Negative experience: I called to explain that my 7 year old male cat had to come to this clinic for an emergency. Not only was I quoted 300 aed for the visit despite them already having my cat’s medical history, but the clinic was apparently closed and they could not even call a doctor for an urgent case. I had to take my cat elsewhere to receive proper, timely care. This experience made a stressful emergency much more difficult. Emergency care should be accessible and responsive. The clinic should seriously review their policies.

Fantastic experience: I love the way my dog, Skye, is handled during grooming. I really enjoy the grooming experience and am very happy, Jelly does a great job, along with the assistance of the guys. Come and enjoy the grooming services!

Fantastic experience: العيادة زينه و نظيفه و الدكاتره ماشاءالله عليهم و يشرحون لنا كلنا! تطعيمات قطوتي كلها عندهم و سنوييين يكلموني عشان التطعيم ماشاءالله متابعين ، السباحه و الحلاقه تجنننن انصح الكل يعتمدهم ! احلى عيادة بيطرية ف الفجيرة و أسعارهم حلوه و مقبوله و تسوى ، رحت كذا عياده م يسبحونهم عدل ولا يقصون أظافرهم حتى بعض العيادات لما اوديهم كم يوم و قطوتي يصير فيها فطريات او عث بالأذن ، بس هالعياده ماشاءالله عليهم نظيفين و م يخلطو قطوتين مع بعض و ينظفون اول ب اول ، بس اتمنى العياده و كل العيادات بعد يوفرون لنا دكاتره ٢٤ ساعه لانه القطاوه فجاء تتعب

Negative experience: عيادة سيئة جدا كنت اخذ قطي اكثر من مرة عندهم و يقولون لي عنده مشاكل بالأسنان و لازم نشيلها و كانوا يخدرونه و يشيلونها و آخر مرة قالوا لي بنسوي له أشعة و بعدين بنشيل اسنانه و لما طلبت الفواتير عرفت ان مب مسوين له الأشعة و سوو له تحليل دم و كان عنده مشكلة بالكبد و محد قال لي عنها لين أنا طلبت نتيجة التحاليل و خذتها لعيادة ثانيه و كان عنده تقرحات بالفم و كل مرة يقولون عطيناه مضاد و راحت لكن لما خذته لعيادة ثانيه شفت التقرحات موجودة و فيه ورم محد قال لي عنه و هم و كل مرة يطلعونه على أساس خلاص مافيه شي و الأسنان اللي شالوها جذورها كانت للحين موجودة و مب شايلينها بشكل كامل و كان هالشي مخلنه يتعب كل كم يوم لان الأسنان للحين موجودة داخل حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Negative experience: While the nursing staff were friendly, the VET on duty was aggressive with my cat, and his practices were equally harsh. He kept instructing her impatoently by saying "relax!" and "why you are doing this, why you are crying! " as he tried to draw blood from her front leg (?) in the most ungentle, uncaring way I have ever witnessed. My cat has never been in so much distress and physical agony while on a VET's table for a basic procedure like drawing blood. I will never go back here. They charged me UAD 620 for an ultrasound and an injection. When I complained they gave me "discount" of UAD 120. The VET clearly wanted to do everything he could to ramp up a steep bill - blood tests and an ultrasound. If you want a caring, professional VET, I would steer clear of this practice.

Fantastic experience: Made the best decision driving all the way from dubai to fujariah for treating my puppy paw fracture. Where dubai was giving me ridiculous bills with no interest in the welfare of my puppy just insisting on surgery. Pets and us staff are so kind and invested in every pet that walks in. Special thanks to Dr Alaa he’s a god sent for all pets in need. We tried couple of dubai vets and all their interest is how to make money. Thank you again

