Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Cloud 9. Before booking, I tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, but no one answered. Interestingly, when my friend called them from another phone, they answered immediately. After my friend told them that I had been trying to reach them, they suddenly called me back. I booked an appointment at 4:00 PM during Ramadan for TAMM cat registration, and the appointment was confirmed. However, when I arrived, they informed me that the person responsible for registering cats with TAMM was not even there and that her shift starts at 5:00 PM. This makes me question why my appointment was confirmed for 4:00 PM in the first place. In addition, I had already sent all the required documents on 20 February, and as of 5 March, I have received no update at all. I still don’t know whether my cat has been registered or not. I have also tried contacting them again through messages but have received no response. The lack of communication, poor scheduling, and overall disorganization made this a very frustrating experience.

Negative experience: I visited the clinic as a walk in while it was almost empty, yet the receptionist’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He clearly does not know how to work under pressure, especially on a day like this following the announcement that pet registration is mandatory on TAMM. I later tried to book an appointment; only one call was answered and the phone was hung up on me on 03/02/2026 at 5:42PM. I was determined to deal only with this clinic, but this experience is not worth returning for especially when the area has many well known hospitals and clinics with far more professional service. Management should take this seriously, as this person should not be the face of the clinic.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Nicole. I came in seeking help after finding a kitten and was hoping for some basic compassion or guidance, especially since Cloud 9 is supposed to help and care in situations like this. Unfortunately, Nicole was extremely unhelpful, showed no empathy, and made no effort to assist me at all. There was a complete lack of kindness and heart in her response, which was very upsetting given the situation involved an animal in need. This experience did not reflect the level of care and support I expected.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmad Magdy is wonderful, he gave my cat all the time needed, and showed me how to give him the medicine, highly recommended doctor

Fantastic experience: Cloud 9 Pet Hotel & Care is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about every pet. The place is always clean, organized, and feels safe and welcoming. My pet was so well taken care of — they provided regular updates, and I could tell he was happy and comfortable during his stay. The grooming and veterinary services are top-notch too! I highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone who wants the best care and comfort for their pets. Truly a five-star experience all around!

Fantastic experience: good atmosphere outside parking as well and good staff

Negative experience: I’ve had an unpleasant experience with Cloud9 Veterinary Clinic. Their prices are extremely high and unreasonable. I recently discovered that every time I brought my cat for a vaccine, I was also being charged for a full check-up — even when my pet was completely healthy and only needed the vaccine. At the end of the day, you want a clinic that truly cares about your pet’s health, not one that seems to put a price on every single thing. Unfortunately, this approach made me stop going there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my French bulldog Leo for training with Akhil the trainer at cloud9 and he’s been nothing but extremely helpful and attentive . Leo is very aggressive and has got an extreme phobia from feet. After training, Leo has become the sweetest boyand because of that he got over his fear of feet .Thank you Akhil and Cloud9 for your help, Leo will forever be grateful, Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I want to say special thank you from me and salem for treating him so nice. Specially doctor and the nurses incharge of salem. We didnt think he was going to make it and he came back today from his operation happy full of live The price is reasonable for the service salem was 6 to 9 days in the hospital I got every morning and every night update and video of salem. Nurses help me so much staff over all very friendly. Doctor Ahmmad very good doctor highly recommended vet. Thank you

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend especially for boarding! I’ve recently had to leave my cat there for 2 weekends and it has been an amazing experience. From the beginning, the staff is super friendly and very clear. Once my cat was dropped off I got daily updates on her, the space seemed very clean, the environment was perfect for a cat, with cat trees, toys, scratchers, etc. I was able to relax knowing that my cat was well taken care of. I would definitely leave my cat there again whenever it’s needed!

