Negative experience: Cat injured from basic nail cutting, and a much more dangerous incident before with applying cream that almost resulted into my cat dying. Wouldn’t recommend this vet, go to Ajman.

We recently visited for our cats’ annual vaccination and check-up, and as always, the experience was smooth and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Five stars for Roaya clinic! We had such a great visit with Dr. Ahmad and sis. Esther . They were so gentle and kind with my cat, who can be a bit shy. The doctor is clearly very skilled and professional, and the support staff at the front desk and as techs were all so friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is spotless and well-organized. They clearly prioritize the comfort and well-being of their feline patients. I'm so happy to have found a vet I can trust for all my cat's needs. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Negative experience: Not recommended. Extremely disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic. The clinic is not hygienic, and the veterinarian displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the visit. They appeared unsure of the correct procedures and did not handle my pet with proper care. The doctor administered two vaccines at the same time to my 2-month-old kitten, which is highly irresponsible and medically unsafe. As a result, my cat became extremely sick — lost appetite, stopped normal activity, and developed a high fever. This incident clearly reflects negligence and a lack of proper veterinary knowledge. I urge pet owners to be cautious before visiting this clinic.

Negative experience: رحت اودي قطتي عشان تتحمم و اقص شعرها لانه كانت بتعاني من تساقط رهيب فشعرها اولا كان دكتور نش فاهم ابدا فشغله و التعامل جدا سئ و كانو بيعنفو فالقطة و اللي كان ماسك القطة مع الدكتور رماها من الطاولة عشان كانت عايزة تخربشه و بعد ما سبحها ادهالي مبلولة تماما و لا نشفها و لا قصلها شعرها كويس مكان مقصوص و مكان لا و القطة كانت شنيعة اضطريت اقصلها فالبيت تاني و دفعت مبلغ و ما كنتش راضية بصراحة

Fantastic experience: وديت قطه انقاذ فيها فطريات طول الوقت تحك التهاب اذن مشاكل في الاسنان زكام ، ما شاء الله اسبوع استوت وايد احسن عطتني لها فيتامينات وغيره وايد والمراجعه مجانا ، وايد حبيت العلاج والمعامله تعاملت مع الدكتوره السودانيه ، هذي الصورتين بينهم شهر فقط من العلاج في العياده i took rescue cat with skin issue , ear infection, underweight , mouth issue , flue amazing female dr , she give her vitamin , injection , some tablets in one week we all see the difference highly recommended, i add the rescue cat photo it’s one month only between them

Negative experience: مات الحيوان بعد العلاج الاسعار غير واضحه ومرتفعه لايوجد فواتير بالمبلغ والعلاج والاسلوب غير احترافي My pet died after consultation and medicine . Rates are high, not clear and no invoice totally not proffessional.