Negative experience: it was my go to vet but now, never going again!! they only want money and the grooming is bad the african worker was chatting the whole time even while my cat was wet, they used the same towel for 2 cats one was mine, my cat is sick and they used her towel for a healthy cat!! the grooming room was FREEZING COLD and they wash cats and dogs together which made my cats so scared they almost died of heart attack , i paid for wash but i did not allow them to wash after seeing how dirty and careless they are.. absulotly disgusting never going again in my life

Fantastic experience: Jelli has always been the go-to person for all of my cat's grooming needs. I have 6! Though it can be very challenging sometimes especially when it comes to bathing after every haircut, she is very meticulous as to taking special instructions and does the work meticulously leaving my babies all happy and shining, and fresh smelling too. We just love it!❤❤❤She is so caring and loving apart from being very professional with handling grooming as her expertise. Thanks so much for the wonderful service and dedication to giving best quality care for all our cats. I would definitely recommend Pets N' Us in Al Faseel Fujairah. Then I went to this clinic and Dr. Irina was the one who treated him and took care of him! He came back as he was fine. Fantastic experience: This vet is the best in Fujairah. They are attentive to my cats and go above and beyond their duty to ensure my cats are looked after well. My experiences with other vets in Fujairah have been terrible and Pets N Us are the best vets. The Filipino doctor is kind, caring, compassionate and professional. His honesty and integrity makes the customers feel respected and valued. Also, the other staff such as Marites and the admin staff are wonderful and responsive. If you love and care about your animals, bring them to Pets N Us. The groomer, Jelly is meticulous and is very honest. She ensures she does her job properly with care and puts the animals at ease when she is grooming them. 5/5 stars - if I could give more I would.

After my cat and dogs picked up a nasty skin infection once at a cheap groomer elsewhere , requiring a long and expensive treatment, I stick to the trusted Pets’n’us.

Fantastic experience: عيادة متخصصة و الأطباء مع الطاقم محترفين.. اخذت لهم قطة لعملية التعقيم و تم اجراء أحدث تقنية عملية التعقيم من غير ترك أي جرح أو ندوب لها و تشافت بسرعة.. و أخذت لهم قطة فرجان كانت حالتها صعبة و بعد الفحوصات عرفنا إنها تعاني من إلتهاب الكليَة و فيها كورونا و تم التعامل مع مرضها بعناية فائقة و القطة حالياً بخير و رجعت لحياتها الطبيعية .. خذو حيوانتكم لهم و انتو مطمنين. A specialized clinic with professional doctors and staff. I took my cat to them for spaying, and they used the latest spaying technique without leaving any wounds or scars, and she healed quickly. I also took them another cat, who was in a difficult condition. After examinations, we found out the cat had a kidney infection and coronavirus, and his illness was treated with great care. The cat is now fine and has returned to his normal life. Take your pets to them with peace of mind.

Negative experience: Supporting Emirati business is something we can give back to the UAE. Been in Fujairah for years(25 plus) and first of all a big thank you to Mr Yousuf the owner. He by far is honourable polite and good gentleman. Has a profund love for animals. Dr Judy is an excellent vet. Experienced and trained and very passionate about animals. ( Under her the clinic has excelled) Staff are excellent. The best clinic in Fujairah.. While Veterinary medicine is expensive at least you get quality medication and vet care. We have seen your care for animals no matter if pets or rescue. THANK YOU IS WHST WE CAN SAY TO MR. YOUSUF, DR JUDY AND THE STAFF.

Negative experience: بصراحة انا كنت زبونة لهالعيادة و كان علاجهم من افضل العيادات في الفجيرة لكن ومع الاسف صار مافي اي رقابة ع الاسعار نصحت صديقتي فيها و كانو جداً استغلاليين بالاسعار يقولون لك سعر عند الدكتور و يوم بتدفع يعطونك سعر مختلف تماماً وتعرضت من فتره قريبه لنفس الموقف ويوم شافتني انصدمت رجعت لي السعر الاصلي!! هذا الشي اللي يخليني مستحيل ارجع للعياده ، واتمنى يكون في رقابة وفواتير واسعار لتجنب الاستغلال
