4 months ago Negative experience: They are threatening me to throw my poor cat to Municipality.. Update: I didn't decline to collect my pet and neither did I refuse to make payment. I requested for an extension of boarding as the cat is not yet well. Your front desk team took copy of my IDs as a guarantee and didn't request for upfront payment so why now threatening to give my cat to Municipality.
We are sorry you feel this way. However, we would like to clarify that no threats were made. You were advised of the standard procedure after you declined to collect your cat and declined to settle the outstanding payment. Our intention is always to act in the best interest of the animal.

6 months ago Negative experience: Worst clinic i have bought the medicine worth 1000 Aed for some reason the medicines was not needed the medicine were untouched and i asked them to refund my money The medicine is also with them and my money is also with them and they not are refunding my money its 1000 Aed i will share the bill as well

You initially requested us to keep the medicine for you after purchasing it, and we have safely stored it since then. You can collect your medicine at any time that’s convenient for you.

And I am actually very happy now with Al Mustaqbal veterinary, they are fully equipped, have wide range of service, nice people and fair prices I want to thank Dr. Omnia who helped me with a challenging case. 11 months ago Negative experience: I found a cat with limp and took her for x-rays. Turned out she was pregnant and no one told me. What kind of Vet don’t know a cat is pregnant? Plus the poor x-ray images

We’d like to clarify a few points:
This case was referred from another clinic, and the client specifically requested an X-ray on the front leg only, with no consultation or general examination requested or paid for.
Since the X-ray was limited to the forelimb, it would not show signs of pregnancy, nor was pregnancy part of the investigation requested.
Regarding the X-ray quality, we stand by the diagnostic clarity of our images, but we always welcome feedback and are happy to review if any issues are raised directly.

1 year ago Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer for over a year, bringing my cat in for regular checkups and even a surgery. Initially, I trusted them, but the quality of care has drastically declined. Every month there’s a new doctor, and with each new face comes unnecessary new charges. They seem to care more about money than the well-being of your pet. Last week, I returned for a simple refill of a tablet that their previous doctor prescribed, only to be told by the new staff that they couldn’t give me the same medication anymore! It’s a complete lack of consistency and care. If you value your pet’s health and your wallet, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a revolving door of inexperienced staff, and their main goal seems to be squeezing as much money out of you as possible. Don’t risk your pet’s health here! Last but not least never ever leave your pet here for grooming, they will bully your lovely pet!!

dear, We did not refuse from giving you the medication for the reason that you mentioned. You brought the cat to the clinic last year and took the medication based on the doctor’s prescription at that time, and now you come asking for the same medication after a long time!? This is not possible because you cannot give the same medication after 10 months, which is about a year. How can a doctor guarantee that the cat still needs to use the same medication without check the cat?
Our great responsibility towards the health of pets prevents us from giving medication without a recent medical examination or without a prescription.
We hope that you understand the situation and we hope that you visit us again and we will strive to gain your satisfaction.. Thank you
1 year ago Negative experience: This doctor wants you to go away and leave her alone! I brought my cat with an injury here 2 years ago, and would’ve given them 5 stars. However, it’s a very different clinic with very different doctors nowadays. I WhatsApped them to book an appointment and they told me to come at 5, but not be late because they close at 5:30. I asked multiple times if 30 minutes would be enough and they assured me it would be, but to come even earlier just in case. I arrived 4:40, got to see the doctor. Let’s start with the assistant who just came into the reception area and just grabbed my cat’s carrier without saying a word. I instinctively just followed him inside. I told the doctor my cat has issues with his teeth which a previous vet said was an infection and I had concerns about his digestion. Her response was that he probably had medical issues (groundbreaking) and should probably have some tests done (who would’ve thought). Even that valuable piece of information I had to drag out of her because she would only give yes or no answers and then stare blankly at me, probably because she was too busy with her phone which kept ringing the whole appointment. I asked her ok what now? Her response was that she simply can’t tell because I need to get every test possible done and started naming every test in the book, and I should get it done elsewhere. She did, however, say that it’s not an issue of an infected tooth but there’s a foreign mass in his mouth and it’s probably CANCER. Said it so nonchalantly too. After 2 days of living in every cat parent’s worst nightmare I finally got an appointment with a proper doctor at a different clinic, who told me it was, in fact, just an infected tooth. Worst case scenarios it’s an autoimmune gum disease which can be treated with steroids. The immediately gave me the treatment plan and booked me a dental appointment. It’s not all bad news though, because it took the doctor at Al Mustakbal 10 minutes and 120 dirhams to tell me my cat had medical issues that needed tests but was probably cancer, which means she did not need to stay late and she got to get back to answering her phone. Happy for her.