I brought in my dogs for medical tests on [insert date], and since then I have tried contacting the clinic multiple times by phone to inquire about the results. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or follow-up from your team. This lack of communication is causing me serious concern about the health of my pets. I believe that as a responsible pet owner, it is my right to be informed about their medical results in a timely manner, or at the very least, receive a response from the clinic. I kindly ask that you look into this matter urgently and provide me with the test results as soon as possible, along with an explanation for the delay in communication. Thank you for your attention and cooperation

Fantastic experience: We started using Cloud9 doggie daycare as an outlet for our Dutch Shepherd who had been causing chaos for 2 years. We tried several trainers throughout this time period, and then met Akhil (dog trainer at Cloud9). He has changed our lives as well as our beloved dog’s. Our house was chaos, constant barking, jumping, and failure to find a successful outlet for our boy. With Akhil’s expertise and background with training working dog breeds, Oakley (our dog) and our family are all very happy. Oakley is well mannered, enjoys life, and no more barking or jumping. He really hated cats and we were afraid to take him on walks. Now we all go on leisurely walks together, even with the cats! Akhil was brought so much peace and happiness to our lives through his training. He saved our household. He is a life saver.

Negative experience: One Star – Overpriced and Unprofessional Tried to book my cat into Cloud Nine Veterinary Hospital in Abu Dhabi for four nights. They quoted around 68 AED per night, but somehow the total came out to over 1200 AED. When I asked why, they tried to justify it by forcing extra charges — like deworming — even though I showed them proof that my cat was already dewormed and fully vaccinated in February, barely two months ago. The staff were cold and careless. Zero professionalism. Zero empathy. Customer service was a joke — they couldn’t answer basic questions and acted like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me. I’ve heard the owner is kind and well-respected, which makes it even more shocking that the place is being run this poorly. I’d never trust this clinic with my pet again. Definitely not worth the money or the headache

Negative experience: A Disappointing Experience at Cloud9 Veterinary Clinic I visited Cloud9 Veterinary Clinic with my friend, bringing two cats in critical condition. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, a receptionist of African nationality who handled our case in an unprofessional and unserious manner. When we explained why we were there, he asked if we had an appointment. When we said no, they informed us that we would have to pay 250 AED for a walk-in visit, whereas the price would be 170 AED if we had booked an appointment. His communication was aggressive, and at first, he told us the doctor could see the cats, only to change their statement moments later, saying that the doctor could not see them. When I emphasized that one of the cats was in critical condition, they suddenly raised the price to 880 AED just because it was an emergency! The prices were excessively high, and the staff’s attitude was far from professional. I do not recommend this clinic due to their poor service, unjustified pricing, and lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: I reccommend this est. for dog owner espcially the grooming. Alvin and pablo/cora has been and always good with their service. As a customer for 9 years, unfortunately, I just encountered a booking issue. I specifically book an appointment for a specific time with specific groomer who is available at the time when I called for appoinment. And now, rexeptionist called me.for confirmation and was surprise he was telling me my apppointment was 7pm. And i told him that is not what I have set appointment. And he told me, maybe it is miscommunication. How can it be miscommunication if we are only talking about "Date, Available Time that fits my schedule and available Groomer" that I trust with my dog? Kindly check in with your receptionist because they are the one who's in front of house. And I will always commend the good services your groomer provides whenever my dog visits for grooming. 19March - I book for an appointment 20March - confirmation of booking which I eventually cancelled.

Negative experience: One of the cleanest clinics that I have ever seen and doctors are kind and caring. However, front desk staff needs either replacement or intense training. They are extremely rude and unorganized especially the “gentleman” . The lady who is taking the calls unprofessional, the gentleman there has attitude and it is hard to understand how and why they are working there, in such amazing clinic. I hope they fix this soon.

Fantastic experience: Cloud 9 is an amazing place! The clinic has such a sunny and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The doctors are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and the handlers are so kind and attentive. They also offer excellent boarding, grooming, and dog training. All in one place! Since moving to Abu Dhabi, I haven’t been able to trust any other clinic with my dog

Fantastic experience: Always had a great experience with Cloud 9. I have used day care, boarding, vet and grooming services. The dog handlers are super friendly. The reception staff are just lovely and the dog groomer did an amazing job. Also Akhil George the trainer has worked actual miracles with my 6 year old dog who I thought was too old to change. She is now crate trained at 6 years old and we can leave her at home on her own now for short periods. Might not sound like a big deal but it's been life changing for us. Thanks Cloud 9 team.

