Negative experience: Worst doctor ever seen in this clinic..we got a street cat (turkish angora) and took to this clinic in muwealah the doctor and staff were just behind money everything they before they could even touch or check they asked us to pay…which is very unprofessional secondly they did not check. Or do a proper treatment though we paid more than 1.3k they could not even clean the ears which had the main issue..i will not recommend to anyone to take there pets or buy anything

Negative experience: We took our parrot to this vet center because he was a bit sick, and they told us he needed to stay for 4–5 days. They charged us right away, and when we went the next day to see him, they didn’t allow us to. After we left around 30 minutes later they called to tell us that he had suddenly died. They gave no clear explanation and were completely unprofessional. It’s clear they don’t know how to deal with animals, and they’re very dishonest. I would never recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pets.

Fantastic experience: Good staff and good service

Negative experience: A very bad experience with this pet center. I made it very clear when I dropped off my dog that I did not want any hair cut on his back or from the top — only trimming on the legs, tail, and hygienic areas. Despite this, they cut the top so short without my approval. When I complained, the staff argued that it wasn’t considered short. This is not acceptable, especially since I gave specific instructions. To make matters worse, the staff kept pushing unnecessary products and services. I came only for a shower and basic grooming, but they insisted I buy deworming tablets and vaccines. Even when I said I already had deworming tablets at home, they asked what brand and tried to offer their own version ‘at the same price.’ I refused multiple times, and they clearly weren’t happy about it. The price was already high — around AED 90, which is more than what I used to pay at my usual vet (which is unfortunately closed now), and yet the service and attitude were very poor. I also found the staff unprofessional and not respectful. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you care about your pet’s comfort and proper treatment.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, the place is super clean and smells so fresh! I was shocked at the size of it. It’s big and spacious and there’s a very large viewing spot at the grooming area with seating. The grooming staff were well trained and did a great job with the full grooming. Prices are decent too. It felt good to bring in our cat who we adore to a place that’s well kept.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a professional service for your pet don’t go there. First, the Egyptian lady at the reception is really has no empathy for animals, which is already a red flag. When the first person you see doesn’t care about animals or even your name, just run away. 2 experiences in this VET clinic, and I regret giving them a second chance. I will never go there again, they are unprofessional and customer service is bad.

Negative experience: Very rough and aggressive with the pat's

Negative experience: I took my cat here due to needing a catheter, and this has had to be one of the WORST clinics i have taken my cat to. It’s unsanitary, (i even saw a beetle on the floor) they were greedy, even when i had requested for them to wash him, they forced me to pay extra (even though he was supposed to be staying with them for three days??), and the clinic itself is DOUBLE what normal clinics cost. Shouldnt you expect the best treatment with these prices? They even finished my cats wet food (which i had to bring myself because they refused to feed him if i didnt pay for it myself AND bring my own.), additionally, he usually only eats a quarter of a pack a day, and they took the entire UNUSED packet that had TWELVE FOOD SACHETS for what was supposed to be only three days of eating. One of my friends contacted me after I collected my cat, and told me To be careful with him. As she took her cat here, and it died after a week. If you care for your pets, I urge you never to take them to this clinic.

Negative experience: My advice to you is that this clinic is the worst clinic you can go to. There are scammers who are lying and give you ridiculous prices. If you go there before they let you in, they push you and agree with you on words, and then they come back and tell you that you need tests or examinations, and it is just a lie to earn illegal money, so beware, my cat died because of them. If you are exposed to this thing, call consumer protection and I will get your rights.

Negative experience: Utterly disappointed by the care my pet was given with the amount I paid. This was the second time I bought my bunny to this place, albeit expensive but the only place that treats rabbits. I have paid around 6000-7000/- in total for all treatments, and while the first time I left him was alright, the treatment this time was below acceptable. The nurses didn’t know what they were doing, and the doctor wasn’t helpful or able to find a real cause for his scabies, and ultimately blamed it on me. I won’t be coming here again.

Negative experience: The clinic is very clean and well-organized, but unfortunately, it’s quite expensive. There is an important concern that made us decide not to proceed with the services. The prices were not clearly stated or fixed—each test and vaccination was quoted by the staff without referring to any set price list. Unfortunately, we felt taken advantage of because of this. Additionally, we kindly suggest setting clear and reasonable prices for all services.

Negative experience: Expensive for the service they offer. Their treatments are not that great. And even for herbal ear treatment they won't sell it to you to make you come back for them to put the drops and pay extra each visit. Ridiculous

Negative experience: ‏Today, I went to the clinic because my cat was having breathing problems. I explained the issue and showed them a video of her struggling to breathe. They looked at me as if they didn’t understand anything. I was shocked. It was the first time I had taken her to a clinic, and they asked if she was a male or female. What kind of question is that? It’s obvious whether it’s a boy or a girl! Honestly, I was shocked that they didn’t even seem to know what they were doing.

Negative experience: If there is less than a star I would’ve given them!!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this vet. It seems like their main focus is on making money rather than caring for the animals. I felt that my pet's needs were not prioritized at all. I hope they reconsider their approach or close down, as this is not the kind of care our pets deserve. and they don’t answer your phone calls because they know that they are wrong! I was assured that my dog was fine and just needed monitoring, only to receive a call the next morning saying she had passed away and that you had been trying to resuscitate her since the morning. It’s incredibly upsetting that I wasn’t informed earlier so I could see my pet while she was still alive. I was also told not to visit because my dog might get too excited and cause her stitches to loosen, which adds to my frustration.

Negative experience: Not trusted Vet Center, they agree for X amount then get from you more than double X (2X) Not recommended at all. My wife went there with our Cat, to do operation، after checking they confirmed clearly the cost is 199 AED, ended up by paying more than 500 AED for extra things which no one can confirm it happened or not. Really I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: This clinic is not honest at all.. I called yesterday to ask for a neuter for my cat.. on the phone they said 199 aed. When i went they jumped the total to 320 including a shower ( the doctor wanted to do blood tests and so on bu my cat is healthy and fully vaccinated and microchipped and 100% indoor) When i went today yo collect him she asked gor another 105 aed for a silly unbelievable explanation that my cat is big and needed double anesthesia.. After that she insisted to make me buy royal canning from them ( i feed my cats different typesfor years) telling me that what I feed him is not good and only royal is good for him.. Today november 2, 2024 i got my cat onhe hour ago and i will keep him under supervision.. will update my review later after 7 days for full update But I don’t recommend it to anyone

Negative experience: After a 30 minute consult and 3000aed later, they misdiagnosed my cat, which ended in her loosing her life. I tried getting hold of the vet for the medication names and it took them over 4 hours to get back to me because the ‘Dr.’ was not available to open the file and share the information. Only the receptionist was available at the vet. This means that for 4 hours, if anyone went there, your animals would not have been helped. After one visit I feel they only have a business mindset and not one for the wellbeing for any animals brought in.
