Fantastic experience: I tried this vet clinic after a bad experience with another one, so honestly my expectations were pretty low. But the whole team really surprised me with how professional and caring they were. My cat was in a critical condition and was super aggressive because she was in pain. Dr. Islam didn’t just treat her, he actually managed to win her trust. She was very hostile during the first visit, but later on she became really calm with him. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I booked a trim grooming service based on google reviews and holiday stay urgency, but my dog was given a very short, uneven, hygiene-style shave, similar to what is commonly done for cats, not a standard dog grooming trim. The grooming appeared rushed and lacked proper scissor work. I was informed about “knots” only after the grooming was completed, with no prior discussion or consent to shaving. I paid 100 for this service, which felt expensive given the outcome and level of care. Better communication and clearer distinction between grooming styles are needed. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: I boarded my boy cat at Flufy Vet Clinic for a few days, including his neutering, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The team there is genuinely kind and easy to talk to — they treated my cat like he was their own. He settled in fast and looked completely comfortable every time I checked on him, which says a lot because he’s usually shy in new places. The clinic is spotless, calm, and really well run. The whole experience — drop-off, updates, and pickup — felt smooth and reassuring. I’m honestly grateful for how well they cared for him, and I wouldn’t think twice about bringing him back.

We have brought two cats to Fluffy Cats Veterinary Clinic and both times were very happy with how they were treated. Dr Eslam takes time to clearly explain all test results. It’s obvious that he cares about the animals. Both cats needed to be hospitalised for some time and we were sent updates and videos to show how they were getting on. We are extremely happy with the service we experienced here and so are our cats.

Negative experience: Brought my cat here expecting a vet visit — what I got instead was a masterclass in how to turn a worried pet owner into a walking ATM. Before even examining my cat, they lined up a list of tests that seemed to grow by the minute. Despite all the unnecessary procedures, my cat’s condition hasn’t improved at all. If your goal is to watch your money disappear faster than your pet’s comfort, then by all means, this is the clinic for you.
