Negative experience: Found a dumped pigeon with a head injuryand asked if I could bring for checkup I had the 150 for checkup but it was processing so I could pay them in a day or two and they were so rude and kept saying no and didn't understand and when I messaged she said and I quote "Look if the bird is eating and active alert Is fine And I couldn't see any open wound through the photo And it will healed" completely no remorse or love for animals only money and they acted like I was going to run away with the 150 for their checkup.

Kuya Edwin from the grooming section is excellent at handling my cat LUNA, very patient and gentle. He has been grooming my cat for almost 2 years now, and I am very satisfied with his service. Fantastic experience: Amazing service. My little one was vomiting and had diarrhea, the doctor, Dr. Amr was super professional and explained exactly what steps he was doing and what medication was being administered, little kitty also got an x ray done and follow up too. They were all super loving to my little kitty and gentle. The staff are amazing, MashaAllah and super friendly. We left happy, very reassured and even got treats for our other little babies at home! Was my first time here but definitely not the last InshaAllah.

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic i have ever come across..and all they care about is money..my pet dog who was diabetic was taken to this clinic for check up and they kept insisting on scans after scans while i clearly instructed them that it is not required as i had the old scan/report(10days old) to cross verify..anyhow they made me admit my dog saying they need to observe and kept him with them for almost 9days while charging me for his stay and charging me 50dhs per diabetes test (3per day) while the machine only costs 100dhs to buy outside..anyhow after 9 days when i took my dog he was fully traumatized with full injury in his ears as i guess they were using ordinary needles to get his blood for testing sugar level..my dog went blind two days after i got him and his weight dropped to only 2 kilos..he passed away last week and he died in pain..i would never ever recommend this clinic..stay away

Fantastic experience: Great clinic, loved my visits. Reception staff is nice and friendly, and their avian doctor helped my birds get better twice. The consultation fee is pretty cheap for a visit with a bird, and they have a microscope to check for infections on site, which was great. I wish this clinic and their doctors all the best

Fantastic experience: Dr Jimy is a life saver. She saved all three of my dogs at different times and with different conditions. The reception is also fantastic. Very quick responses, patient in the explanations of bills, and accommodating in finding solutions for any issue that you may have. Mr Mohamed is wonderful. Manar is also a very pleasant and calming person. The grooming section is super professional and they do a great job with bathing, shaving and shaping, and looking after all my dogs even when I am late. Nurse David is phenomenal. He is an animal whisperer.

I brought in my little Dog,Ruby , for a checkup because I felt something wasn't quite right, and the staff went above and beyond. Negative experience: Terrible experience. I took a stray kitten with a broken back for Xray and they were cruel and unfeeling. Totally unconcerned that the little one was in agony. 1 lady, 1 male vet and 1 helper twisted and bent her as if she was a piece of rubbish. If you have a sick cat, I would seriously recommend you never take them there. They have no kindness or compassion in their heart.

Negative experience: First time visiting today and definitely not the last. Muhammad was very helpful, cheerful, and treated us as well as we were waiting. Thank you so much and see you again soon! EDIT- i had a 5 star and would put a 0 if there was an option. At the vet as it was my first time visiting, they were very helpful and even asked me to give them a rate. I forgot to do that, and they followed up next day to make sure i do it. Anyways, i asked them to update me since that day about multiple things that have to do with my cats travel, 0 updates, not replying to me, and everyday giving me fake promises. As soon as i change the subject and ask about another service thag i have to pay for, they are very responsive. Then i come back to my original concerns and questions no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. They will treat you good as long as its ur first time and paying, aside from that, nothing. Im sure they also followed up and begged everyone else to get those 5 star reviews.

Negative experience: They expected full payment of 5000AED before any treatment was done in an emergency situation where my cat had been hit by a car. They wouldn't accept PayPal and since I couldn't pay in full, my injured bleeding cat was handed back to me in her carrier and I was kicked out the door.
