Fantastic experience: Rashel and April were great. They were helpful and gentle with my cats.

Negative experience: Initial service was ok, but for additional cheap pain killers for cat as he is healing slowly was refused and an additional consultation was needed which is more expensive than 30dhs for just for pain killer. Not the best.

Negative experience: We had concerns by the handling of our account as early as August 2024 includes: 1.Account management 2.Additional billing concerns 3. Invoicing errors & admin confirming on adjustments made after we raised them. 4. Settlement and account management Intro and review as below for recent 2026: The “credit link” option, only told about it in early February 2026. Our recent payment returned in cash to promote this system. We are skeptical about this system and access information concerns. While our payment feedback not forwarded from October 2025, despite constant reminders for response. (Update) Review – 31 January & 11 February 2026 On 31 January 2026, one of our cats was initially refused a scheduled injection upon arrival, despite us bringing our own paid medication vial. The treatment was eventually administered for cat same day, but it should never have escalated to that point. Suddenly informed we were informed in 30th Jan 2026 of this requirement for immediate settlement before services would be provided. Soon our account was blocked despite invoices historically being settled within respectable timeframes. After 5+ years as consistent, paying across vet plus and its other vets. For clarity, we have always made substantial payments more throughout this year we settled and completed. On previous occasions, even had to correct records where invoices were incorrectly marked as unpaid or duplicated. Visits have also turned into billing discussions, including agreed discounts not being applied unless raised. Update – 11 February 2026 We made payments, including a substantial cash payment but to our knowledge, our recent payments were returned. Because after skeptical of this “credit link” system which was presented to us as mandatory and must. Our account was blocked again. This “credit link” was only brought to our attention on 4 February 2026, despite multiple escalations and follow-ups since November 4th and 11th 2025 regarding arrangements. At no stage prior was any option mentioned or our concerns forwarded. Our concern about process, communication, and the impact on access to care. Financial matters can always be resolved. Delaying or refusing (as per WhatsApp) care at the point of treatment should not be the starting position. As confirmed on WhatsApp messages Pets are voiceless. Professionalism, clarity, and empathy should guide policy. This newer review is here to stay. In conclusion: In any situation, it is essential to remain human - to show kindness toward others and toward the world around us. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice. I had an emergency with my cat and the whole experience, prompt availability and immediate care was fantastic. April, at reception, liaised clearly and with reassuring friendliness and telephonic communication as needed. Dr Erlin and the nurses did an exceptional approach to help my cat and she is now back to being a great ball of energy and fun. Thank you to all staff at Vet Plus.

Fantastic experience: They’re very caring and considerate of the animals. Especially Ms. Rachel for grooming and Ms. April at the reception. They handled my special needs cat perfectly and is the only clinic that actually takes care of special needs animals properly.

Fantastic experience: I've had a really pleasant experience, and would absolutely recommend this vet center. at first I was skeptical but after having been greeted in such a friendly and professional manner by rose, my skepticism quickly went away, her care with checking in and the surprisingly short wait had my hopes very high for this center. And truly my hopes were granted in good faith, I had brought in my cat, a sweet 8-month old mixed tabby cat to get him groomed and taken care of, I was truly surprised by how well it went, his fur was finally very lush and the grooming by Rodel was very well done, and I'm very happy with how the result turned out. Overall I've had a very great experience, kudos to Vet Plus Center for their very great customer service.