1 year ago Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed – Misdiagnosis and Poor Communication I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I brought my dog in because she was vomiting severely, dehydrated, and in very bad shape. They performed blood tests and an X-ray, after which they told me they saw a foreign body and recommended keeping her for 2-3 days on laxatives. If the foreign object didn’t pass, they would consider surgery. I left a deposit and trusted them with her care. On the second day, I wanted to visit my dog, but they refused, saying the doctor wasn’t there. I asked when I could come the next day and was told 10 AM. When I arrived at 12 PM on the third day, I expected an update and a clear plan. They told me the doctor would repeat the X-ray and update me. But after just 15 minutes, the doctor came out without doing the X-ray and told me to take my dog elsewhere because they didn’t have the necessary equipment to operate. Even worse, they had refused to let me see my dog earlier, saying there were no nurses available and that I couldn’t see her without the doctor present. This meant that after keeping my dog for three days, they suddenly decided they couldn’t perform the surgery and told me to take her elsewhere! This should have been communicated from the start, so I could have taken her to a capable facility immediately instead of wasting time and money. I took my dog to another vet, where they ran proper tests and confirmed that there was NO foreign body at all. She was suffering from severe gastritis, and the three days of unnecessary laxatives had only made her condition worse. It is shocking that this clinic failed to diagnose something so basic. Not only was my dog misdiagnosed, but the lack of transparency and refusal to let me see her raised serious concerns. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this clinic with their pets.
dear yasmin , we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced at out clinic , but But according to the system here the dog was diagnosed by gastrits and he was treated , maybe it's a mis understanding from you only, doctor said he can not exclude presence of foreign body but the main diagnosis was gastritis and for the visit , the visiting time 6:00 to 7:00pm when you come is early this time the nurses&doctors are busy with surgery and the hospitalized patients for visiting you need to take appointment so we make sure a nurse will be available and can help you

1 year ago Positive experience: Prices are relatively high. Doctor fees is overpriced. Grooming and washing also overpriced. But the good thing is there hospitality and professionalism. Recommended if you really want to give your pet a 7-star treatment.

1 year ago Negative experience: The staff was courteous, but that doesn't make it better. I'm pretty upset that my cat was misdiagnosed with dry FIP, he wasn’t eating wasn’t active when everything else seemed fine such has blood results. There was one thing that showed that could have been FIP, but my cat's blood results weren't adding up to FIP. We wasted money on expensive medication, torturing our cat for a month with no results, and worse, he was already having breathing problems. We then went to another clinic, and they told us it wasn't FIP because everything in the blood results were normal. They took another blood test and an x-tray to make sure my cat was okay, and it turned out that he had fluids in his lungs. As an aside, we did discuss his breathing and the false hairball situation. I gave an example where it appeared as though he had asthma, but in reality, he doesn't have it. We received no attention at all, and after two answers from a vet clinic, even a cardiologist said he shows no signs of FIP. This is very depressing. I texted the doctor, but he didn't even respond. When he asked what we were recommended for liver support he said “it doesn’t have silymarin in it” I did some research and found that milk thistle is the silymarin. I showed him the next time we came then he said “ohh yeah yeah” sorry? which is very disappointing because it turns out that the liver support was suggested by our friend, and he said, "Not everything they say is right." It turns out that the doctor was wrong. Also l-lysine is bad for FIP cats. He didn't know why, and he wanted to give it to our cat. Imagine if a client had a cat with FIP and gave it to them. People, please conduct your own study. I swear the doctor at the other clinic checked everything, and as we continue to see this doctor, our cat is getting healthier and healthier. Yes, we spent again lots of money but thankfully to a clinic that’s worth the value in their services, responsibility, great knowledge, and you will get your pets true diagnoses. Lastly, and this is sad, but mustaqbal was the best back in 2020–2021, when the old doctor there he was certainly the best :/

