Fantastic experience: We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Sherry and her wonderful team for the exceptional care they provided to our kitten after she was hit by a car and couldn’t walk. From the very first day, our kitten was treated with so much compassion, patience, and professionalism. After spending just a few days in Dr. Sherry’s care, we took our kitten home today and were so relieved to see a noticeable improvement — she is now able to walk slightly better and is clearly feeling much more comfortable and stronger than before. Negative experience: That’s what they did to our dog once we took her to take a shower and they sincerely pull out her hair to take it off and they did not use a conditioner now our dog is very scared and she did not eat for three days and every time we take her out She is shaking and scared to go out of the house because of the inhumane way he was dragging and pushing our dog … we have seen him doing that in the last minute and we ask why he is doing that and he keep doing it .. now our dog is in a Very bad condition because of them .. please make sure where you take your dogs and please don’t go there become you will regret it ..

What really stood out to me is how thoughtful and caring he is — even after all the tests were completed, he followed up on my dog’s condition and checked in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay. He never falls short and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I took my dog today .. and the groomer has a very bad attitude..he treats my dog in a very BAD way .. thy give me a late night at 10 appointment on the phone and i think he didn’t wanted to work late so it was very rude .. the other team apologized but still he keeps acting in the same way.. I even after I left home noticed that he didn’t even cut her pause hair and he didn’t cut her nails.. it was my worst experience .. if you really love your dog to be treated in a good way don’t go there..

Negative experience: I took my cat to Cute Cat Veterinary Clinic for grooming after finding a Groupon deal that seemed like a great value. I deeply regret that decision. From the moment we arrived, the groomer was dismissive, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He handled my cat with shocking roughness—using blunt scissors, pulling on his fur, and causing visible distress. My cat is normally very calm, but during this session he was crying, hissing, and clearly panicking. Watching this was heartbreaking. Despite my visible concern, the groomer showed zero care. He was listening to music, barely acknowledged us, did not speak English, and completely ignored our needs. Whether through inability or neglect, communication was nonexistent. I was so uncomfortable that I ended the session early and refused to let him touch my cat’s tail—I just wanted to get my pet out of there as fast as possible. Three weeks later, things got even worse. My cat developed a severe ringworm infection. After visiting a vet, it was made clear that the infection was consistent with poor hygiene during grooming. This is beyond unacceptable. What was supposed to be a simple grooming appointment turned into pain, stress, medical treatment, and ongoing recovery for my pet. This experience was infuriating, and I will be escalating this to the municipality. If I could give fewer than one star, I would. Do not take your pets here if you love them. Please don’t be fooled by discounts like I was the cost ends up being far higher, both emotionally and financially.

Positive experience: The place is great, prices are very fair and the staff is friendly and understandable. They also have a parking in the building for customers which is great. The salons puppy is so loud and disturbing the cat clients, wish the dog would stay home.

Negative experience: Extremely bad and disappointed experience with this clinic! I rescued a cat from parking lot at night and there was no much option available to scan her mircrochip, i went to their dubai branch but there was not vet available at that branch they asked me to go for jada branch as it is open for 24hrs. I called them instead of greeting receptionist mentioned that it is 120aed for consultation which is very rude, still i went there as no option available for me. Vet did have enough knowledge about anything he said she is 1yr old, he said we need to do test which was 500aed something i said ok you can do it!! He said she has infection in her mouth may be she ate something outside her eyes and ear has infection we need to blood test to know if more infection is there. They tried to do her test where 3 people were holding her they inserted needle in her neck for 3-4 time (didn’t get the blood) then tried on arm and insert 3 time again, her arm was full of blood still they didn’t get blood she was crying in pain. Then we asked them to stop. Next day We found her owner (our neighbor) they let us keep her. We took her to government vet in dubai to register her on our name. While having this procedure we had her quick checkup then we got to know she is 6 months old, she don’t have any infection (nothing at all) not in ear not in mouth not in eyes. This clinic vet was lying just to make bill nothing at all. They don’t have any knowledge.