Negative experience: Concerned Experience with Dr. Ahmed darwesh at Vet Plus. I took my cat to Dr. Ahmed Darwish at Vet Plus because she wasn’t acting like herself. Based on an X-ray done a month earlier by another veterinarian for a different reason, he diagnosed her with multiple issues, including a heart problem, asthma, liver abnormalities, and even claimed her previous spaying procedure was not effective, all without previous tests. He also noted a heart murmur after listening to her chest. I requested a blood test due to her long-standing liver enzyme issues, which previous feline veterinarians at the same clinic never fully investigated. He agreed but later said the liver enzymes weren’t included and would cost extra, something that had always been part of the blood panel before, without me needing to specify. He recommended waiting a week for him to order a heart blood test and then possibly seeing a cardiologist at another vet. Feeling uneasy, I went straight to a cardiologist who performed a full cardiac workup. Thankfully, my cat’s heart was completely healthy. However, her liver enzymes were elevated just as I suspected, and the cardiologist immediately recommended an abdominal ultrasound. That’s when we discovered she has PKD, explaining the ongoing liver issues. Unlike the previous approach by feline veterinarians at vet plus which is simply prescribing meds, the cardiologist prioritized identifying the root cause, rather than masking symptoms. Past feline veterinarians at Vet Plus often blamed her diet and pushed dry food, despite my concerns. As a long-time client of Vet Plus, I’ve trusted them with my cat for years. But since Dr. Pedro, Dr. Amara, and Dr. Imjad left, the level of care has changed noticeably. I now only trust Dr. Octavio—he’s the best avian doctor and the only one I feel truly cares for my birds. I take them to him for all their checkups and grooming. I used to take my birds to the grooming area at Vet Plus, but I noticed that their tools weren’t being sanitized at all. My cockatoo came home once with pimples near the soft skin by his beak. On other occasions, the groomers didn’t know how to handle the birds correctly while taking them out of their carriers, allowing them to escape, fly around, and bump their heads against the walls. This happened multiple times and was extremely stressful—for both my birds and me. Since then, I’ve only trusted Dr. Octavio and the nurses under his care to handle them. Lastly, I hope that the clinic prioritizes hiring experienced cat veterinarians who focus on proper diagnosis rather than alarming owners with unsupported claims and adding unnecessary costs.

Negative experience: Vet said no ear mites for both my kitties when they had ears full of them, another vet cleaned their ears and showed me. Disappointed after having high expectations. The vet and staff are very kind and friendly though

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect and very smooth. I brought my dog in for an emergency, and they were incredibly helpful and fast. Open 24/7, amazing care from Dr. Erlin, his assistant, and the receptionist Miss April. Highly recommended. My little dog is feeling way better, Thankfully.

Even when I bought her back for her diarrhea she was provided immediate care for it by doctor Enas. They kept her under care and continuously gave updates bout my cat. Thankyou so much Vet Plus & Dr. Enas for the care and the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at this vet, especially thanks to Ghazal at the reception. She’s incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about both pets and owners. From check-in to pick-up, everything is smooth and well organized because of her. The grooming team is amazing — they handle my dogs with so much patience and care, and the results are always perfect. My dogs come back clean, relaxed, and looking fantastic every single time. You can really tell this place loves animals. Highly recommended for grooming and overall service!

Negative experience: the experience was great but its just the amount of bill for just one visit was unreasonable and out of price…they say they give discount for first time visits and stray cat discounts but its just on the surface the total amount end-up the same. I just say its over priced and they should ask first before they do all the test not just serving you the final bill. Which I haven’t consent for all except for one test!

Negative experience: I don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse desk reception experience as bad as this place. Out of the 20 times I call to make an appointment they might reply once. Obviously they don’t reply on WhatsApp either. Dont get me started with how they treat my cats and lack of awareness the staff has. I wanted to shower my cat and made it so clear I don’t want to give my cat a haircut, of course the staff takes out the scissors and starts snipping the fur. If I decided to go home and came later I’m sure my cat would’ve been bald. The staff hire is so awful and need to either be trained to listen to the customer or changed :)

Fantastic experience: I visited this place a week ago to groom my Oreo, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service provided—especially by Miss Rose, the kabayan receptionist. She is genuinely friendly, warm, and very accommodating, which made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. The groomer showed great care and professionalism, and Oreo was handled with love and attention. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend this place to fellow fur parents.

Negative experience: I brought my cat in for vaccination with Dr. Erlin, and my cat was administered the incorrect vaccines. When the nurse realized the mistake, she spoke with the doctor but did not inform me of what had occurred. I only became aware of the issue after noticing her reaction and checking my cat’s passport myself, where I confirmed that the vaccines were incorrect. While I understand that mistakes can happen, errors involving medications and vaccines, particularly those affecting an animal’s health, can have serious consequences. It is extremely disappointing that such a basic procedure was carried out incorrectly and that there was a complete lack of transparency regarding the situation.

