Fantastic experience: Thankfully and luckily I happened to enter this clinic ,I had the best experience with affordable rate,the staff and the doctor especially were well trained and professional and loving to the animal , I am fully satisfied with all that they did for my pet puppy sugar. I will be returning back to this same place hereafter for any possible treatment/grooming or whatever!!! Much appreciated

Fantastic experience: I had given my Galah bird for boarding for about 40 days. The experience I got from Vet Care was amazing. They took care of the bird very well. I even got videos of the bird on a daily basis. The cleanliness of the facility is worth noting, appreciate the good manners of the staff. From the very beginning, the doctors and staff gave their full effort. Despite the cat’s critical condition, they did not hesitate — they performed the surgery with dedication, patience, and compassion. What truly touched my heart was their attitude. They didn’t see this as “just a stray cat”, but as a life worth saving. Their behavior was gentle, their care was sincere, and they kept trying — every single day. Dr. and the staff are truly wonderful and kind-hearted people. You can feel that they genuinely love animals and treat each one with dignity and respect. If you're looking for a place that treats every soul — big or small, owned or stray — with compassion and commitment, this clinic deserves your trust. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to the medical team in the clinic, a clean, sophisticated and beautiful clinic that has all the services and treatments for cats, dogs and others, cooperating and full of mercy and goodness, I conducted all the treatments for my cats, and I also performed an operation, their prices are affordable for everyone. I highly recommend them. The best Veterinarian in the country. I love all of them and i love how they’re so free and welcoming. There services are the best as well as there services and grooming. I’m dealing with them for more than 5 years. And they gifted me a Free Full Shower For my cats once they heard a good news from me in my personal life. I really suggest everyone to check them out and see the lovely services they offer.

Negative experience: انا معاهم من 2015 من ايام المبنى القديم و الموظفين القدامى كانوا توووب بصراحه / لكن من تم تغييير الموظفين الشغل تعباااااااااان و ثاني مره يسوون لي شغل عديم الخبره قبل سنتين عندي قطه عمرها اسبوعين ، الموظف طرحها ؏ الارض و يضحك عليها و انا واقف جدامه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل / حرفياً الخبره في المجال اصبحت بالاضافه : انا واقف قبل لاتفتح العياده بساعه علشان اكون اول واحد و اخلص . قالت لي الاستقبال ساعه بالكثير و يخلص . ساعتيييييييييين و هم مش خالصين على ( تقليم اظافر ، اذن، و تشوووه شعره المسكين) ساعتين و ربع؟؟؟؟؟ و عذر موظفه الاستقبال ( القطط تتحرك كثير / اقبح عذرر) هذه دليل على عدم الخبره ف المجال ؏ مدى السنين ولا عيادة ثانيه قدمت لي عذر مثل هذه To me highly not recommended.

Negative experience: إذا في شي اقل عن تحت الصفر بكتبه أنا قاعده اكتب التعليق وأصيح أتعامل مع العياده من زمان المبنى القديم عند المطار ماغيرتهم وسويت عمليات عندهم أنا عندي ثلات قطط العمليات من يد الدكتور صراحه ماعليها كلام انسان يهتم فينا نحن واطفالنا الي هم قططنا من اسبوع قطتي سوت عمليه عند الدكتوره وكل يوم اترجع والجرح التهب اليوم زرتهم وهم الي قالو تعالي بنفحصها يوم رحت موضفه الاستقبال ماشالله عليها صدمتني (انه انتي من اخذتي القطه مكنشتي فيها شي كانت تمام والحين احنا الساعه وحده الضهر وقت البريك خلي القطه بتفحصها الدكتوره الساعه خمس) هذه حاله مستعجله وفي صديد طالع والقطه حرارتها 39.9 قمه الاهمال , والله حرام وخساره الزيارات الي كانت معاكم