He examined her carefully, reassured me, and provided the right guidance. Thanks to him, her anxiety has improved a lot, and she’s doing much better now. Fantastic experience: I just love and appreciate everyone of the staff .. the groomers, the doctors and the receptionists both of them. Everyone is very sweet and polite. They are so patient with the dogs .. I have been visiting them for more than a year now .. I even took a stray dog for treatment and they were very professional. They offer you coffee and water and the clinic always smell so good. There is enough seating area and the ambient music is just chilled

Negative experience: I stopped into this veterinary clinic while walking my dog because I’m new to Sharjah and looking for a vet in the area. As I opened the door, my chihuahua was a little hesitant to go inside, so I was gently coaxing him. Instead of allowing me to guide my dog at his own pace, the veterinarian came over, grabbed the leash, and tried to pull him into the clinic even though he clearly wasn’t moving. Anyone familiar with toy-breed dogs should know that pulling on the leash—especially when they’re wearing a collar—can put dangerous pressure on their already fragile trachea. When my dog still wouldn’t move, the vet then tried to lunge toward him to pick him up, which only startled him more. I was shocked by this behavior. A veterinarian should know how to calmly and patiently interact with animals, especially nervous small dogs. I left immediately and will definitely not be returning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went to Cute Cat Vet Clinic at 1 am with a stray rescue who required immediate care. The doctor at hand - Dr. Rawda was immensely compassionate and informed us about the cat's situation through every step whilst providing urgent care. They even provided a 50% discount for the rescue/stray cat. They kept us informed of her updates throughout the night, and even though the poor cat didn't make it - Dr. Rawda and the care team were extremely compassionate, prognosis was well explained and efficient monitoring and care was provided to the cat. I highly recommend Dr. Rawda and her team for critical care and end-of-life compassionate services. Thank you for your kindness and going above and over to look after the beautiful stray - they even performed xray and nebulization to help her at final moments and make her comfortable.

Today, I brought my three cats for their vaccinations, which is usually a stressful time for all of us. But Dr. Ahmad and his team made the experience calm and comforting. They handled my cats with such care — never forcing them or pulling them from their carriers — and their gentle approach made a big difference. Dr. Ahmad always reassures me and provides detailed information about each vaccine and its purpose. He’s very observant and thoughtful; for example, he noticed that my older cat doesn’t drink much water and suggested adding water to his wet food. He also encouraged me to switch from free-feeding to three structured meals a day, which has made my cats healthier and happier. He took the time to answer all my questions about spaying surgery, explaining every detail so I could feel confident and informed before making a decision. I also want to mention Dr. Radwa, whom I met recently. She was incredibly kind and gave me valuable advice about rehoming one of my kittens. Her warmth and compassion really stood out — she even remembered my other cats from a year ago and asked how they were doing. That level of care means a lot. Overall, I’m very grateful for both doctors and the entire clinic team. Their kindness, professionalism, and true love for animals make every visit a positive experience.

I took my dog for a haircut, but the staff clearly didn’t know how to handle him properly. He was very stressed during the process, and the final result looked messy and uneven. I expected a much better service from a pet clinic, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I won’t be coming back

This was his second long stay here, and once again the entire team went above and beyond. Tutu stayed for 18 days after his surgery, and throughout the whole time Dr. Rawda was an absolute angel. She was always calling with updates, explaining everything clearly, and showing so much kindness and genuine care. I always felt reassured knowing he was in her hands. The customer service staff were also wonderful, friendly, considerate, and understanding of how stressful it can be to have your pet at a clinic. They treated both me and Tutu with so much patience and warmth. What made the biggest difference was knowing that Tutu was constantly being monitored and looked after during his recovery. I received regular updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. I am truly grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism of everyone at this clinic. Thank you for looking after my cat so well!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a recent bad experience with them due to unsterilized cat grooming tools. My cat that is an indoor cat that doesn’t set a paw outside the house unless I take him to get groomed, got a fungal infection due to their lack of responsability in sterilizing their tools. Despite the fact that I’ve been a loyal customer for a year they didn’t bother to sort the situation properly and take responsibility for it. Anyways, they lost a customer for sure.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. My friend trusted them with her beloved cat, and the staff showed a complete lack of care and responsibility. Instead of receiving proper attention and treatment, her cat’s condition was neglected and she tragically passed away. Losing a pet is heartbreaking enough, but knowing it could have been prevented with better care makes it worse. If you value your pets, I would strongly recommend looking for another clinic where compassion, professionalism, and proper medical attention are taken seriously.

Negative experience: My cat has sadly passed away. I was given false reassurance. He was diagnosed wrong and they treated him for something else Which made it even worse for his case. Desk people /nurses Not collaborative when I ask for further medical reports. None of the team show responsibility or time management. If you care about your pet, I can tell you that they lacked empathy for my cat and that says it all. Won’t recommend them at all.

