Negative experience: Worst clinic I’ve ever visited. I took my cat there for treatment and he stayed with them for a while. During that time, he got infected by other cats there. I noticed it from the first day I brought him back home — he kept making strange movements with his throat, couldn’t eat or drink water properly, stayed isolated all the time, and ended up with severe inflammation and an infection that came from the clinic itself. I do not recommend anyone to take their pets to this place.

Fantastic experience: The Wellness Veterinary Clinic offers excellent care from a professional and compassionate team. The clinic is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere, which makes every visit comfortable. I appreciated the free check-up and the vet’s honesty in not recommending or charging for unnecessary treatments. I’ve taken my own cats as well as some stray cats, and it’s great to see that they offer support and discounts for stray cases. It shows genuine care for animals. From my experience, the team is knowledgeable and uses modern equipment. I’ve visited several veterinary clinics before, but this is the one I now visit regularly because of the consistent service and care. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommendable, excellent clinical advise given for our birds. Feels like you are visiting a trustable clinical team.

Fantastic experience: We recently took 2 stray cats who were severely infected to this veterinary clinic. They diagnosed the infection and gave the required injections for around 7 days. The younger cat was cured after the injections but the elder one needed to have it's teeth extracted despite efforts to treat it with the injections. We went forward with the extractions and in a few hours, it was done safely with the cat being comfortable throughout it. I would like to thank all of the doctors for their absolutely great professionalism. Most importantly the prices are very very affordable. We've taken a lot of stray cats in the past for vaccinations and treatments and have paid unbelievable amounts. However here they charged only 450 dhs that too for BOTH of the cats and said that amount was not per injection but UNTIL the cats were cured. And for the extraction where we would get charged expensive amounts in other veterinary clinics, they took just 450 AED for the whole surgery. Absolutely great experience with this clinic. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the best and reasonable treatment for their pets. Thank you to all the doctors.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 20 stars, I would. Truly the most compassionate and kind team with outstanding service.They make you feel welcome at the clinic and are always happy to answer any questions on their WhatsApp line. When we used their cattery service for a few days, they sent us pictures and videos regularly which made my children happy. Additionally when a sudden death in the family left me in a situation where I was unable to drive to them but our cat needed urgent spaying, they went out of their way to make a plan for me to have her picked up and dropped off again. They even gave her a complimentary dental cleaning. They truly help their clients in anyway that they can and have the animals well being at the centre of their hearts.

Negative experience: Cat died after 2 days of getting it out, as they said it’s Safe, I asked others they said it’s a misdiagnosis as some blood tests should be done, although they have good prices, but very bad diagnosis for the cats.