Fantastic experience: Vet Plus center is a very good clinic with excellent service and professional staff. However, appointments are a must as they are usually fully booked. Overall, highly recommended for quality veterinary care.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, but it comes straight from the heart. Time and again, the VetPlus team in Sharjah has gone above and beyond to care for my pets — and even save their lives. A few months ago, I rushed my cat in for an emergency at 3 a.m. He had contracted the Parvo virus. Dr. Ahmed treated him immediately, and to my amazement, my cat began showing improvement the very next day. More recently, my pet Julien, was diagnosed with 3 different viruses — one of them being the dreaded FIP virus. I was devastated and honestly hopeless when I brought him in. But under the care of Dr. Iryna, and in her absence Dr. Erlin, Julien began to recover. Today, he’s active again and slowly getting back to his playful self. From both the kind receptionists who comforted me when I was breaking down, to the compassionate doctors and their dedicated vet team — every single person at VetPlus Sharjah has shown extraordinary empathy and professionalism. I will be forever grateful for their dedication and care. Thank you, VetPlus Sharjah team.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this clinic! The vets even come to our home, which is perfect because my five cats are quite special. They’re always gentle, caring, and professional — I’ve never had a single problem. It’s such a relief to have people I fully trust with my cats.

Negative experience: Few years ago yes they were OK but expensive. Recently it just got worst and worst! The so called doctors either don't know nothing or deliberately refuse to give you any information to assure you as a pet owner that your pet is in good hands or being taking care of. All they do is suck your pockets for insanely unreasonable fees without sharing the results nor explain what it means! Last week I had to run a blood test and xray for my cat, paid 1200dhs with zero explanation of the results! All I had in return is we have to run few extra tests, why? We don't know! What's the concern? We can't tell right now! What's the cost? We will see!!+ WTH!!!! I took my pet to another vet, he took the time to explain the initial results and the rising concerns with possibilities and a cure plan if needed upon further tests. He was clear on the tests he's asking for and had a clear thinking of what to look for according to the boold test. Further more, I did sonar, blood tests and another xray because VetPlus did not share with me the xrays or the report I paid for so the other clinic did it free of charge for this and I paid only 800 including a PROPER explanation!!! I was putting up with this vetplus for the last two years but finally found a much better vets that don't see you and your pets as money bags blackmailing your care for your pets for coin!! Terrible service, terrible treatment, and unjustified prices for absolutely nothing special in return. Some don't mind paying extra thinking it's the quality of the medical knowledge or the pet treatment or the service! Sadly none of these are vetplus specialities. There are other options with greater returns for both you as a human and your pets!

Negative experience: i brought my cat to give him a vaccination and they refused because they said he is not well, and they did a check up only to get extra money, and the cat was doing good he was fine.

Fantastic experience: I brought a stray cat for treatment and cleaning, and Dr. Erlin did a great job. It was difficult to control the cat because it was very scared and strong, so it was jumping around trying to escape. But Dr. Erlin and his assistants did a wonderful job in controlling the cat and he was able to give it a tranquilizer injection so that Mr. Drew the groomer can clean him up.. Thank you so much for your great efforts. I really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: I took my cat to this clinic when his condition was very bad — I honestly thought he wouldn’t make it. Dr. Iryna and Dr. Victor were both amazing. They performed the surgery together to remove a tumor from his mouth, and everything went perfectly. Most of the treatments were done by Dr. Iryna — she managed to shrink the tumor before the surgery and even treated his teeth in advance. Thanks to her care and dedication, he’s now completely healthy. Dr. Iryna also treated my other cats and fixed their dental problems — they’re all doing so much better now. I really appreciate that the doctors never suggest unnecessary treatments just to make money; they truly care about the animals. The grooming service is excellent too! The groomer who shaved my cat was very attentive to every detail and even noticed some skin spots and informed the doctor about them. I’m really grateful for their honesty, care, and professionalism. Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Starting with the receptionist Rose — excellent customer service! She was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. Grooming was done by Renzo, who was professional throughout. I’m very happy with the grooming results — my pup looks great! I also had a brief interaction with Dr. Viktar, who took the time to explain my pup’s condition clearly and reassuringly. To be fair, I've had other staff groom my pup earlier and they done a fantastic job as well. The charges are reasonable, and overall I’m very happy with the service and care. Definitely recommend Vet Plus!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience at Vet Plus Centre in Muweillah, Sharjah last night with our 2-month-old puppy. This was her very first vet visit for vaccination, nail trimming, and getting her pet passport, and the staff made everything smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to April (receptionist) for being so informative and accommodating, Renzo (groomer) for trimming our puppy’s nails with such care, and Dr. Sayed for making her feel comfortable during her first vaccination. The whole facility has such positive vibes—you can really feel the warmth and smiles of the team working happily together. On top of that, they offer budget-friendly packages to keep your fur baby well taken care of without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for pet parents who want quality care and genuine compassion for their pets!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this vet clinic! The staff is friendly, professional, especially the receptionist named rose, and they are clearly care about animals. They treated my pet with kindness and kept me well-informed throughout the visit. The clinic is clean and well-organized. Great experience overall!