Negative experience: My experience with Cloud 9 pet Hotel is unfortunately a very unsatisfactory experience. They are very materialistic, lack of professionalism and credibility, and I do not recommend them to anyone at all Clearly waste of Money & Time.

Negative experience: I took my cat for grooming, have in mind my cat is not aggressive doesn’t bite or attack and they were forcing him on the table so roughly. Not being gentle and clearly ignoring the signs that the cat is extremely stressed out, needed a break of petting and shaking. Definitely the last time I visit.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my cat groomed. Ronal was finishing work, but he stayed the extra time to do the full grooming for my cat. I really appreciated the extra effort and his dedication to make the customer happy. Additionally, there are very good staff who make this a 5 star experience, namely Arnold front desk, Dr Sandra, and Dr Ahmed. Lastly, to the owner, please consider family discounts as I have recommended 5 family members to come to your VET clinic. Also, it would be great for the owner that we get to see you at the clinic instead of seeing your picture on the wall. Make this a community, not a business and support the wonderful staff you have. Would be great if you could give employee of the month awards to show appreciation of your staff.

Negative experience: Beware!! The adoption part is a big scam. They’re basically selling the pets they claim are for adoption. They charge more than 6500 for a dog and 3600 to adopt a small kitten who was born there and has no health issues. Spaying, vaccinating and microchipping maximum costs 800 AED at the most expensive vets. They claim the adoption fees are for taking “care” of the pet. I asked them if they are could show me the breakdown of the charges so I could understand what I was paying for and they refused. Please adopt your animals from a more ethical place!

Negative experience: Sadly, my experience with the vet was disappointing. While some staff were lovely and caring, others showed a noticeable lack of empathy, giving a negative attitude during a very sensitive time. It felt like finances were prioritized over my cat’s well-being, which was heartbreaking. Unfortunately, my cat didn’t make it, leaving me deeply saddened by the experience

Fantastic experience: Just had my mini schnauzers groomed and can honestly say it’s the best groom they have had, our salt and pepper girl is actually white again! Very happy

Fantastic experience: When I first adopted my dog Mojo, I had trouble with his behavior and managing a dog since he is my first. A friend recommended me to go to Akhil (dog trainer) and my life has been soo much easier since then! any husky owners know how difficult it is to deal with huskies. Akhil has been there every step of the way and I am so thankful truly the most helpful person I have ever come across. The methods he uses definitely work and even the advice he gives on dog handling and training work! I definitely trust all that he says because it proved that it worked He seriously works hard to create a safe & loving environment in Cloud 9! He has helped me with many things including crate training, not pulling on a leash, simple commands (sit, go, etc.), and more I genuinely believe i would’ve been lost without his guidance with my dog

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience yesterday at Cloud 9. I brought my senior dog, Archie, for his grooming appointment and I have to say my dog has always hated going for grooming. He is usually very stressed out by the time I come to pick him up. Yesterday was completely different, when the groomer Alvin came to collect him from me at reception, he listened to all my requirements and concerns about my dog's arthritis and assured me all would be well. And it was! When I went to pick up Archie, he not only looked great but he was totally relaxed, as he is at home. I was so happy! Thank you to Cloud 9 and especially to Alvin! <3

Fantastic experience: The place is FIVE Stars. The staff are great and all very passionate about animals. I love the daycare as it allow my golden to interact with other dogs. He loves it. The dog trainer AKHIL is amazing and a life saver! He helped train my golden retriever puppy and it was like I had a new dog! We had a family session, he explained to the entire family the dos and donts, gave tips, constantly called to follow up and check on the behaviors we were working, he’s passionate about his work. No words to describe, hands-down, amazing trainer - this was a game changer for our family making! 100% recommended!

