Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at Hub Vet Clinic, and even though this review is a bit overdue, I truly felt they deserve it. My cat is extremely aggressive , to the point that most vets genuinely struggle to examine him , so vet visits are usually very stressful for everyone involved. We saw Dr. Mohamed during an emergency visit, and despite the urgency of the situation, he handled my cat with impressive calmness, confidence, and patience. My cat had been suffering from severe diarrhea for more than two days, and after a thorough examination, he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. The treatment plan was clearly explained, and thankfully the diarrhea has completely stopped and he’s now doing much better. I’m genuinely grateful for the professionalism and the way such a difficult case was managed so smoothly. Thank you, Hub Vet Clinic, and special thanks to Dr. Mohamed for taking such great care of my cat.

Fantastic experience: Writing this review hoping to help others like it helped me as I was a frequent visitor to another clinic until a situation with my cat escalated and led me to Hub Vet through reviews.. Firstly, shout out to Catherine! The minute you enter the clinic you realize you've made the right choice, from the welcoming greetings to both you and your pet, the responsive attention to your concerns are beyond normal reception, rather genuine care and professionalism! this is straight 5 stars hospitality! Second, the medical expeience: I was concerned about my cat's health as the previous veterinary asked for what is worth AED 1800Dhs tests with zero explanation provided on what is wrong or why those are required. That's when I came to know about Hub Vet. Dr. Mohamoud took her in and within few minutes he had a full plan on the type of tests required and why those are required and the recovery plan for each scenario based on the results assuring me that my cat is in safe hands. As a pet owner I had full visibility on my cats situation, the plan went well and the cat is fully recovered and back to making troubles at home :) Dr. Mahmoud, I can't thank you enough for your professional experience and your dedication, the effort you took to simplify the medical case into simple language and the knowledgeable control over the situation are highly appreciated.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic during an emergency with my two month old kitten. He is not a professional.The staff ran tests and were very confident, even saying 100% that my kitten had a certain condition. However, the results later showed that my kitten did not have that condition. They repeated tests and charged us again, but still the results were negative.we went to the government hospital they said that how can they take so many tests for a 2 months old kitten and he doesn't has any blood in his body . The situation was stressful, and it felt like the focus was more on money than on managing the emergency.(Thanks to them my cat died)

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about this clinic and it's people. I had bought two kittens from the animal market that had viruses. Unfortunately both kittens died but team did everything they could to save them. They offered discounts, empathy, lots of advice, and constant communication via phone and whatsapp to make things easier for us. I recently got another cat which ended up swallowing a foreign object and was almost required to do a surgery. Even when the clinic was full, the team accommodated my cat in the Dubai branch and they gave us the very same experience and understanding as the first time. They waited until the very end to see if the surgery was needed and when she finally got it out of her system the team called off the surgery. If this clinic was only interested in money they would have performed the surgery regardless and would not have helped financially on both occasions. Although i have not interacted with the owners directly, i know that they one of the best people because they have continously helped us financially. A huge shoutout Badeth, Katherine, Dr. Mohamed, Dr. Mahmoud and the owners of hub vet. If you want trustworthy vets who are only interested in the wellbeing of animals, visit hub vet :)

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. I rescued a cat from the street and was able to get an appointment just 45 minutes after calling + cat grooming appointment– the service was quick and helpful. The clinic is clean, and the prices were affordable. The doctor printed out and explained the test and analysis results, which I really appreciated. I also received a discount and a few positive surprises. If you come by car, it’s worth allowing some extra time for parking; I came by taxi, which was very convenient.

Negative experience: My cat is very serious and as they ve mentioned they are open 24/7 I rushed to the clinic in the morning 7.30am and no one was there and the clinic was closed. Imagine in an emergency when your pet is critical this clinic mislead you by mentioning they are open 24/7. Very bad. And now my cat is dead. Shame on you for misguiding people who are already in an emergency situation. You wasted our time and you are responsible for my cat's death. Shame on you people

Negative experience: When we had our first visit the staff and doctor was very welcoming . We had a good experience but as soon as the process of grooming started we personally felt that they were being a bit harsh but understanding the process we did not complain. The doctor was good and checked our dog and explained to us in all the questions but as soon as we went the second time when we came back home we saw multiple cuts on our dogs paws and saw a rash on his tummy we are not sure what caused the rash the have to check about the same but the cuts on the paws only appeared after the visit. We also have to wait there for a long period of time . Very disappointed with the service not at all happy during the second visit we also saw multiple rashes we are extremely dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: The doctors in the vet know what they are doing. Whenever my pets have an issue i go straight to them and they medicate them likewise and I have seen the recovery myself. Clean , hygiene and well maintained but the place is small so it gets crowded if more than 10 people are inside.

