Fantastic experience: Amazing vet. I will definitely be coming back again.

Negative experience: Their services are okay but to get an appointment is a nightmare, as they have a standard response of full booked and they give you a appointment after 3 to 4 days and generally after 9 pm, and it’s a newly opened branch and not so popular, the personnel taking the booking needs training or else they need to improve their man power and use their resources effectively as I prefer them as they are the closest but not the best, in terms of handling appointments….

Fantastic experience: Our dog had a wonderful stay at Zoo Veterinary Center - we received happy videos of him playing with all the other dogs a couple times a day. His bedroom was large and has air conditioning. Friendly staff. He was returned shampooed and happy. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Last Sunday morning, my dog suddenly started vomiting and later developed loose motions, so we rushed her to Zoo Veterinary Center as an emergency. The staff was extremely caring and helpful. The doctor examined her promptly and took immediate necessary actions, including blood tests and an X-ray. She was given an injection that provided instant relief. We are truly grateful to the entire team. Thanks to their quick and professional care, my fur baby is doing well now. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The vets here are VERY knowledgeable, especially with exotic pets. Not only do they consider physical possibilities and remedies for your pets, but they also take into account the animal’s behavior and mental wellbeing! This is going to sound silly, but my snake was sick for a while, when he didn’t get better, I went to the vet again. He suggested that the snake was ‘used’ to a routine and that I should slowly stop the routine of medicating so that it no longer thought it was sick, and it worked! For the vet to be so knowledgeable as to find and discern such a simple solution without trying to force more medicine or order unnecessary tests is nothing short of magic. I will be coming back for my pet needs!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and truly caring with our dog. They treated her with so much patience and love, which immediately made us feel at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our dog was comfortable throughout the visit. You can really tell they genuinely care about animals, not just their job. On top of the excellent care, their prices are very fair and among the best we’ve found for such specialized services. We are very grateful for the outstanding attention and highly recommend this clinic.

From the moment we arrived, the facility was impressively clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. I want to extend a special thank you to Ms. Ratih, whose kindness and expertise made all the difference. She was incredibly helpful, addressing all my concerns and ensuring Snow received the best care possible. Her professionalism and their teams genuine love for animals were evident, making our visit much more comfortable. Fantastic experience: Is an amazing place for my dog to spend the weekend while we are out of the city. They have open spaces with real grass, which believe me, is very important. The guys who take care of Kaiju, Wicklife and all the others, are very kind and smiley. The girls at the reception are very nice, very responsive, kind and helpful. The doctor who checked Kaiju is also amazing. My dog is always happy when we pick him up!!! Thanks to all the personnel. 100% recommended

It’s clear that he really knows his stuff and has a special way with animals. Our pet looked fantastic afterward, and we could tell he was treated with kindness and care the whole time. Fantastic experience: Fantastic vets! Our puppy has had severe allergies and after going to many different places we tried the zoo and they fixed her straight away. She was given medication and prescription food that I had been trying to get elsewhere. They’re incredibly communicative and it is handy to have the pick up and drop off service.

Fantastic experience: We could not have been happier with the care provided by this veterinary centre. We discovered a kitten with no tail and a leg injury, we took her to this vets and she was looked after and kept in for 5 days. We already can see huge improvements in her wellbeing from this short stay! She is now home with prescriptions and a check-up planned in 10 days time We got regular updates from staff on her progress and they were extremely helpful with letting us know a collection date. Thank you for all your help!

He was cheerful and professional throughout the grooming session, making sure Lusy felt safe and comfortable, even though she was a bit scared at first. Harun took his time with every detail — from trimming and filing her nails to grooming her hair — and handled her fear with such calm and expertise. It’s clear he truly understands animals and loves what he does. The entire staff was also very professional and welcoming. We’re so grateful for the care they provided. Harun is truly amazing, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a groomer who goes above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: The overall experience with zoo vet was incredible. The grooming professional Haroun was amazing, helpful and understanding. He helped to solve my cat's problem with the minimal loss. Due to his good job, we will be visiting them frequently to groom our cat.

Fantastic experience: We've always had exceptional care with both the Emirates Park Zoo Veterinary Center, and Pet Hotel since we moved to the UAE. Our dog has always received excellent medical care for her routine check ups and vaccinations at the clinic, and we've been really happy with her daycare and boarding at the hotel, where she comes home tired, happy, and clean. They have expansive outdoor and indoor areas, so she can really have a good run. And we love the daily videos! We have a hard time cutting her nails, but the staff seem to have the magic touch! The admin team is also very responive and communicative when answering questions or with booking requests. I highly recommend these services for all veterinary, boarding, and grooming needs, and will continue to bring our dog here.

Fantastic experience: I am coming regularly now to The Zoo Veterinary Center as I am caring for the street cats in my area and let them get spayed/ neutered. Also I brought one of the cats for the treatment of a very badly infected big injury. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and you will get always proper quotations. The nurses and the doctors were very professional and explain everything to you in a way that it easy to understand. The whole clinic shows very clean and the standard of the facilities and equipment looks up to date. For the hospitalized cat I got daily updates and my questions/ requests have been always answered by the team fast. I feel very comfortable using the services of The Zoo Veterinary clinic and the cost for the treatment is absolutely competitive. Thank you for your service

From the doctor and nurses who handled our fur baby’s vaccinations and treatment very professionally ,to the receptionists who managed our appointments very smoothly and to the pet hotel staff specially Ms Hanan of the cat hotel who is so kind and never fail to update us and reassure us of the well being of our fur baby by sending us videos daily during her stay at the hotel—thank you all so much — everyone’s friendly, polite and professional. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and everyone at the reception was kind and courteous. Communication was excellent – I got quick responses and helpful updates during the procedure, which gave me peace of mind. They also facilitated the TAMM registration, making the whole process smooth. My baby was well looked after in good hands. Big thanks to the ZVC team – highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely experience at the Zoo Veterinary Clinic! I was allowed to sit in while they groomed and shaved my fur baby! And he looks cuter than ever. The groomer was such a cool guy! All the way from Jamaica! We had great chats while he groomed my cat and it made the whole experience fun. It was also the first time my cat was being groomed in his 3 years of living, and the groomer had such a chilled energy that it kept my cat so calm. Truly a great experience and I will be back!