Fantastic experience: My dog, Pablo Escobark’s favorite daycare. Overall, this is the best doggy daycare in Abu Dhabi. All handlers, especially Bryan, have been treating my dog with love and care as if their own. Love how they always update me with videos of Pablo and his friends playing. The place is clean and spacious with indoor and outdoor play area. Reception is superb too. They are all courteous, friendly, organized and professional. We live far, but I always see to it that my dog visits Cloud9 every week. I just wish they would open another branch closer to Reem Island so I can utilize other services!

Fantastic experience: Cloud9 has one of the best dog trainer in the region, Akhil George. We call him dog whisperer. If your dogs need help, contact Cloud9 and ask for Akhil. Great place for pet grooming. 10/10 They have the best dog treats and products. Receptionist Solomon, however, was extremely rude in all instances. But the rest of the staff are passionate in their jobs!

Fantastic experience: Cloud 9 has been the grooming home to my fur baby dog for 2 years now. I have tried each and every groomer and I can safely say they are all talented and great. Alvin and Pablo have been my go to for consistency. They are patient and their grooming skills is top notch. The staff at the facility are also very friendly and helpful. As soon as you enter, you are warmly greeted and treated with respect. The owner is also extremely sweet and humble. There are a variety of products for your fur babies from feed to toys, harnesses, and more. I also really love that they have a viewing area where you can watch your pet get loved and groomed. This is a long overdue review of a well deserved place. I usually review places occasionally and I don’t how this one slipped through the cracks because they surely deserve it.

Fantastic experience: During the 4 years I lived in Abu Dhabi, I trusted Cloud9 with my two cats for everything, from boarding to medical to grooming, Cloud9 was amazing. One of my cats became ill with liver disease, and Cloud9 did all they could to help him and were compassionate when he passed away. I moved back to the US in 2020 during the height of covid and Cloud9 cared for my cat for several weeks until they could arrange for him to catch a flight out of Dubai, where they drove him up and made sure he was well taken care of during his travel. I truly can't say enough good things about their service, and I only wish I could find a place this good where I live now!

Fantastic experience: My two dogs frequently go to Daycare.and the kennel during vacations. They are excited to go and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, helpful and eager to please. There are numerous dog handlers and al of them are very good with the dogs. Asiba, Arnold ,Solomon and Gerald are all very nice and friendly running the front counter.

Nurse Jumar was extremely gentle with my baby cat Bailey. Both of them took good care and got Bailey comfortable for treatment. Fantastic experience: We brought our two year old puppy to cloud 9 due to behavioral problems. Before cloud 9 our German Shepard was known to be very reactive and this made him act aggressively towards our friends and other people. All the staff was very friendly and helped assist us in finding the perfect trainer. Working with our trainer Akhil really helped us understand why he acted this way and helped us find ways around his triggers and prevent/ desensitize our dog from having any incidents. Now we are able to take our dog places that we couldn’t before and for that we are immensely grateful. We rlly loved cloud 9 because Akhil was very patient in dealing with our family and he never made us feel judged for having a difficult dog instead he worked with each of us individually and was very direct in what needed to be done in order to see improvement. It has only been a few weeks and so we are still working on it but without Akhil we wouldve completely lost hope for our dog and would not have seen all the progress he’s made today.

Its so comfortable for me to travel knowing my pupper is in the safest hands.i love the fact the handlers are so gentle with my puppy. Especially the handler vijith takes extra concern in making sure i get video updates. And he makes sure shes clean and happy at all times its good everyone is an animal lover not doing it for business . Fantastic experience: I brought my 5-month old beagle puppy to Cloud9 for boarding and training and absolutely loved the work they do. Bambi was hyperactive, uncontrollable and crazy before I dropped her off, it was impossible to walk her without her pulling the leash and picking up trash on the street. She would also bite really hard and refused to go to the toilet outside. After just one week (!) with trainer Akhil, Bambi started listening to my commands, going to toilet outside before our walks and has become more calm. I was shocked with the progress Akhil and Bambi achieved and cannot recommend him enough. He is a type of trainer who will always help with advice, is very approachable and will never turn you away if you have an issue with your pup. He is also straightforward and will give you really good advice. 100% recommend, he knows what he is doing! Huge thanks to Akhil, the vets and staff at Cloud9.