She needed urgent surgery, and we were extremely worried not only about the operation itself, but also about her recovery. Dr. Mohammed performed the surgery with exceptional skill, ensuring that every detail was handled with the highest level of professionalism. But our journey didn’t end there. After the surgery, my dog had a severe and unexpected reaction to one of the injections, which caused a painful and serious problem in her skin. At that moment, I was deeply afraid of losing her, but Dr. Mohammed reassured us with his calm, confident manner and his deep expertise. He immediately identified the problem and worked tirelessly to treat it. What touched me the most was the way he treated my dog not as just another patient, but as if she were his own. Fantastic experience: I would like to express my deep gratitude to the cute cat clinic and Dr. Mohamed Jó, we were admitted to the clinic in a serious condition, because of another clinic and their negligence. They almost killed my dog. Having called the cute cat clinic, the doctor explained all the danger and insisted on coming to do an emergency cesarean section. When we arrived, everything was ready and they were waiting for us. Difficult birth and the danger of not saving the dog and puppies, Dr. Mohamed Jó did everything quickly and urgently, the operation lasted two hours, we were worried, but everything worked out, Dr. Mohamed Jó was with us in the clinic until the dog's condition normalized, one puppy's condition worsened, he stopped breathing, Dr. Mohamed Jó did everything and gave life, may Allah grant you health and long life, he examined the puppies and my dog every day, watched if everything was okay and the doctor is always in touch with us 24/7, always answers messages and calls, asks about the condition, thank you very much

Fantastic experience: 100% recommended! My cat did not eat for 4 days and his previous vet was not able to diagnose him. So thankful to Dr. Ahmad, who treated my cat & ate 2 days after taking his prescribed meds. Thankful for Dr. Deena as well for helping us and being so kind. Negative experience: My indoor cat have been with us so more than 1 year 11 months..I thought of cutting my cat hair…And i saw it online ad i called…Grooming Section was all good..After a week my cat got fungal Infection all over his skin..I was thinking were did i go wrong by not taking care of my cat..My cat have never gone out nor met any other cat..I visited a the doctor thats where he told me he might got it through some other cat i was like no he is been home for 2years now and never got a other cat..okay maybe i thought like ok..then i asked my cousin who have a cat they told me too it comes from other pet.. So it was clear that the trimmer wasn't sanitized while grooming..

Our beloved female cat recently underwent a C-section and spay surgery, which was a very worrying time for us, especially as she was a first-time mother and we encountered some complications during labor. Fantastic experience: I was so fortunate to find this vet clinic which saved my cookiie. Cookie starts to get her labour pain around 3 am and delivered her first baby , after which there was no contractions , we were so worried as it is around 4 30 am. I called cute cat clinic and Dr Mohammed advised me to rush to the clinic, we reached with in 15 mnts and my cat undergone a caesarean section and blessed with 6 cuties . Dr Mohammed, such a wonderful doctor , my babies are doing great and I highly recommend this vet clinic which is 24 hr open , Al Jaada Sharjah . The supporting staffs are so friendly…

Negative experience: This is a very bad pet hospital. I don't recommend anyone to bring your pet here: 1. The cleanliness is very poor, and the odor is very strong, which makes people want to vomit. 2. The price is very expensive, which is not affordable for ordinary people. 3. The service is very poor. The cat was left here for a night without any treatment, and there was no oral medication. If your pet is sick, it can only wait for death if it is sent here. This is the first time I give a business the worst review, and I am only angry.

Fantastic experience: My cat had to undergo an urgent and complex intestinal surgery, Dr mustafa and the team at the vet did great work in saving him and took an amazing care of him. They were professional, compassionate, and kept me informed every step of the way even after ending the stay. Fantastic experience: A True Lifesaver! I rushed to the emergency clinic at 3 AM after my baby kitten fell from a high place. His temperature had dropped to 34°C, and he was barely alive — I truly thought I was going to lose him. Other clinics told me he wouldn’t make it, but Dr. Mohamed didn’t give up. He took immediate action, showed so much care and professionalism, and did everything possible to save my kitten. Today, I’m beyond grateful and emotional to see my baby eating, moving, and slowly getting back to life. What Dr. Mohamed did felt like a miracle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my little one a second chance. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Had our first visit for our cats for full grooming and was impressed by the super friendly team. From the call, the FOH named Jen, assisted me so well on how to booked and location. When we came in, we were greeted and even one of the staff came out to assist us where to park! The clinic is well cleaned and maintained, Yusra attended us. The grooming? Exceptional! My cats are well handled and manage by the groomer. (Usually they become agressive while showered) but surprised that they are okay today! Definitely this will be our fave place for grooming with our two furry cats. They are 24/7 btw!
