The staff were friendly, professional, and handled my cat very gently. Everything was clean and well organized. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended for pet owners.

From the very beginning, Kim from the assistance team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Dr. Issawy, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and gentle with my cat. He explained everything clearly and made sure my pet was comfortable at every step. His expertise and kindness truly show how dedicated he is to his work. I also want to express my appreciation to the two grooming staff members who took amazing care of my cat, Jhon and Roniel. They were gentle, skilled, and very reassuring. My cat came back looking clean, happy, and calm — which says everything about the quality of their grooming. Overall, the entire team provided exceptional service, and I left feeling very satisfied and grateful. Negative experience: Recently I visited here for a treatment of my Puppy. She was active but not eating anything. They did a blood test to check parvo virus, but result was negative. The doctor told us to admit her for 2 days because she ate something toxic and caused poison in her stomach. When we handed her over, We never thought we couldn't see her again. The next day when I called, the doctor said she was active but still not eating. After 2 hours they called me and said she vomited blood and her condition is very bad. We rushed to the clinic to see her but doctor didn't allow us. After 15minutes doctor came and said,she passed away. When we saw her small body, it was ice cold. That means she passed away a long time ago and they lied to us. We know mistakes will happen. But they should tell us the truth. Damn sure she died because of some medicine reaction or mishandling. We lost our child and they got money. I am writing this review to inform all pet lovers, please don't blindly trust the doctor. Always stay with your pet during treatment. We don't know how they are handling our pet and what medicine they are giving. Please don't judge the clinic only with 5star reviews. Thanks

Negative experience: I paid around 1,900 AED for blood tests, chemistry, ultrasound, and medicines - and the clinic completely missed my cat's cancer. They acted like she was fine and told me she'd get better with the medications they prescribed. But she was seriously ill the whole time. A complete waste of time and money. I trusted them, but they clearly had no idea what was really wrong. Very disappointed and heartbroken. Not recommend this place for your sick cat

Negative experience: I have been going to them for months and my cat was still struggling to recover fully and the last time they gave a wrong injection to my cat and he suffered a lot. When I took him back to them after a while in emergency his mouth was bleeding, they said it’s “new policy” to pay the whole amount first and then only they can start the process.. even though this never happened before or never happens anywhere else especially in an emergency case… I was shocked to see this inhumane behavior from them and with teary eyes I took my super sick cat and left to go a vet that actually and genuinely cares about pets and their wellbeing over money.

Fantastic experience: I recently took a month vacation and left my african grey parrot for pet boarding in their clinic and its One of the best decision that i made for my pet. They took good care of him and i got a daily update from them to see how he’s doing. Highly recommended with their professionalism and a very good customer.
