Negative experience: I brought my cat to this clinic with an injured wound. Unfortunately, they did not clean or treat the wound at all. They only gave him an injection and charged me around AED 600. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Negative experience: وصلت العيادة. وكانت فاضية اتصلت فيهم قالي شوي وبيك انتضرته عشرين دقيقه كاملين وعندي حيوان تعبان وانتضرت ومحد جاني وروحت تعامل فاشل لاصاحب عيادة بيطرية

Fantastic experience: من افضل العيادات الموجودة بام القيوين شكرا للدكتور احمد ، انسان فاهم بشغله وحنون عا القطط واسعاره ما في مثلها يكفي تعامله مع الحيوانات بانسانيه

Negative experience: سعر دواء redeye ضعف سعره في المحلات البيطرية الأخرى غال جدا

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy dealing with this clinic. The doctors are really kind and professional, and the whole team is friendly and helpful. The management is great and the clinic is always very clean. I have more than one cat, and I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. I really trust them and highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Don’t go there they won’t save your pets they will just say random things so unprofessional and then your pet will die

What’s the point of having a vet when your not even saving animals

Negative experience: عندي ببغاء كان بس يحتاج برد الأظافر والبيطري عنيف مع الببغاء حتى كانت بتطير منه لبرع لو امي ما سكرت الباب كان طار وخلاص ما بشوفه مره ثانيه والباب دوم مفتوح من كثر العياده كتمه معقمات المكان أبدا مش مخصص للحيوانات،، وطبعا ياليت شغله تمام في الاظافر طلع له دم

Fantastic experience: It is a very small vet but wel maintain and clean. What is most important is they have amazingly kind and caring doctor. Thank you for helping and caring for all needed animals. They don't over price and give you good service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my cats to this clinic for a while now, and I’m always impressed by the level of care and professionalism. I recently brought in two of my cats to undergo a spaying surgery (to prevent mating), and the entire experience was excellent. The staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was clear before and after the procedure. I also regularly bring my cat here for vaccinations, and I truly appreciate how gentle and attentive they are during every visit. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and compassionate clinic.

Negative experience: جبت له 3 طيور دره يقص جناهم وصراحة شوه جناه طيرين قص الريش الكبير والصغير ومن شفت شكل الطيرين قلت له لا تقص الطير الثالث لانه يقص بهمج ما يفتكر لشكل الطير ورحت البيت وقصيت بنفسي بمقص اوراق واحسن منه واحكمو من الفيديو الي بحطها لكم

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional and Negligent Care I had a deeply frustrating experience with this veterinary clinic. My kitten had been very sick all morning, and I rushed her to this clinic for help. After a brief check-up, the doctor simply looked at her and dismissed her condition without even taking the time to check her temperature or perform a thorough examination. He reassured me that she was fine and that nothing needed to be done, sending us away without proper care. However, once I returned home, her condition worsened significantly. She started breathing heavily, and I immediately rushed her to an emergency vet. To my horror, the emergency doctor informed me that my kitten had only a 10% chance of survival, and sadly, I had to say goodbye to her that morning. I deeply regret not getting a second opinion sooner, especially after being misled by the initial doctor's careless and unfounded assurance. This experience has been devastating, and I would never trust this clinic with any of my pets again. I strongly recommend seeking out a more thorough and compassionate veterinary care provider.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed and angrey. I took a kitten to be checked due to illness, and the doctor ruled out it is Pavro without a blood test!!! The kitten was in pain, and they way he handled her made her scream and cry in pain, no experience or mercy at all. For the love of God, don't take your pet to this vet.

Negative experience: من اسوء العيادات البيطرية الي رحتها ف حياتي امس خذت القطاوه الي عندي على اساس عندهم بارفو فايروس لا اهتمام لا تعقيم و ابد مافي رحمه ف التعامل مع الحيوان خلط خمسين دوا ف بعض ولا شاف الوزن وجرح لثة القطوه من التعنيف جد من اسوء العيادات و حتى خسارة فيهم ربع نجمة
