Negative experience: It's the worst kind of clinic I have personally seen. I took an abandoned dog and they took 2400 dhs for all the tests despite repeatedly telling them that the dog is abandoned. When we checked the rates at the nearby clinics, the total cost would have been below 1000 aed. They are into money making business and nothing else. Please stay away from this place

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic, and I feel it’s important to share my honest review so other pet owners can make an informed decision. From the moment I walked in, the service felt rushed and impersonal, with staff showing very little empathy or concern for my pet’s condition. Communication was poor, explanations were unclear, and I constantly felt pressured into unnecessary tests and procedures without proper justification. What made the experience even worse was the pricing — the clinic is outrageously expensive compared to others, with no transparency or breakdown of costs beforehand, making it feel more like a business focused on profit rather than animal care. Despite paying a very high amount, the quality of treatment and follow-up was extremely disappointing, and I left feeling frustrated, stressed, and worried about my pet rather than reassured. Overall, this was one of the worst veterinary experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate, honest, and reasonably priced care for their animals.

Negative experience: I haven't been to the clinic yet, but I checked reviews and after speaking to the staff on WhatsApp alone I was very turned off by their demeanor. The representative kept saying "yes you can bring dear" when I asked for neutering charges for my male cat and refused to elaborate further on charges. Major red flag especially as every other clinic I've spoken to has been very upfront and forthcoming with the charges and package inclusions from the very start.

Negative experience: Worst clinic ever !! Extremely unfriendly staff and unprofessional doctors only want to loot your money! I took my kitten to diagnose for patchy fur loss they charged 100 AED just for consultation and the proceeded to give the quote of 1500AED for treatment meanwhile the vet next door charged 50AED for consultation and treatment for 330 ! Stay away from this sick place filled with fraudsters !

Negative experience: I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life as a pet owner. We paid 105 AED for a consultation, and the doctor clearly said our baby bird is healthy, active, and fine. Despite this, immediately after the consultation, the reception staff handed us unnamed “doctor’s medicine” to charge us 365 AED without proper explanation. When I repeatedly asked for the medicine name, brand, or ingredients, they refused to disclose it and only gave vague answers like “syrup,” “powder,” and “antibacterial.” In medical care, transparency is essential. Every medicine has a name and brand, and pet owners have the right to know what they are giving to their baby. It is not mandatory to buy medicine from the clinic, especially when they cannot explain what it is. We felt extreme pressure to purchase, and the entire situation made us very uncomfortable. They also mentioned “free follow-up consultation,” but I strongly believe this is just a strategy to bring you back and create another bill of 300–500 AED by scaring you with possibilities of what might happen, even when your pet is completely fine. I fully understand paying for treatment when something is genuinely wrong. I would gladly buy any necessary medicine if properly explained. But pressuring pet owners, refusing transparency, and using fear to push sales is completely unacceptable. This clinic has lost my trust completely. I will never visit again and would not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about honest, ethical, and transparent care for their pets.

Negative experience: THIS VET SHOULD CLOSE COMPLETELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst vet to go to as I was charged 100AED for checking my hamster and they charged me for vitamin and cream for 420AED!!!!!! And they even harmed my hamster saying he needs a small stitching that would normally cost 500AED but because its a hamster they will charge me just 400AED and even after realizing that I was stupidly paying for the sake of my hamster I found out the meds I got is even worth less then 100AED... and when I realized I overly paid i went back within less then 10 minutes and they were saying the meds are used and can't be returned and the moment you pay for the meds they will open it and use it on your pet to make sure you can't even return it.... plus I even paid for an extra medicine that I was not informed about and everything happens so fast to make sure they drain you without noticing. I really wish this will be heard by the government as we all know that there's laws and rules to open certified vets.

Negative experience: Never choose this clinic at all, the Philipino male Doctor was not professional at all, I brought my cat who is obviously suspected Wet FIP with his tummy bloated and asked him to do a prooer test and his answer was my cat just have a viral fever and may b urinary infection, I stupidly listen to him and my cat was given fever liquid, Vit B+, liv5 and urinary food and charged me AED1593 Dirham..After 4 days consumed and my cat gets worst I took to another vat and within a second my cat was confirmed wet FIP . Gave him proper treatment and my cat is fine now. The owner of the vet should do something about this doctor.Avoid this clinic pls, otherwise you will pay high bills for nothing.

Negative experience: Terrible vet. Would not recommend to anyone. Think twice before giving these money hungry scammers your beloved pet. They said our cat had mouth ulcers, fever and dehydration. They asked to admit the cat and put together a bill of 1500 dhs for xray, full blood count + 100 consultation. They wanted to hospitalize our cat and said it would cost extra. I told them i didnt have that much money but out of concern for the cat i asked them to give fever shot which was 150. Next day cat was not well still so i asked a friend for a different clinic. We went and they charged 40 for consultation and 60 for medicine very affordable and doctor was very experienced. At this new vet it turned out my cat did not have mouth ulcers infact it had jaundice due to liver problems. The new doctor opened my cats mouth and showed me there were no ulcers and the yellowness around nose ears proved jaundice. Please i beg u dont go to this vet, filled with liars and scammers.

