Positive experience: Very nice doctors and staff, my cat’s spaying operation went well, however they forgot to remove the cannula after the surgery and as we live quite far from the clinic, we had to go to a different vet to get it removed.

Fantastic experience: The place is so calm, the staff are sweet and kind, my cat was happy and clean after. (I will definitely come back)!

Negative experience: I took my dog for vaccination , after 3 months he got parvo. And I called them ,they have been just wasting time. Very unprofessional, and from previous reviews I’ve seen how the viruses are going around in their clinic. About the reply you gave to my call and review , you did not tell me to come back for any vaccination , you told me to come back for an injury my dog had for his leg , on the call you told me that he had to take 3-4 vaccines , yet on what you mentioned on the passport that you have signed yourself is that I should come back for the vaccine 24-10-2026 and it is proven in the picture I have applauded in your reviews. Parvo is not a joke. There will be consequences for it.

Negative experience: I took a cat who had arm amputation as her paw was crushed by a car.. i kept the cat at this vet for 45 boarding till i found her a home They charged me 40 dirhams a day , the day she left she she was very sick Coughing and sneezing Was rushed to the vets she was diagnosed with last stage parvo She died 2 days later

Dr. Mustafa’s confident and calm demeanor throughout the ordeal helped me trust him with Simba. I received regular updates on his recovery post surgery and Dr Mustafa consistently checked in with me once Simba was home. Many thanks to the assistants who endured my cat’s wrath (I’m sorry, Mohamed) during treatment. Thanks, Ms. Amani (client care), for being responsive, patient, and kind in your communication. Negative experience: Too bad,Doctors are very unprofessional.I have a lot of cats here, and their doctors only take money, and they don't care about my cats at all, and they are misdiagnosed.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic at all. My cat had parvo for 10 days, but they repeatedly misdiagnosed it as a gastrointestinal issue. During this time, he lost all his immunity and became very weak. Eventually, they suggested admitting him to the clinic, which I did. The next day, they claimed he had dry FIP based on a Rapid Test, but after researching, I learned that FIP cannot be diagnosed using this method. They then started him on GS medication for three days, during which his condition worsened significantly. As he became extremely weak, they kept pushing for exploratory surgery to check his intestines. I then decided to take him to another clinic in Dubai, where proper tests, including a PCR for parvovirus, confirmed he had parvo all along, NOT gastrointestinal issue or FIP. Not to mention he was kept on the floor in a cage in the operation theatre, which I have been told later on that it is prohibited by the municipality!! Tragically, my cat suffered at the hands of unprofessional and incompetent vets, which ultimately led to his death. I did everything I could, believing he was in safe hands, but despite all my efforts, it was for nothing, and sadly, he didn’t survive

I then decided to bring him to Zoko and the doctor tried to find the root cause of the problem by doing some blood tests. We decided to keep him at the hospital for fluid treatment.
