Fantastic experience: All the staff are very considerate and helpful, as well as great at handling the pet. Prices are reasonable and they explain the process nicely. Clean and friendly environment. Both the clinic and the saloon have good services- definitely recommend. Waiting time is a bit long even when an appointment is booked is all.

Negative experience: Went to the first visit and it went okay got the passport and we were happy but our kitten which was 2 month and a bit old had a mild diarrhea with no other symptoms so we went again for a checkup to the clinic. We got a different vet doctor that checked him and recommended a pcr virus test swab. We agreed but the way he unprofessionally did the test made my kitten start having loose stools and blood in his stool it was unnecessary and very intrusive test that when it was done the doctor wanted to do it again after because it might have not worked. So not only we didn’t get anything from the test. It was totally avoidable if not rushed and should have recommended other alternatives. This brought so much stress to me and my partner as he was doing fine before the check up. I’m extremely disappointed and will never go there again. Medication should have been the solution first not a pricey intrusive pcr check. Next time don’t be in a rush and properly analyze the situation.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend them I brought my dog, Gucci, in with a uterine infection (pyometra) that required emergency surgery. From booking the appointment to discharge, the service was excellent. The entire team took great care of Gucci during her surgery, kept me updated daily with videos, explained every step clearly, and patiently answered all my questions. My cat, Zara, received a perfectly medicated shower and grooming here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The way the staff handled and cared for Zara was exceptional far better than other shops I’ve visited. I’ve been traveling to Sharjah for the last 7 months, but I just happened to spot this shop and decided to give it a try. The service was outstanding, and the prices were very affordable. Fantastic experience: I recommend this clinic one of the best , best staff and doctors are very caring I took my female dog for rat poisoning and she was treated very well and doctor rehma watched over her course she was admitted for 2days and she kept me updated on her every day she recovered from rat poisoning and doing well and doctor rehma diagnosed her and we found out that she was having mild infection and must get her pyometra surgery and she had her surgery successfully done :) even tho she is quite old for it 7 years old but she is doing super fine now and doctor Ahmed did the surgery . I trust this clinic for my pets they are very professional and they know what has to be done.

From the moment we arrived, Dr. Ahmad acted immediately and professionally. They performed a detailed examination and, understanding the urgency, swiftly began treatment without any delay. Gillu underwent surgery, blood tests, IV fluids, and other necessary medications. Throughout his 3-day hospitalization, the doctors and staff took excellent care of him. When he was discharged, he was already in very good and stable condition. We were given clear instructions, prescribed medications, and advised to return for a follow-up visit after 4 days. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the emergency nature and quality of care provided. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and grateful. We happily brought our cat home knowing he was treated with compassion, expertise, and dedication. Highly recommend Fluffy Vet for anyone seeking reliable and caring veterinary services. Fantastic experience: A week ago my cat showed small signs of being ill and I immediately looked for any clinic close to us to take her to, I found Fluffy Clinic and I immediately went to them. They were extremely accommodating and helpful , my cat was diagnosed with FPV which is a notoriously difficult virus but they helped my cat tremendously. I was beyond afraid and desperate and they helped me with every concern I have , and they even offered to assist me with different methods of payment. A week after my cat's inpatient quarantine, she's now home and is in amazing condition and spirits all thanks to their care. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I’m writing this review out of care for animals, and in the hope that the service improves but I can’t hide my disappointment. While the staff were polite and the grooming seemed okay at first, what truly upset me was finding blood at home because my dog’s nail was cut too short!!! This kind of mistake is not minor, it causes real pain, and it’s something that should never happen at a professional grooming salon. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! EVEN BY ACCIDENT!!! Dog nails are not supposed to be aggressively cut they should be filed gently and with care, especially to avoid hitting the quick (the sensitive part). What happened clearly shows a lack of proper technique or attention, and I was honestly heartbroken seeing my dog in pain. In addition, the grooming was rushed: – The haircut was not clean – My other dog came back damp and uncomfortable – My cats’ nails were left untouched despite the request I truly hope the team takes this feedback seriously, especially when it comes to nail trimming and animal comfort. We trust pet salons with our animals, and basic care and gentleness should be the standard, not the exception.