I noticed too how clean were their reception and grooming areas. Catherine introduced us to Paul who would take care of my dog and I noticed how warm and gentle his attitude was toward Kalyx, which was very reassuring (esp when you just met them first time). After the service was done (all praises for Paul, by the way), I had asked Catherine about dog supplements and she immediately sent us to the resident vet who then advised us to get Complivit. Vet explained the benefits and how to administer. Very easy transition (getting free professional advise, no fuss no drama)— a testament of their genuine care for the wellness of your pet. ❤️ Overall, it was a pleasant experience to say the least and giving them a 5rate! The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was very professional. My dog was well taken care of, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Hub Vet enough for everything they did for Derpy, a stray cat we found in the middle of labor with a kitten stuck—its body dangling while the head remained trapped. It was very late at night (close to midnight), and finding an open clinic with a reasonable emergency charges was nearly impossible. Thankfully, Hub Vet opened their doors for us. Dr Mohammed immediately examined her, ran the necessary tests, found the underlying reason for her not being able to deliver- a previous unnoticed pelvic injury and explained all our options and outcomes clearly before performing an emergency C-section and spay. Derpy was in critical condition—dehydrated and weak—but thanks to doctor she made it through surgery. Dr Mohammed and team closely monitored her recovery. He was very cautious and caring throughout the process, worked with us every step of the way, offering advice and recommendations while always considering our input and respecting our decisions Now two weeks later, she is fully healed, vaccinated, and ready for adoption! I am so happy!! I truly appreciate how meticulous and compassionate the dr was, he really did an amazing job with such a challenging case. Even the front desk team was friendly, supportive, and regularly asked for updates. I’m so grateful for Hub vet for being available and responding so quickly during such a stressful emergency and did such an amazing job. Thank you, Hub Vet, for saving Derpy’s life! ☺️❤️

Negative experience: Disappointing Service from this pet clinic. 1. They didn't not provide the doctor report for our cat. Our cat was in a critical condition and had to be sent to urgent care. And the clinic did not provide the report when we requested them even after mentioning it was an emergency. They provided it to us after 2-3 hours later. This is considered as a bad service and the staff was also not supporting. 2. The veterinarian did not even provide us information whether we could perform a blood transfusion for our very ill cat. And upon consultation with another veterinarian for a second opinion, they very much said that the transfusion was possible. If the veterinarian at the hub vet clinic mentioned this to us at an earlier stage we could have proceeded to do the transfusion. This lead to our cat getting into a critical condition and eventually passing away. 3. They ran a number of tests on our cat and came on a prognosis and provided us with medicines. These tests costed a lot and didn't provide us much help to our cat. These veterinarians seem to have very less experience and less knowledge regarding the well-being of cats. I request customers to please rethink before going to this clinic. We are very disappointed customers and dissatisfied with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: I am super happy with the service at Hub Vet Clinic. I will always bring my cats here from now on. I highly recommend them! All the staff are attentive—kudos to the brothers who groomed my cats. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Since started open this clinic, I trusted them a lot. I spayed and castration my cats, even they groomers and good, the receptionist is very approachable and they will assist you as they can. They always have promotion and good prices for all the services. I prefer you to bring your furbabies to this clinic. And now may furbabies are 3 Yuki, Mochi and Kimi

Fantastic experience: One of the best vet clinic we've known for 3yrs. The doctors/receptionist/grooming team are one of a kind, especially Doctor Mahmoud. He saved our cats in danger. The receptionist (miss badeth/Kath) will always send message to update the status or any behavior in our cats. And this is one of the best service I really like, even if we are away to them they build bridge to communicate. You must visit and try there excellent services.

Negative experience: Worst vet clinic. I went there for a check up as my cat was very sick and they treated him so poorly they kept grabbing him forcefully and banging him on the table it was so painful to watch and even after checking him they couldn't understand what was going on and when we went home my cat couldn't walk properly due to them grabbing him so poorly. The staff are just unprofessional. Even the other vet doctor told me that my cat leg was strained because of them. I recommend not going here as the staff are just unprofessional and don't even have much experience

Fantastic experience: My kitten was diagnosed with parvo, and I am so grateful to Dr. Mehmood for his exceptional care. He is incredibly empathetic & goes above and beyond for his patients. The entire staff at the clinic, especially Ms. Badeth, were amazing—very communicative and supportive. Even after my kitten was discharged, I contacted the clinic multiple times, and they assisted me with every question and provided guidance every step of the way and they also ask for recovery status. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the care and attention my kitten received. I totally recommend them.
