Negative experience: We have been going to this vet since 2022 and it was very good, but recently we faced poor service for vaccination and grooming. The staff does not want to work and they declined grooming even though the service was available. There is an Ethiopian lady that was there but she does not want to do her job or help us in any way and this situation has been repeating.

Negative experience: Worst clinic in Sharjah.do not go there even if it is free.they are greedy and they charge you with un expected charges you must pay

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this vet for a very long time. I had my two cats spayed there, and the surgeries were successful—I’m very happy with the results. There was an Arab girl, small and very cute, who was extremely kind and handled my cats very gently and softly. Recently, I haven’t seen her there, which makes me sad because I really liked her. My main concern is the receptionists, the two African ladies. They are very rude, and I don’t like them at all. I recently got a new cat and wanted her to be groomed and have her nails clipped, but the way they handled her was terrible, as if she were a monster. My poor cat—they pushed her against the wall and showed no care or concern for her at all. That said, the actual doctors know what they’re doing. They are very sweet and gentle with the cats, and my cats are healthy thanks to them. As for the prices, I would say they are manageable.

Fantastic experience: The best doctor , the chinese doctor at the clinic is the bestest doctor in UAE. she is very helpful and will assist you according to your how much your budget is. SHE WILL NOT FORCE YOU TO TAKE TESTS WHICH ARE NOT NECESSARY BUT GUIDE YOU WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION.

Positive experience: It’s an average clinic to visit for minor issues. Not sure about any other pet animals but I will talk about cats as I have a cat and I take her for minor issues, general checkup and vaccines only. Not recommended for major issues as per the reviews and clinic hygiene level. Also I only show my cat to Dr Yang and No other doctor or nurse. Please keep in mind Dr Yang is a Chinese female doctor. Handles animals well, talks to them, is gentle and completely calm and have patience. Be it a good news or bad she always keeps transparency. Talks to the point. Does what is needed only nothing additional. I have taken few rescued cats too and all were fine. Do not get your cats spayed or groomed here. I have heard they sedate cats while shaving them which is very dangerous for your cats and they can die with wrong dose and if give often. Always keep an eye on your pets while doctors treat them Ok. Don’t trust anyone. Ok

One doctor in this clinic doesn’t know how to do her job she inject my cat in wrong way and the medicine some how thrown up and advice to do some test and anything just to add extra payment I think she’s Moroccan Doctor if you go there and she assist you with your fur babies please take you babies and run away it’s for the sake or your pets..better go other clinic pay a bit higher but your pets is safe

Negative experience: Hello we lost our little one just early morning We haven taken the kitten to the clinic because she was having a bit of vomitting and they have given her antibiotics since then it was nt even standing completely collapsed and less than a day it left us! Completely lost!!!

Fantastic experience: It’s one of the best vets I’ve ever seen and it’s my go to. I always take my dogs there no matter how bad the traffic is because of how professional and respectful they’re and their prices are reasonable not like many vets that take advantage of pet owners.

Negative experience: They don’t even deserve 1 star. Took my cat for 3 consecutive weekends and every time asked them to do thorough check up. But they failed to see ear mites. Now my car has severe ear infection due to ear mites. And the new vet told me it’s been there for over a week. Even last weekend they charged me 50 dhs for just a check up. Dr Natasha needs to give up her doctor’s practice , she is so incompetent and carelss. So many times I took my cat to her and she didn’t even see my cat had ear mites. Not to forget the phillipino lady at the reception. She puts her hand on her waist and shouts at us if we ask for bill break up. Her body language is so cheap. They force to do cash payment and no bill is provided.

Negative experience: Been going here for 7 years. Today they had showered my cat and I forgot to tell them to trim him also. I went and told them to do so and they were like not possible. And then I called my sister they told my sister we will charge double because they had already started showering him. They fought with my sister and we had to go another vet called Zad veterinary. They asked about the situation since my cat was still wet and freezing. Watanias heartless cold staff don’t care about you or your pets all they care is about money they charge double what the other vet I went to charged. They also backbite about their customers a lot. When I entered the shop a customer came out her car. Two women one Indian and the other African were like “oh not this woman again”. Please refrain from going here as the customer service has gotten worse over the years.

