Fantastic experience: Zad Vet deserves more than 5 stars for their excellent service! We visited their clinic, and Dr. Ahmad truly took great care of our sick cats. He provided the correct treatment right away and made sure they were comfortable throughout the visit. The entire team was very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate veterinary care.

Negative experience: Very Bad Experience. They have untrained staff, do not even know how to cut the hair. My pet Cat skin were removed by them instead of hair. Be very careful and visit them on your own risk

Negative experience: Today, we took our cat for grooming to Zad Veterinary Clinic, located behind the Sharjah Bird Market. Upon arrival, we were informed that the grooming charges would be AED 120, which we agreed to. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. The staff was completely unprofessional The groomer’s behavior towards our cat was very harsh and unacceptable During grooming, the groomer cut our cat’s leg with scissors The cat’s ears were held and twisted so forcefully that blood clotted on them Without informing us about any of these injuries, our cat was immediately locked in a cage and handed over to us Normally, at other veterinary clinics, the pet is first shown to the owner and any issues are clearly explained before placing the pet in a cage. However, none of this standard procedure was followed here. In addition, the grooming and haircut were extremely poor and careless the fur was uneven, messy, and completely unprofessional. We are sharing pictures of our cat along with this post, which clearly show the condition she was returned in. We strongly advise all pet owners to be extremely careful when choosing a grooming or veterinary facility. If animals are not treated with care and comfort, such places cause nothing but harm.

Negative experience: I called regarding my cat who has already been diagnosed with FIP and clearly explained that I have all the tests and confirmation. I was only asking about treatment options and pricing. Instead of answering a simple question, the staff repeatedly insisted on “confirming” again, ignored what I was saying, and were sarcastic and laughing among themselves during the call. When I asked directly for pricing for a specific treatment, I was told “we will learn how to be doctors from you.” This level of rudeness, arrogance, and lack of empathy toward a distressed pet owner is shocking. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I brought a cat for full grooming, medical check, and medical treatment. The cat's previous owner stopped caring for him and throw him in the street, where he contracted some health problems and an infected bite wound on his tail. He was not eating due to mouth infection. Dr. Hassan and Nurse Abdulrahman started to take care of the cat by a full grooming first and then the medical treatment from last Friday. Today is Monday and they cat started to eat. The infected tail wound is clean, dry, and healing. I left the cat with them for overnight stay in the clinic for five days for better care and treatment, and they accepted that with reasonable cost. I'm happy with the professional and friendly service they provided. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional vet service.