1 year ago Negative experience: Disappointed. I supposed to do my cat annual vaccine here "again" BUT I never get an answer for a simple inquiry in whatsapp since June 22. They might be really busy so I still waited till next day for the details am asking regarding vaccine, till now no one have answered me back. If from beginning the service is like this, what else could we expect more? Gladly I found Soul Veterinary Clinic in Al jurf that makes professional approach and have done vaccine for my cat without any hassle. The service here in Al Mustakbal Veterinacy Clinic keeps on declining. Too sad and too bad.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Thanks to the professionalism of Dr. Ashraf and nurse Kinza, who took care of Oreo when he had a leg problem that caused a high fever and impaired his ability to walk, Oreo has made a quick recovery. Dr. Ashraf's timely tests, x-rays, and pus removal, along with follow-ups via calls, messages, and clinic visits, played a crucial role in Oreo's recovery. He is now able to walk and eat without any fever. A big thank you to Dr. Ashraf, his team, and the receptionist, who ensured smooth communication throughout the process. I have never encountered a more pet-loving doctor than Dr. Ashraf, who is fully dedicated to the recovery of his patients.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: This is by far the best vet in ajman because their prices are very fair and their customer service exceeds my expectations because they are very trustworthy and reliable. my cat was spayed there a month ago and now the wound is fully healed with no complications whatsoever. Today however Dr Achraf discovered that my cat had a worm due to dust/bacteria and he was a great consultant and he helped put her back in a safe state and i did not feel any doubt or worry due to their confidence and reassurance. One thing I appreciate is that they are very interactive through whatsapp and instagram theyre very responsive and helpful if there were any minor concerns i messaged them and they immediately responded back and helped me through my cat’s health journey. I strongly recommend this vet and im sure they will not let you down as their team is filled with positive attitude and intelligence.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Despite not making an appointment, we took Lily to the vet last night. Ms. Honey, the nurse, was very friendly and approachable. Our Lily was handled with warmth by Dr. Ahmed Rezk and his assistant Uli when we waited for our turn. Their care for our fur baby made us feel safe. We recommend you check out their clinic for all your furbabies' needs.

2 years ago Negative experience: the receptionist is so rude, she is so unprofessional, she treats people like they work for her and expects everyone to listen to what she orders, also the new dr asks for more money than the old old they charged 700aed for a stray cat i wanted to help they used to have good prices for stray cats as i used to bring many, but now this is the last time i bring my pets here

About the fees that you mentioned , there is misunderstanding for that as we checked and discussed it from doctor , that fees is estimated amount for 10 days stay at the vet . We know that you brought as many times stray cats and we assure that rescue rates is applied on you during the time of your visits.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of bringing in our kitten, Gotu, to this vet clinic. Gotu was tested positive for Parvo. Thankfully, Dr. Eman and the team provided exceptional care during his hospitalization, and Abby's daily video updates kept us reassured. After a week, Gotu tested negative for Parvo and returned home healthy and energetic. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Eman, Abby, and the entire team for their dedication and support throughout the process, addressing our queries during and after hospitalization. 2 years ago Negative experience: I bring my dog for the second time for grooming and he told me that from last time he saw the earearmites in my dog.. I was shocked and I ask him why not told me about it he said I told you but maybe you forget , when I complaine why such a big problem not informing me ??! The doctor said you bring it for grooming not consultation and the guy told us he told you !!!. I’m really disappointed and I will never come back