Negative experience: Worst customer service was calling for an emergency since the vet wasn’t answering and the lady replied with it’s not my fault and I’m not going to help worst customer service I’ve seen in the uae don’t visit this vet!!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, such rude staff there in the clinic specially the man who sits there doesn’t have manners to talk to customers, they chinese lady there is moody she speaks nicely sometimes and sometimes she doesn’t want to touch the cats. I took my cats for cleaning their ears and she bluntly refused and asked us to take the cats somewhere else. Would never like to go there again because of their unprofessional attitude

Negative experience: We went to enquire about spaying our 8 month old cat, first off the staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. Most importantly they had no feelings for the cat. He suggested we took her for spaying immediately without having her fast, when we told them she hadn't fasted prior they said "That's fine, after the surgery she'll just vomit." We insisted on talking to the vet to confirm if it's safe to do the surgery without fasting but the owner wouldn't let us speak to the vet either and insisted we spoke to him instead. Definitely do not reccomend if I had an option for 0 stars I'd give it a 0 for sure. There are much better clinics with better staff and vets.

Negative experience: I took a stray cat for treatment as she had an infection and was bleeding from her bum. The cat was in pain and had suffered for a long time when I decided to take her to this clinic. I was shunned away by the owner as he told me the cat was too smelly therefore he could not check it. He then went ahead to wear three masks and asked his staff if she will wash the cat first in order for him to consider if he will check her. The staff said a big NO and the vet went ahead to say that he could therefore not check her as the cat had eaten rat poison and would eventually die. I felt so bad and wondered how someone calls himself a vet yet has no compassion for animals, let alone being that he is the owner. I left the clinic very embarrased and went to Al Aropi Veterinary which is just across the road where the cat was treated and cared for with none of the staff holding their noses in disgust like they did at Al Watania. A month later now the cat is fully recovered and adopted. I went there in the first place just because it was cheaper and had hoped that the Chinese doctor would be the one who will attend as I have already heard good reviews about her. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I found a sick baby bird for that I came to them for check up and whenever I came they gave me a appointment and on the appointment the Vet never came when I asked the reception about this they're like what you want us to do? Like they're the one who gave me an appointment and i.have nowhere else to go they gave me 3 different appointments and on the fourth appointment Vet showed up and and said she have other important customer something like VIP and that bird was in avery bad condition even they didn't took a minute to check. That's what humanity left with them. I don't even have any pets because of my work I really have busy schedule. worst experience. Like I'm ready to pay I'm skipping work only because that bird could be healthy and fly free. Whats the point of their education? Their experience and knowledge is good for what?

Negative experience: I can say that my experience with this clinic was an absolute nightmare.Unfortunately I did not know about how bad, incompetent, and ignorant staff.I think they should not be in vet medical care business because they are dangerous to to vet community .I used there service to vaccinate my cats and unfortunately 3 of them died due to what they claimed the cat was stressed.The problem is they act like zombies in front of the fragile sensitive cat and they try to vaccinate her by force .They do not have any life saving measure .What is important to them is the money.I have been in shock for the past 2 weeks dealing with heart ache and still remember the traumatized cats and the traumatic experience as a whole and the owner relay the message to me people die so in essence cats are less important .To him only money counts .This is it Will never approach them any more and hope GOD will give them what they deserve.They deserve zero star.

Negative experience: We went for deworming for our dog. They dont care about the animals there, the attendant even dont want to touch the dog, and saying does he bite? So we decided not do it there. Please when your working with animals make sure you really like your job and you love animals.

Negative experience: if there is any possible way to give minus stars, then i will do so.. since they are cheating the clients... i had two cats and we did the vaccinatin for both of them in this clinic... and we have been clearly told that time that we need to pay once for two doses of the vaccine.. my cats got the first dose and when we visited to continue the second doses.. However, they denied the fact that they informed us.. they asked us to pay again!... I would simply describe them as liars.. be carefule!

