person would. Secondly, as any normal customer, I came into the clinic, showed you the issue, and gave you all the information about the cat, including her age and the reason for the skin spots. However, the doctor himself gave me medicine that was not suitable for the kitten’s age! I’m quite sure I mentioned her age to you. You didn’t give me any information about how to use the medicine, the possible side effects, or how to apply the ointment on the kitten. Let’s be realistic ,today’s situation clearly shows your poor customer service, nothing more. Thank you

They offer excellent treatment and provide all the necessary supplies for cats, making it so convenient for us as pet parents. Dr. Hossam is incredibly skilled and compassionate, and his deep understanding of each cat’s condition always puts me at ease. Adel, the assistant, is also very kind and helpful—he never hesitates to support us and goes above and beyond to make sure the cats are comfortable and well cared for. I’m truly grateful for the amazing service and genuine love they show to our furry babies!

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with this veterinary clinic due to their complete lack of professionalism in communication. If you are an English speaker, expect to be ignored. They never reply to WhatsApp messages, no matter how many times you follow up. When I call, the moment they realize I speak English, they cancel the call because none of the staff can communicate except for Dr. Hossam. The only reason this clinic has any redeeming quality is Dr. Hossam himself. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about the cats. However, the overall experience dealing with this clinic is extremely disappointing. If they improved their customer service and made an effort to accommodate non-Arabic speakers, it would be a much better place.

Negative experience: I am writing to share my unfortunate experience at this clinic after my cat's recent neutering procedure. While I had hoped for a positive outcome, I am deeply disappointed with the care my pet received. After the procedure, my cat was given an intramuscular injection that was incorrectly administered in his leg. As a result, he is now limping and clearly in discomfort. This has not only affected his physical health but has also taken a toll on our emotional well-being as pet owners. Watching our beloved cat struggle has been distressing for our entire family. I expected a higher standard of care from a veterinary clinic, especially during a routine procedure. I hope to see improvements in their practices to ensure the safety and health of future patients.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is absolutely great and the doctors are wonderful, a special thanks for doctor Husain , every experienced and wonderful with all cases . Also the other doctors. The assistant vet and the Nurse were very good . I live in fujairah and Dibba is quite a distance for me , but I dint mind to see a good vet , although it's far . I strongly recommend.
