Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the grooming service at Vet Land Veterinary Clinic. The staff were professional, friendly, and handled my pet with real care and patience. The grooming quality was excellent — clean trimming, perfect hygiene, and my pet looked amazing after the session. What really stood out was how comfortable and stress-free they made the whole experience for the pets. You can truly tell they care about animals and pay attention to every detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional pet grooming and quality veterinary care in ajman.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at this veterinary clinic. The clinic was unclean and irresponsible with hygiene standards. They placed sick cats together in the same grooming and bathing room as healthy cats, without proper isolation. I took my cat there only for shaving/grooming, and she was completely healthy at the time. On the same day, there was another cat with severe fungal infection all over its body being shaved and bathed in the same area. The staff then used the same tools on my cat without properly disinfecting them. Now my cat has developed a fungal infection as well. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a veterinary clinic where hygiene and sterilization should be a priority. I hope the municipality investigates this clinic, and I will also be submitting an official complaint regarding this incident كانت لي تجربة سيئة جدًا مع هذه العيادة البيطرية. العيادة غير نظيفة ويوجد إهمال واضح في معايير التعقيم والنظافة. يتم وضع القطط المريضة مع القطط السليمة في نفس غرفة الحلاقة والاستحمام بدون أي عزل أو احتياطات صحية. أنا أخذت قطتي فقط للحلاقة، وكانت سليمة تمامًا ومافيها أي مشكلة. وفي نفس اليوم كانت توجد قطة مصابة بفطريات شديدة في كامل جسمها، وكان يتم حلقها وتحميمها في نفس المكان. وبعد ذلك تم استخدام نفس الأدوات على قطتي بدون تعقيم مناسب. والآن انتقلت الفطريات إلى قطتي بسبب هذا الإهمال. هذا التصرف غير مقبول أبدًا، خصوصًا من عيادة بيطرية المفروض تهتم بالنظافة والتعقيم. أتمنى من البلدية النظر في أمر هذه العيادة، وسوف أتقدم أيضًا بشكوى رسمية بخصوص م

From initial quick replies when enquiring about services on WhatsApp. To then caring and professional service at the surgery, can feel the genuine care for the animals. Very fair and affordable, no unnecessary inflating of costs. Amazing after care too, the perfect vet.

Fantastic experience: Very warm and kind staff who went above and beyond. We only came in for vaccination last visit but they gave multiple options to accommodate our budget for a foot injury my cat had. They also gave good advice regarding meds, diet and even showed how to apply the prescribed medicine at home since we didn't have enough to pay for the foot treatment there at the time. My cat is doing fine now thanks to that, so thank you. ^^

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Dr Ahmed. I took my male kitten for neutering surgery which was at fantastic rates and found one testicle not descended. They took care of the issue and got him neutered at a reasonable price and my kitten is recovering. I was asked to leave him overnight but took him home because he is already feeling well and I am really happy with the service provided. The doctor is very patient and keeps you up to date with the progress and also is willing to care about the pets and listens to your concerns diligently. Hats off for a fantastic experience.

Negative experience: Please avoid going to this Vet Clinic. They diagnosed my cat wrong. She had to suffer because I trusted the doctor there. Finally had to change the Clinic and get her proper treatment. Plus they charged me heavily, as a first time pet parent I felt violated honestly.
