Fantastic experience: The team is kind and welcoming whenever I bring my cats for check-up. They handle them gently. I also went there for pet registration and they were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, I’ve repeatedly asked them if I can book appointment but they respond very late and then say i need to register atleast two days back; while at the same time when my sister messaged they said she can come. Second thing is the clinic has only very few employees so even though the clinic has only 1 customer you might have to wait for a long time to get your service.

Negative experience: I had a very serious and upsetting experience with this clinic that almost cost my cat her life. I took my cat because she was bleeding. The doctor performed an ultrasound and confidently told me she was pregnant and in her first month. I trusted this diagnosis. One week later, my cat started bleeding again. I went to another veterinary clinic for a second opinion, and they immediately discovered that she was NOT pregnant at all. She was suffering from a severe uterine infection called pyometra, a life-threatening condition. They told me she could have died at any moment if emergency surgery was not done. I am shocked how this condition was mistaken for pregnancy, This misdiagnosis delayed proper treatment and put my cat in extreme danger. I advise all pet owners to be very careful and seek a second opinion if something does not feel right

Fantastic experience: I had rescued 3 abandoned cats, a mother and 2 kittens in mid December and brought them to Khalidiyah Vet Clinic by Ragab Elhofy Group. The people here are very good, polite, friendly, professional & with good experiences. I would definitely recommend this branch if you’re living in the city since the 2nd branch is in Al Raha, Abu Dhabi outskirts (Al Raha Vet Clinic). Dr. Omar, Both Mr. Hassan(s) receptionist & groomer, Dr. Mohamad, Mr. Morsy & Ms. Widad are great people. I would definitely recommend them if you’re living in the city.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever please if u have any emergency never ever bring your pet here My cat had an issue and he passed away after we got him here and they increased the stress which tired the cat more and more.

Negative experience: A very unfortunate experience, I will not say much, a very big hospital misdiagnosed our cat so we took him to the clinic, I don’t understand why this place continued with the same medication although the doctor knew that it was the wrong medication and he even informed us on it. We signed the waiver that if something happens to him we would be responsible, we do not hold the clinic responsible for him but the least we could expect is just that the doctor could go with the right course of medicines when he knew the case. Utter disappointment.

Negative experience: The staff are very rude I took my baby for grooming. The grooming staff name was WYDAD she was very rude handling my baby, she dragged my baby with his ears, she was very rude handling and the grooming was not at all satisfied not neat and bad. My baby was very afraid and shocked. Not only to my baby she did the same and even her colleague did the same to other pets as well. Im never taking my pets again and never recommending this place to anyone

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at this clinic in the year and a half I’ve been going there. I called and brought my cat in for an emergency at 5 AM. The doctor examined her and told me she was “normal” and that we needed to put hot compresses on her so her fever would rise a little. He kept saying it was normal and not to worry. I paid 1500 for this consultation and left the clinic, but I knew my cat was not okay. At 8 AM, I took her to another clinic. They ran simple, basic tests and immediately diagnosed her with parvovirus, which required urgent admission to the hospital. After three days, she passed away. This clinic is terrible. They do not know what they are doing, and they were one of the reasons my cat did not receive proper treatment. The doctor even asked for a chest X‑ray “just in case,” but then told me everything was normal. My cat was only four months old.

Positive experience: I got my dogs’ annual vaccinations here. Also, one microchip for my pup. The staff are very polite, from the reception to the veterinarians. I recommend. Only thing is, they cannot register the pets to Abu Dhabi transports authority, and I will have to go to another veterinary clinic to get my dogs registered. Otherwise great experience with their team. Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: I took my cat for a basic grooming and haircut and the vet was very aggressive and rough with the cat. He kept pulling her by the tail whenever she would “miss behave” and when the time came to try her with the dryer it was so loud that she got scared and peed herself. I wouldn’t recommend going if you care about your pets mental health and well being. Very disappointed

Negative experience: The customer service was ok but the person who groomed my cat was very, very aggressive with her to the point that she was hissing and he was yanking her tail and her ears and her head and my cat is A very chill cat. The end results were fine, but my cat was very traumatized. And the haircut that he gave my cat was very choppy and my cat was shaking so hard and my cat is usually very chill. She doesn’t move a lot, but he was being so aggressive with her that she was trying to escape from him, but he kept on yanking her from her tail or from her head or from her legs and it was just very sad to look at and my cat was so scared

Negative experience: I would highly NOT recommend you going there ever !!!!!! I have now on three different occasions tried to approach this so called vet clinic with very little success!!! They are very rude and unprofessional as they are not able to even provide the basic services or information. * The first time I was told they wouldn’t be able to accomodate my three babies as they are fully booked till end of September. Wow !!!! Very impressive but the actual behaviour of the so called man at the front desk is very rude and obnoxious. * The second time I tried to book and the doors were locked and shut. 11am and when I went back later , the same little guy in the front ( same gentleman as before ) told me he was on a break ! I wanted to book for my trimming of my cat’s hair but change my mind after the incident that day as he was again very unapproachable and rude. * Third try to approach them. I went in and asked if they sell cat nip for my babies as we just loved into the building and I just wanted the girls to be more relaxed. The same gentleman ( I use this term loosely) snapped me and first of all told he he’s not sure what I was talking about. After explaining what it was he then smirked and told me that kind of stuff I could only buy in a pet shop. All of this loud and obnoxious behaviour from the receptionist was in front of two other people sitting on the couch watching all this. How very rude and disrespectful and completely unprofessional!!!! Not once , not twice , but THREE TIMES!!!! These people are not professional and if they behave like this towards humans I can’t even imagine how they would behave towards poor defenceless animals. I’m absolutely sick to my stomach right now and I haven’t even used any of their services to this day. This was just trying to get information.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Amazing service Dr Fawaz is very knowledgeable and genuine. This vet clinic truly cares about the health of your pets rather than making a profit. I’m extremely impressed by their professionalism. My cat stayed with them for 10 days to get over her illness. She needed to stay a few extra days and they did that free of charge. They sent me video updates regularly. I’m very happy and so is my cat! The staff are very attentive and sincere. The clinic itself is clean and well presented. You can drink free coffee while you wait. They even gave us free treats as a parting gift. My cat was very well looked after here! ☺️ definitely recommended.

Special shout-out to Hassan at reception—he’s soooo sweet, kind, and just radiates positive energy. You can really tell he loves what he does. Both Choco and our cat Cruella felt instantly calm around him, which says a lot! The veterinarian is gentle, patient, and incredibly professional, and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and attentive. They handle your fur babies with genuine care and compassion. Honestly, this place deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vet clinic where both humans and animals are treated like family.

Fantastic experience: Great service and hospitable staff..my fur babies were treated well. Recently Nugget underwent surgery, and she recovered very fast. Surgery site was healthy and healed well.