Negative experience: i took my very sick cat there but they literally just run this clinic for a money grab, the doctors are frauds and would make up stuff just to take money from you… i asked them to give me the name of the “medication treatment” that they would be giving my cat and they refused and said it “doesnt have a name” very unprofessional and weird, dont waste your time and money here. a different vet pharmacy later told me that it was my right to get the name of the medication they would be giving my cat which they had refused… shame on them.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. They charged me 194 for full grooming 2 months back and now they said it’s 263. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and was having a laugh in Arabic. I said I wanna do grooming and dworming. She said 263 so I paid. Later when I wanted to do D worming, she said it’s 100 dh extra !? When I confronted this, she offered discount so it’s clear their strategy she wanted to calm me. Then she said my dog was a puppy when he had his last haircut, he is a 3 year old Havanese dog lol. Again when I confronted this she said they increased the price. Lesson learnt the hard way, DONT GO HERE, These guys are cheaters and the lady there is horrible. End of the day, they are going to blame only customers.

Negative experience: The male Filipino doctor there is a liar who will just do a performance of treatment to fool you into thinking he actually did something. I've always heard bad things about this clinic but from desperation I ended up there because all of the nearby ones were closed. The doctor wanted to charge me 600 AED for one day stay for a very small and extremely dehydrated kitten. Imagine that when I brought her in, he only gave her 1ml of subcutaneous fluids (for anyone who knows proper treatment of dehydration in kittens, the standard is to give at least 10ml in one shot) but this doctor was just putting on a show. I requested for IVs and he said okay if I keep her in (600 aed a day) then I asked him to put the canula in for me and he suddenly said (she's too small we can't), his end goal was just to get the most money out of the customer and you as a desperate person trying to save a precious life will fall for this, and put this poor souls in the hands of soulless practitioners. Please stay away from this clinic and these people, as a rescuer this clinic is blacklisted forever.

Not professionals.. they created an emergency situation and panic confusing us about bird health and forced for x-ray for which they loot 480aed And forced ua to take medication worth 800aed !!! That was emergency case . I took bird back and went out . And unfortunately before that time I could find other vet . Bird died in my hands . They don’t have humanity. Alas!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this vet has not been good. The prices are unreasonably high, and each visit seems to come with additional charges. It feels like profit is prioritized over the well-being of the pets. On top of that, the customer service is lacking—they are not attentive, and communication is poor. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic to others.

Negative experience: Stay away from this clinic as far away as possible. Today took my cat there for a nail trim and trim only the hair from the paws. The lady at the counter had the audacity to tell me a charge of AED 90. Even the assistants were surprised and told me that the rate she quoted did not make any sense. Assume the owners of the clinic are aware of this review. They are there only to rip you off your money. There are many other vet shops who will do for a nominal charge. I am a regular customer since, the last 4 years since, the time my cat was just 4 months old. The people are there now only to steal your money. Its better I stay away from this place and have a full grooming done at my place where the groomers come and do all for just AED 200.

Negative experience: While we were received in a very welcoming manner when we took our sick kitten for check-up, we were charged five times the price of neighboring vet clinics for the same test. We came to know, after they quoted us very high for hospitalization charges, and we decided to check other neighboring clinics. We ended up admitting our kitten in a neighboring clinic that charged quarter of the price for hospitalization and where they told us that the test actually costs fifth the price we paid. We got attracted first by the package price they advertised for vaccination and thought their prices are reasonable.

Negative experience: A very bad service I took my bird Alive with no diarrhea to them just to check on the bird, and they gave me a medicine to give to the bird and when I did, the bird died. All they care about is money. They charged me 600 AED. I don't recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: The most horrible clinic with the most unprofessional doctors, got the most horrible experience there. Our cat swallowed a rope. We went to do xray to check if the rope was in the stomach or intestines. In the end, the doctor said that there was no rope, she offered a full hospitalization, and a full blood test, which is 1350 aed ,but we brought cat home, and after a couple of hours the rope came out !!!thank God. Shame !!!!! I am so in shock !!!!

Negative experience: A disappointing,overpriced clinic. I’ve come back twice with my rabbit that’s had a case of scabies, and paid maybe 6500/- to 7000/-. The first time, I had a somewhat okay experience with how they treated my rabbit, and the doctor was helpful too.This time?! Not at all. The doctor said I don’t keep up with the medicines which isn’t true at all, and the assistants have dumped medicines on my rabbit and made him a sad mess. He was in tears when I got him discharged, and when I asked the assistants why, they said they had no idea? I’ve paid a lot, and this is the subpar treatment my poor rabbit got. Never coming back again.