Fantastic experience: Dr Yang is extremely gentle with cats. She knows what is doing. My cats were not stressed with her. However I can't comment on the other staff as I only go and interact with Dr Yang.

Negative experience: I had my Turkish Ankora cat taken for grooming. The price was fair but I have really let my pet down by taking to them. It was very unprofessional treatment and I wonder if they actually knew what they were doing. The hair cut was brutal with injuries though the cat was given anesthesia. It's a pathetic place where we would never take him again. A nightmare!

Negative experience: I wish i could give the a review in minus. My wife took our cat to them who was in labour, Dr yen checked the cat (cat was stucked with her last baby in her and wasnt able to deliver and was serious) and told that she will give meds for inducing the cat and she will deliver in max 3hours and if not get the cat in the morning and we will operate, well to our surprice the cat didn't delivered and the next mkrning when we called Dr yen she said she cannot operate and refused to see our cat. I am sure they just wanted to get the money for looking the cat and really didn't care if it dies, if they where not able to handle the case they could have told straight away and we would have find another place to treat her, but instead they injected the cat with "water" which i am sure and just took the money and got rid of the cat and let her in pain for the whole night. Really dont recommended them for any medical issues.

Negative experience: Today I take my turtle to the doctor and i am always going to the same Chinese doctor since 1 year but today realise that i made mistake that i am going to this clinic because they believe that that only rich people can come to that clinic not like middle class people. They make me feel very sad and their staff are very rude because i was in que but they were not interested in looking after turtle they said your turtle is ok don't have any issue i said that my turtle cannot walk properly because he has problem in her leg and i want to see the doctor also clip the turtle nails but they send us to the guy who cut the nail and give the injection rudely and don't give proper reply. And they take one Chinese customer before us to meet the doctor because the doctor is Chinese and when I told them why you send them before us to doctor they started saying that you didn't told us that you want to show the turtle to the doctor. When i said this not good and i will not come back then they said no problem you can do whatever you want and when i compliant to the doctor when she came out she also told that ok no problem don't come we will be relax.

Positive experience: Good vets at reasonable price. They are experienced mainly in cats and dogs.

Negative experience: I visited the clinic on the 22/07/2022 as my cat had fever. The doctor injected some antibiotics and gave medicine for 6 days and asked me to come on the 7th day for the follow up. I was expecting some sort of improvement on my cat but unfortunately the fever remained the same and as instructed I visited the clinic on the 7th day which was on the 29/07/2022 . The doctor diagnosed and gave a different medicine again for 4 days and asked me to visit the clinic on the 5th day. Note that I had already paid the consultation fee twice, which was Aed 100. on the 2nd day around 10pm, I witnessed some sort of inflammation on my cat’s face which was completely unusual so I decided to visit the clinic the next day. When I visited for a follow up on the 01/08/2022 they again injected with some anti inflammatory shot and gave medicine for 2 days, surprisingly the fever was the same and didn’t go down even a bit. I understand that it’s not on the hands of the doctor so I decided to follow their instructions and get the medicine which was Aed 10. When I was about to pay they charged me of Aed 60, when I enquired about the extra Aed 50 they are charging, they said it was for the follow up. I was completely confused, I visited the clinic three times within 10 days for the same reason yet they charged me additional Aed 50 as a consultation fee each time I visited. When I argued and gave an explanation about the issue , the receptionist replied rudely , “ we have to pay the salary and cover our expenses”. I was so frustrated by hearing the reply. I just gave them what they wanted and decided not to visit the clinic again. In these three visits I paid a total of Aed 300 including the consultation fee for three visits.

Positive experience: Nice vets and staff at the clinic. Docs are pleasant and will explain clearly. Prices are affordable too.

Fantastic experience: We took our golden retriever puppy to this vet she had parvo and the Chinese Doctor treated her and now she is doing fine and fees are reasonable, yeah the place is a bit small but she knows what shes doing so it doesn't matter as we used to take our dogs to other vets with nice facilities but our first puppy died and we paid a lot..
