The entire team was incredibly caring, professional, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They handled Tobby with so much kindness and patience, which immediately made both of us feel comfortable. The veterinarians took the time to thoroughly examine him and clearly explain everything about his condition and the treatment plan. It’s clear that they genuinely love animals and are passionate about the care they provide. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by the staff. Thanks to them, Tobby received excellent care and is doing much better now. Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer at this vet for a long time, and I really appreciate the care they give my cat during showers. However, I have to say the reception staff hasn’t been as helpful as I would expect, which is a bit disappointing, not only once but a couple of times. I hope this feedback helps them improve.

Fantastic experience: Had been for my Maltese Snowy’s teeth scaling today and am back so happy with the whole procedure . It went very smoothly and stress free. Dr Yousef was just amazing and my dog’s teeth are sparkling white now . Dr. Yousef is one of the best doctors at Canary . Very approachable and friendly and advises all the necessary treatments required for my dogs based on their blood reports .He is never in a hurry and explains everything in detail, till I am satisfied. Negative experience: My experience with canary vet clinic has been very bad. From what I've experienced, it's clear they're business opportunists. My pet dog was ill last year and I went to the clinic to seek help. They ran tests which I thought were unnecessary but insisted to be taken anyway and to make matters worse, despite my pet’s critical condition, no close monitoring took place at night and he was left to suffer on his own because they close at 10 pm and no staff was left afterwards. The next day, they sent the test results saying he had stage 3 kidney failure but they didn't mention anything when they had done the test in the beginning. I messaged them around and was told they would update me shortly but only updated hours later from the Vet that my pet's condition had worsened, critical, then another message that my pet had already passed away. It's sad to also hear their receptionist say, "If you want, we can cremate your pet for 250 and 750 if you want the ashes" right away, no sympathy even for a grieving owner. They are only after the money! As a pet owner, I'm posting this to raise awareness so you won't make the same mistake I did. i would never bring any of my pets here again. The clinic has taken advantage of emotional pet owners who know the condition of their pets, suggesting treatment even when they know the pet won't survive. Never again! If you love your pet, don’t come to this clinic!!

Negative experience: Terrible, terrible and terrible place to bring your pets for any kind of grooming or healthcare related issues. They have absolutely no sense of time, super poor customer service and close to zero accountability. I brought two mid-aged cats here for a full grooming at 9:30AM, it is 2:30PM now and they just managed to finish ONE CAT in FIVE HOURS!!!!! And now they are sending the other one. It's as if we have all day to sit here for a service THAT I HAVE PAID FOR already. Never coming back here, and please if you have some respect for your time, please do yourself some good by not coming here. A job like this for two cats takes 2.5 hours at maximum. If you can't do it, give us an estimate or shut down the place, please. Do not disrespect your customer's time.

Negative experience: I took by dog for full grooming yesterday...also I told not to do zero shaving in his private parts. Still they did zero shaving & also when we went home I saw a wound under‍ It's v bad Canary grooming team...u made us cry. He is in so much pain... It's v easy for u guys to do zero shaving as it takes less time & effort. I will never recommend anyone for Canary.

He involved us in every step and explained everything to us in details and kept us aware of all the treatment options and possible outcomes. Our cat has now thankfully recovered. Everyone in the team from the receptionist Ms Sheena to all the staff were very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions. Very satisfied overall and would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Yousef.

Negative experience: Very long waiting queue due to no appointments on weekends. I kindly suggest the management to take this into consideration to reduce hours of waiting time. Vet treatment is decent and staffs are professional.

Fantastic experience: My cat was recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and was admitted for 5 days at Canary. She had a very high infection. Thanks to Dr Yousef and the rest of the Vet team for taking care of my Raffy. They provided me daily updates with pictures and videos. These somehow give me relief and comfort. Dr Yousef also provided me detailed instructions on the medicines and the type of food that my cat can take. Such a great team.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful to Dr. Benela, Dr. Maggie and Dr. Marites, I have been a costumer here since 5 years and I still am a very dedicated customer. The doctors here really care for your pets and explain you everything possible. Grooming services were very nice until one of the guy accidentally cut the tip of my cat’s ear and I am still upset about that. My other cat also got infected with fungal infection. Thankfully the doctors were generous to treat my cats and they are well now. I would prefer not to use grooming services if your pet is an indoor only pet. That applies to all vet clinics.

We’ve been emotionally struggling with his condition, but Dr. Marites made us feel heard, supported, and reassured. Sheena, the receptionist, deserves praise for her warm and welcoming presence. Her helpful attitude made the entire visit more comforting during such a tough time. Also, big thanks to the two male assistants who were incredibly kind and efficient in helping Dr. Marites during the procedure. Visiting this clinic truly eased some of our emotional burden. Negative experience: They are not competent nor have thr right approach and expertise to look after a dog who passed away due to their casual approach. Its like losing a family member for us. We are devastated . There were several lapses during the time when our baby was in their care. Right upto the time when they suggested to shift to another place for further treatment but didn't because they had no driver. We will NEVER EVER trust them for our pets.

Negative experience: Sharjah Location Seems to have a very relaxed attitude to Vetinarary Care. Website says clinic opens 930 on Sunday but Vet will come at 11 but casually walked in at 1120....since it's a walk in on Sundays, prepare to wait a while and gets rather crowded with very limited space in the waiting area. Reception did not bother to ask the reason for visiting the Vet which would help in prioritising which pet may need treatment first.... If I didn't have to wait till 1pm for an appointment in their Ajman branch, I would definitely have gone there...