Negative experience: I have been coming to VETPLUS for over 4 years, and their customer service has been consistently unacceptable. Reaching them by phone is a nightmare you have to call over 10 times before anyone bothers to answer. The same unresponsiveness happens on WhatsApp. Despite complaining to management multiple times, nothing has changed. It’s clear that customer concerns are ignored and improving service is not a priority for them. After so many years of disappointment, it’s obvious they simply do not care about their clients.

Positive experience: Nice shop, well equipped and convenient located with parking right in front. I took my two Pomeranian to Dr. Enas for vaccination and deworming and I was very happy with his expertise and kindness. They are also good for grooming.

Fantastic experience: Brought my cat in when he was critically ill and on the verge of dying. After four days in the ICU at Vet Plus, he’s finally back home and doing better. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Ahmed Darwish for his continuous care and for making sure we fully understood our cat’s condition every step of the way. The entire veterinary team and reception staff were incredibly cooperative and supportive.

Fantastic experience: A place where the staff is so nice and caring! They took such good care of our kitten, sending us daily updates and keeping us informed about how she was doing. Fantastic experience: A great place for your pets, Dr.Ahmed saved our kitten she only had 30 percent chance to survive but dr ahmed gave us hope and told us he will try his best so that the kitten can survive and my kitten is alive and very healthy. A place where you can trust your pets and they will take care for them and love them like it's their pets.

Negative experience: Did not like the fact they wash/grrom the pets under cold AC. My cat was shivering from the cold. Other than that i think their customer service is just about alright. Price wise they are more on the upper side.

Fantastic experience: My cat Pablo is still in the care of Dr Darwesh. I must say the condition that my cat was in, wasn’t good. But now after two days I can see remarkable improvement. Dr isn’t satisfied. He is making sure that the cat gets the best treatment and a chance. I am hopeful that I will be able to collect my cat in stable state tomorrow. Xx

Then we met . — he was truly a blessing. He explained everything clearly about Zera’s condition and the treatment options, and took the time to make sure I understood each step. Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Iryna and Dr. Nicha from VetPlus Muwaileh enough for what they’ve done for my kittens. At just three months old, both were battling Parvo and Calici, two terrifying diagnoses for such young lives. The dedication, expertise, and care shown by these two doctors were nothing short of extraordinary. I truly don’t know if my kittens would have made it without their support. Every visit to the clinic, I was welcomed with warmth and understanding. The entire staff was incredibly supportive, always ready to answer my questions, and they never made me feel like I was just another case. They understood how much my kittens meant to me and treated them like their own.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this store. Already the staff are very welcoming and very polite. Rachelle assisted me on choosing the appropriate food for my dogs and Renzo give me some tips on how to use the training pads for my pups. Once done on reception Yousra and Rose and very accomodating as well. Answering my queries regarding the grooming services offered by vet plus. All are smilling and very helpful. Will definitely visit again. Might even bring my dogs next time. Lovely staffs.

Fantastic experience: Our little Archie recently had to undergo surgery, and as any pet parent would understand, we were so anxious. But from the very first consultation , the entire experience with Dr. Darwesh and the clinic team including nurses Alban, Daniel and Dr.Nisha was absolutely amazing. Dr. Darwesh explained every step of the process in detail, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure we felt reassured at every stage.Also to the reception team who was very warm and welcoming.Highly recommend .

Negative experience: This place is not good as it used to be. I brought my cat to Dr Darwish and he insisted that my cat has Parvo!!! And wanted to keep him in Parvo unit and lied to my face about the test result!!!! (Told me the test was positive and I saw with my own eyes it wasn’t). of course I refused to let my cat stay there and took the cat to 2 other clinics where they showed me the test result and it was negative. It used to be a great place to treat pets, but not anymore. BE VERY CAREFUL AND INSIST TO TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERY TEST. Otherwise, some doctors will tell the clients that their pets have to be treated for a sickness they don’t have in the first place, just to earn money.

From the warm welcome at reception by Sheena and April, to the excellent grooming by Ms. Rashel and Mr. Drew, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