My only suggestion is to renovate the daycare area, as it appears outdated. Additionally, sharing occasional photos to update us on our pet's activities in daycare would greatly assist us in promoting your service.

Fantastic experience: We've used Cloud9 for years and they've always provided VIP services for our dog, Charlie. His handler, Brian, treats him like a king and always provides videos of him playing with his friends. I highly recommend Cloud9 if you need a safe and clean kennel for your pet for the day or a long stay.

Fantastic experience: Cloud 9 is one of the very few places I would trust to keep my pets in while I am travelling. I usually take my 2 pets twice a month as well for Spa Day, and they are very well taken care of. Our dogs, Lilly and Yogi, enjoy their time to the max there, and I found them always happy while picking them up from cloud 9. After adopting Buddy, it transpired that he had acute kidney disease and the staff at Cloud 9 have all been supportive in Buddy's care and been reassuring to me. They helped source and purchase the best priced specialist food for him and they also give him two kidney flushes a week under the veterinary department. They update me when his vaccinations are due and complete them for me whilst he is having lots of fun in daycare. If you are in a position to bulk buy a daycare package, it works out so much cheaper overall and has validity of 6 months to use them up. They also have a free local pick up and drop off service too! Their grooming facilities are reasonably priced and they have special offers on from time to time. Their boarding facilities have been great for Buddy, he has had short stays and also boarded over the summer when I travelled home and he looked amazing when I got back. I get regular daily video clips of him playing with his doggy friends, which is always reassuring and does brighten up your day. They also have a well stocked pet provision section selling a wide range of food products, toys, beds, bowls, leads and harnesses etc, which are competitive in price comparing to the larger pet stores. I have given 5 stars to recognise the WHOLE team at Cloud 9, they are all friendly, helpful and do everything they can to make sure your pet is happy and safe. Thanks Cloud 9

Negative experience: I am not satisfied by the consultation with one of the vets. I brought my kitten for a check up as she was becoming really thin, eating little and becoming inactive. The vet was mainly thinking about parvovirus but didn’t think of other possible viruses that align with my kittens symptoms. She also said to come back after 15 days for a follow up just to do the parvovirus vaccine while I was watching my kitten get thinner and weak. So I brought her to another vet clinic, the vet was thinking about a virus other than parvovirus as it was unlikely. The vet also explained a virus which results in signs and symptoms similar to my kittens’. They also did lab test, virus tests and X-rays to know what’s going on, and they confirmed she has FIP, unfortunately.

Negative experience: So this is related to their adoption policy … we asked to rehome a lovely retriever, bought our dog down and socialised … however when we asked to take the dogs outside to play not allowed, when we asked to take him for a day to check if he would be ok with our dog …. Refused … it’s been 2 weeks and no call back, meanwhile the dog is still in the kennels ! And then the adoption fee ! 6000 dirhams ! Absolute absurd price …. I can’t comment on the day care - but for adoption they are not acting in the animals best interest

Negative experience: Really bad experience. I left my cat on board for 7 days. I had to pay the health check up and additional vaccines and after all that on the 6th day my cat suddenly got sick with eye discharge and difficulty breathing. My cat was health and when I brought him he got sick. Then what’s the use of health check and vaccines ??? And in the end I had to pay for the medicine and diagnostics. So sad that this happened to my pet in this facility. I thought my cat would he in good hands but I was shocked with the reality.

Negative experience: We put our cat in the boarding. Throughout his stay they were sending videos of him which was good. Only one day before we were supposed to pick him up somehow he got sick and sneezing and they said they have to give him medicine. When we picked him up his eyes are red teary and his voice is gone and he’s struggling to breath. Definitely never going again to Cloud9 for any services in the future.

