Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with the team. Dr. Hossam was incredibly calm, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything my cats needed for their treatment, especially the importance of their hygiene and overall care. I also really appreciated that the treatment was affordable, which made it much easier for us to provide the care they needed. Charlene was equally kind and welcoming. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her warm and caring attitude made the entire experience even better. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the clinic with my pet cat (simba) .. as when i arrived home i suddenly found my pet completely unconscious and not responding with slow heart beat.. luckily i found Dr. Hossam who without wasting anytime gave full attention to my pet and understood the emergency .. immediate measure were taken and he guided me about the measures i should take at home .. its 4 days now .. and simba is recovering and getting healthy and is in much better shape .. thanks to Dr. Hossam and team !! Highly recommend for emergency matters ...

Negative experience: IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTRUSTING THEM TO THIS FACILITY. I TRUSTED THEM WITH A HEALTHY CAT AND LOST HER WHILE SHE WAS IN THEIR CARE. 2 days before, I took my healthy, active cat in for a routine wash and hours later, I was faced with every pet owner’s worst nightmare bringing home her lifeless body. I even have video footage of what happened. What makes this even more heartbreaking is my belief that signs of distress were not recognized or acted on quickly enough. the PERSON WASHING her remained there as my cat’s condition rapidly deteriorated. It appeared that no effective action was taken until it was too late, and my beloved cat lose her life while in THEIR CARE. If a pet is panicking or showing signs of a medical emergency, staff should be trained to notice and respond without delay. The way this situation was handled left me devastated and has seriously shaken my trust in their standards of supervision, animal handling and emergency response. No pet owner should have to experience the pain of taking their beloved pet for grooming and never bringing them home alive. THE PAIN OF THIS LOSS IS SOMETHING I WILL CARRY FOREVER. I WOULD NEVER WANT ANOTHER PET OWNER TO EXPERIENCE THIS HEARTBREAK. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTRUSTING THEM TO THIS FACILITY. AND PLEASE KEEP MY BELOVED CAT IN YOUR PRAYERS.

Negative experience: Dr hossam misdiagnosed my cat, dont recommend stay away from that clinic for your cats safety

Negative experience: I entrusted my cat’s life to this clinic and unfortunately had a heartbreaking experience. My cat was treated by Dr. Hossam, but I believe his condition was misdiagnosed and the seriousness of his illness was not properly addressed. As a result, his condition deteriorated significantly, leading to severe blood loss and ultimately his passing. Very bad clinic and highly not recommended

Negative experience: I took two of my cats to Al Rahmah Vet Shop for grooming, and both came back home with visible hurt marks. This is completely unacceptable. These poor animals can’t speak or explain their pain — we only discover it when we check them ourselves — and the staff showed no courtesy or responsibility toward their well‑being. On top of that, their pricing is extremely inconsistent. Last time, they charged me around 3000 just because my cat was sick. Every visit somehow ends with a bill of 700–800, simply because they know we care about our pets and will do anything to keep them healthy. It feels like they only care about making money, nothing else. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pets.

Negative experience: ما انصح في هاي العياده أبدا ما يخافون ربهم ولا فيهم ضمير فقط ماديين اتمنى الي فعلا عنده حاله طارئه وعلاج طويل ما يدخل هاي العياده لانه مستحيل يقدر يطلع منها بسلام راح يسحبون فلوس من كل صوب لا فيه مراعه للحالات الانسانيه ولا ضمير قط شارع عندهم من شهرين حاله إنسانيه ومافيه الحمدلله فايروس فقط فطريات وجرحين والتهاب يعني علاج مال ١٠ ايام بالكثير إذا كانو أكفاء بس القط تم عندهم اكثر عن شهرين ولين الحين يقولن حالته شوي تحسنت ومافي اي مراعاه للحاله انه قط شارع الفواتير على المنقذه فوق ٧٠٠٠ فقط على فحوصات كريمات كولر سبوح والبوردنق مافي تساهل في اي شي ما انصح بهاي العياده أبدا أبدا للأسف تجربه جدا سيئه

Negative experience: I want to give 0 star. Please dont visit this vet if u care about ur pet. Cuz they dont maintain the machine for grooming clean which cause ur pet get infection. My cat got ringworm, fungal infection so badly. I didnt want to know as well till i experienced. Yes staffs are kind but whats the point of vet without hygienic, at the end u pay for lots of money for thetreatment. U guys should be careful this is not a joke n not ur playground to play with animals life. U really need to get this feedback n improve.

