Fantastic experience: I loved the attention from the staff who cared for my cat Theo. The doctor Omar gave me clear instructions on how to care for him at home and answered all my questions. I really appreciate their patience and willingness to help. I'll go back for a consultation there, and the prices are reasonable, that's another point in its favor.

Negative experience: We are first time pet owners in UAE and we inquired about our male Dog for neuter. The guy informed us of the price of 250dhs and went there as scheduled. (We are first time pet owners. Hence, we dont have a basis for the prices around) When we arrived we were informed that for dogs the price is 1000dhs and they mistakenly quoted us thinking it was a cat . We specified it in our whatsapp inquiry and even gave the breed of our dog. We drove 30 to 40mins came all the way from the other side of abudhabi to go there and only to find out that the charges are incorrect.

Positive experience: The veterinarians are polite and very professional but my only problems with this Clinic is that they do not accept appointments so basically first come first serve and I don't know why, my second problem is that whoever is in charge of their ‎WhatsApp does not always answer and it takes multiple tries until they answer

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic for the first time and had a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly know exactly what they’re doing. They listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The services are also very reasonably priced, i did pay for products but without any of these if you’re just going for check up and vaccinations it costs around 200-250! I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Fantastic experience: I recently brought a very sick street cat to Top Care Vet clinic and although the outcome was heartbreaking, I’m grateful for the care he received. He was diagnosed with parvo and coronavirus and the staff did everything they could to help him. They were gentle, honest, and supportive throughout a very difficult time. It was explained to me that he has 20 to 30% chance of surviving. Even though he didn’t make it I truly appreciate the effort, compassion, and attention they gave him. Thank you for trying your best and for treating him with kindness in his final days.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating and they even let pet owners watch how they treat and care for our pets which shows their transparency and genuine concern. They also have an X-ray machine and blood test facilities on-site which makes diagnosis quick and accurate. What I truly admire is that they offer rescue rates for rescue cats showing their compassion for animals in need. On top of that their prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics. Truly a trustworthy place for pet care!

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Fatah for treating my cat. I found the stray cat in front of our house, and the doctor provided thorough and detailed explanations. We performed an X-ray, a blood test, and the cat needed an IV drip. Before proceeding with any treatment, Dr. Fatah made sure to ask for our consent. He also mentioned that my cat had severe injuries from the accident. They prescribed medication for four days, and we are scheduled to return for follow-up care. Additionally, there is a discount for stray cats. Thank you for your excellent service!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they are not only skilled but truly compassionate. Dr. Omar and Depin treated my cat with such care and tenderness, making sure he is always comfortable and calm. As a first time cat mom, I was understandably stressed when my cat was neutered, but they were so patient with me, too. They took the time to engage in reassuring conversation, showing empathy and calming my nerves. It’s rare to find a place where both pets and their owners are treated with such kindness. This is, without a doubt, the best vet experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: After my parrot was administered anesthesia, I was informed that it would regain normal activity soon. However, it sadly passed away within one hour. The potential risks of anesthesia were not clearly explained beforehand, which left me unprepared for what happened. I paid 750 AED for the service, yet the price was not disclosed at the beginning of the procedure as it is in other clinics. Additionally, I did not feel that the care provided was adequate or worth the cost. The final outcome was the loss of my parrot within one hour of the procedure, which has left me extremely disappointed. I felt that there was a clear lack of care and attention given to my parrot’s condition. His issue was only that he had stopped eating, which could have been addressed more cautiously. However, I did not feel that his health was treated with the seriousness or care it deserved.