Fantastic experience: Cloud 9 helped my cat to be healthy and happy again. In a difficult situation/case doctors and nursed of Cloud 9 Clinic showed exceptional level of care and professionalism in helping my pet. My cat was well looked after 24/7. Doctors were very careful in making sure my pet had all the right testes, medication and when/if it needed to be adjusted. Regular follow-ups from the nurses on my cat's well-being when he was in the clinic. Every single member of Cloud 9 treated us like a part of the crew (my pet was sick for almost 4 month). During this long period of time of treatment, we always were treated in the best way and care. Shout out to Dr. Sandra, Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Mohammed and Dr. Zeynep. As well as nurses: Kristha, John, Ron, Ben, Milky, Rain, Celine. Thank you, Cloud 9 team.

Fantastic experience: My cat has a lump on her belly since she was a kitten and I was told by my previous vet (in my home country) that I shouldn’t worry since it’s probably just a fat lump. However the lump grew a bit recently so I decided to make an appointment with the vet for a check up. I didn’t expect much from a check up because most of vets I’ve been to would do it very quickly without detailed explanation. Here at Cloud9 clinic was different. Vet Mohammed invested so much time into explaining what could be the cause of the lump, what are the solutions and his personal opinion and suggestion. He was very attentive and gentle when he dealt with my cat. She seemed really calm the whole time. He was really friendly and very professional. I got a lot of useful advices from him. The consultation lasted for about 30 minutes and it was free since it was my first time at the clinic and due to the ongoing promotion they have until the end of August.

Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful and grateful to @cloud9pethotel specially the super kind Nurse Melchi and nurse Celline for taking care of my two pigeons and special thanks to Mr. Saeed the Supervisor and to Nurse Ben for their understanding and efforts in accepting my disabled birds during Eid hoildays. My mind was so in peace and i enjoyed my trip because of them my two beloved birds were in safe hands during my absence and they kept updating me with their videos. My male pigeon enjoyed attacking the poor Nurse Melchi which kept him busy and distracted from missing me i guess Taking care of two disabled birds is not easy but they did that and they took good care on feeding them and kept them clean all the time. I can't be more thankful for this great favor

Negative experience: Thank you cloud 9 for traumatizing and abusing my dog. I wish I could give 0 stars but there’s no option for that. I was a loyal customer for many years until I found the negligence employees in the boarding has. The funny thing is every time I call someone gives me a different excuse for what really happened to him. What a joke this is. The least I expected was for your company to cover the medical fees since this happened in your facility. However I realize now that no care is given to animals that board in your facility. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Fantastic experience: I have used Cloud 9 as my one stop shop for both my small dog and cat; grooming, vet check ups, boarding and dog training. I feel everyone who works there - no matter their role - has a genuine passion and care for animals and have always treated my pets with genuine warmth and kindness. Special mention to Akhil who I call the “dog whisper” who has been incredible with training both our dog and us as pet owners on how to lead train and ease her anxiety around other dogs. He’ll either come to our home or look after her during doggy day care onsite at Cloud 9. I have no hesitation in recommending Cloud 9 for anything you need to do with your fur babies.

Negative experience: Do not care about animals! Only in it for money! I rushed to Cloud9 this evening at 8:40pm as my rescue kitten needed medical attention. When I got there, they said that because I did not have an appointment, this would be treated as an emergency even though the vet was still there. They would charge me AED870 BEFORE even looking at my poor kitten. The vets shift did not end until 9pm. I then called the Australian Vet, and they were more than happy to accommodate with the total vet fee (including antibiotics and other medication) coming to AED 350. Vets should put animals first. Otherwise, what is your purpose?

Fantastic experience: I would like to thanks akhil dogs trainer he is working with my dog. My dog is not scared from any sounds even from hair dryer and vacuum also he taught my dog some words which make it easier for me. Plus my dog is not barking at random people passing by and he is social too. He trained my dog to not jump on me and focused on his behavior.

Fantastic experience: The staff are beyond friendly and compassionate, every single person present in the establishment truly loves and cares for animals. Dr Mohammed Almarzooqi and Dr Sandra are two of the most professional veterinary Drs I’ve ever met. My cat was diagnosed with kidney stones and a kidney failure, many vets have told me to give up my fur baby but not them! They did everything they could to get her health back and alhamdulellah she’s better than ever thanks to them. I’m forever grateful.