Negative experience: هالمكان ابداً مابنصح فيه وحرام عليهن قطتي ماكانت بتعاني من اي شي اخذتها حممتها عندهم وطلبت حمام بكون طبي مثل كل مرة وانا واقفة اشوفهم يحمموها خلوها بالحمام الشامبو العادي مع انه الطبي أغلا حتى نبهتهم انه طبي حممومها طبي وطبعا بعد ما اخذتها كان دم طالع من اظافرها بعد القص ويقلي الخبير هالشي عادي وهاد اول مرة يحصل هالشي ومن بعد الحمام فورا جاها فطريات اول مرة اشوفها بحياتي وهية بالبيت لابتخلط مع قطط ولابتطلع مكان والقص ابدا موزابط كلشي اتغاضيت عنه بس لما شفت الفطريات هالشي ابدا مومقبول ولايهتمون بالنظافة داخل كنت زبونتهم لمدة سنة ولكن من بعدها ابدا ما اكرر التجربة تعديل: هي صورها بالعيادة عندكم من هية وصغيرة كيف مالقيتو اي داتا لي

Negative experience: بداية نشأة العيادة كان العلاج للحيوانات جيد وممتاز بالرغم من غلاء الأسعار لكن في الفترة الاخيرة، صارت العناية بالقطط سيئة وتغيير الدكاترة المستمر سيء والى ابعد حد، عالجت احدى قططي وكان على وشك حصول ضرر كبير له بالكبد والكلى لان الادوية المستخدمة قوية عليهم + الجرعات المعطاة اضرت بالقط، كانت الافضل لكن بآخر فتره صار علاجهم مضر اكثر من نفعه فقط لسلب اموال الناس على حساب حياة الحيوانات. اخجل احط نجمة للتقيم، كتنظيف بعتبره جيد بالعافية لان كمان قطي انتقلت له فطريات وتعب منها بسبب قلة التعقيم والتنظيف لكن ككل، سيئة من كل النواحي

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Al Rahma Vet Clinic and feel it’s important to warn other pet owners. I visited the clinic on January 24 after seeing an offer for vaccination and grooming. Before this visit, my cat was perfectly healthy with no skin or hair issues. However, three days after grooming, my cat started shedding an alarming amount of hair. I had to return to the clinic, where they told me he had developed a fungal infection (ringworm). I was charged 500 AED for treatment and then told to come back after two weeks for another 200 AED injection. Since then, my cat’s condition has only worsened—his entire neck area is now badly affected, and the treatment has been ongoing for over a month. This all started after the grooming session. What’s even more concerning is that hygiene standards seem very poor. Based on my experience and what many other reviewers have mentioned, equipment does not appear to be properly sterilized, which likely caused the infection. I have now spent hundreds of dirhams on medications and vet visits, not to mention the stress and discomfort my cat has gone through. Additionally, one of the doctors was casually vaping inside the clinic, which they brushed off as a joke. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable in a medical environment. This clinic refused to take accountability, and the whole experience felt like a money trap rather than genuine care for animals. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and going to a more reputable, well-known clinic instead (there are much better options in Sharjah). I truly regret taking my cat here.

Fantastic experience: Blood sample was collected for AED 100 with superb care and great efficiency without any waiting or pre scheduling. Best clinic if you need blood sample for CVRL titer exam. Highly recommended as it provides excellent cost benefit a short drive from Dubai.

Negative experience: ما راح ارجعلهم .. شغل قص الشعر و السباحه مقبول لكن مش بروفشنال الشعر يكون مش متساوي .. اما العلاج فمستحيل ارجع اعالج بها العياده المكان مش معقم و انا من بعد ما بديت علاج الفطريات الحيوان مرض جدا جدا لدرجة ان اخذته للعلاج فعياده ثانيه و تنوم تقريبا شهر .. الدكتور بنفس القفاز يسوي كل شي يرد عالفون ، يضرب الابره و يسوي كل شي يعني سالفة التعقيم عندهم مشكوك فيها .

Fantastic experience: My cats, Uno and Dos are their clients since they were kittens and now they are 2 years old and we are still coming here for their quarterly check-up and grooming. This vet clinic not only give proper care to my pets, the services also are very affordable, plus they send you reminder via message to keep up with your cats' vaccines schedule. The Filipino groomers are very professional when grooming my very shy cats and they handle them with gentle and care, most importantly they listen to your needs and cater them patiently. Dr. Shereen, whom I just met today too, was lovely and welcoming, my cats did not fuss taking their medicines with her, very understanding to your questions and gives free advice to better care your furbabies. ‍⬛️

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 cats for full grooming and honestly they’re always so calm with that one Filipina groomer — clearly cats really do sense who’s kind. But I didn’t like the Egyptian groomer at all. He cut two of my cat’s nails way too deep until they bled, pulled his tail, and was literally holding him by the neck — not the nape like how their mothers do, the actual neck. And on top of that, he kept arguing with me, saying I’m being dramatic and that my cat is aggressive, even after I showed him the video. From now on, I’m only taking them to Dr. Sherin — I think that’s her name — and the Filipina groomer. Even the receptionist is kind. These three are the only ones who treat my cats gently.

After bringing my cat here, she became depressed for almost a week, and I honestly don’t know what they did with her. They didn’t even check her properly, because two weeks later I discovered she had other health problems that were never mentioned to me. I’m really not satisfied with their service, and I feel it’s my duty to share my experience so others are aware.
