Fantastic experience: We recently took in a rescued street cat and brought her here for treatment, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Yousef was truly amazing; gentle, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout. He explained everything clearly, handled the cat with real care, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, and the pricing is very reasonable. We left feeling confident and grateful, and I’d highly recommend Dr. Yousef and this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my recent experience with Al Hayat Vet Clinic. One of our senior cats had a life-threatening problem. He was treated by Dr. Yousef and restored back to health by the grace of God and the help of Dr. Yousef. Dr. Yousef treats your pet as if it's his own. He is still following up on the health of my cat even months after recovery. Highly recommended !

They do really treat your pets like a family. my cat stayed with them for a week after spaying. when we pick her up it’s like nothing happen.she’s happy. Thank you to dr.youssef and his team.

Fantastic experience: Great service and very friendly. We got our cat spayed here last week, and the experience was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and gentle with our cat, making her feel comfortable right away. After the surgery, we left her in their care for four days, and they kept us updated with regular photos and videos of her eating and playing. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Definitely a 10/10 for their care and service!

Fantastic experience: الحق يقال عن طريق احد الاصدقاء عرفت بالعيادة و عندي قطي ذكر بيحتاج عملية و اتصلت و رحت العيادة و شفت الدكتور للاسف ما سألت عن اسمه و لكنه قمة في الاحترام و المهنية . و رجعت بعد 4 ساعات اخدت القط كنت متوقع يكون تعبان بعد العملية. ما شاء الله عليهم استلمته كان بصحة ممتازة و بعد بساعتين صار يلعب طبيعي . الشكر موصول للطبيب المصري الطيب .

Fantastic experience: He saved my kittens life she had a big infection from a previous clinic which caused her almost her life she couldn’t walk nor breath and he preformed a 2 hour surgery on her and saved her life and continued a week long treatment and I’ve never seen her be this good thank you so much doctor!!!

Negative experience: للاسف قمت بمراجعه قطتي للتطعيم وفجاه اكتشف الدكتور انه يوجد تميس في الرحم …وطلب مني عمل عمليه للقطه نظرا لخطوره الحاله ولكن للاسف تبين عدم وجود اي شيء في القطه عند عمل عمليه للقطه ولم اكسب شيء سوى خساره التعقيم وفلوس العمليه… وان شاء الله حقي برجع …فتشخيص خاطئ بكلفك قط!!!!!

Negative experience: My impression of this practice is that it's a money making machine. Wanna Waste your hard earned cash? Go for it. A lot of vets obtain huge experience from treating multiple pets, but this practice always goes down to the standard medical procedure route before performing any life saving treatment. This offcourse comes with a big price tag, with no hope your pet will survive. 1ml or 2ml of medicine costs nothing, yet there charges are that of a big well known vet practice, which this practice is not. In this practice, vets are not very experienced compared to others I've dealt with in the field. And they're willing to do nothing until you pay for further investigative checks, which you'd never know whether they partially knew the issue or not in the first place. I remember when they first opened, oh boy! The vet wasn't there most of the time and the receptionist had to call him to come over to attend. Now, with more money coming in and people unfortunately paying, they have more business.

Positive experience: Always a nice experience! I've taken 5 cats to them and all 5 cats have been taken care of. And they have been professional and caring. They could be better at responding on whatsapp about appointments but other than that it's been a wonderful experience

Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Dr. Sabry, for saving my cat LUNA after she suddenly had a stroke during a routine check-up/treatment. Like a hero; he did everything possible in order to save the cat at that critical situation. When the cat stopped breathing, the doctor immediately did artificial respirationfor (mouth to mouth resuscitation) to the cat with constant pressure on the lungs to resuscitate the heart... until the cat resumed breathing slowly, the doctor gave an oxygen mask with a bronchodilator, then - Al hamdo lillah- it returned to normal breathing. They were unforgettable and very hard moments, and thank God, the doctor's quick intervention was like a miracle that saved my cat... Indeed, it is the clinic of life... It deserves this name Al Hayat(The Life)Veterinary❤️ شكر خاص للدكتور صبري على إنقاذه قطتي لونا بعد تعرضها فجأة ل تشنج حاد ثم اغماء مع احتمال توقف عضلة القلب أثناء مراجعة دورية في العيادة. الدكتور عمل كل ما يستطيع من تنفس اصطناعي للقطة مع الضغط المستمر على الرئتين لانعاش القلب... حتى عادت القطة تتنفس بشكل بطيء متقطع ثم تم استخدام جهاز الأوكسجين مع بخاخ موسع للقصبات الهوائية و بالتالي عادت القطة للتنفس بشكل طبيعي. كانت لحظات صعبة للغاية و الحمدلله تدخل الدكتور السريع كان كالمعجزة التي أنقذت القطة... فعلا انها عيادة الحياة... تستحق هذا الإسم بجدارة❤️

Negative experience: لا انصح فيها لان تجربتي معهم سيئة عملت عملية تقيم لقطي ودكتور خالد اعطاه تخدير مضاعف واعطاه نوعين تخدير ما ينفع ليهم ابطال مفعول وقالي هيفوق في الليل الكلام دا كان الساعه 12 ظهرا وللاسف الان بعد مرور قرابة اليوم قطي ما فاق الان اتمنى بس يفوق حتى لا قدر الله مش بيتحرك بس يفوق رحت العيادة لان سعرها قليل طلعت الخدمات هي الرخيصة للاسف
