Fantastic experience: All I can say is that this clinic is amazing! It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is so kind and professional. The veterinary doctors are excellent and truly care about their patients. They take the time to provide the best possible care and do everything they can to help our pets stay healthy. A special thanks to the groomer, Kuya Renier. He did an excellent job grooming my dog. Even though my dog is usually aggressive, he handled it with patience and was able to keep my dog calm throughout the grooming session. The receptionist (Jan) was also very friendly and welcoming. While I was waiting, she asked about my dog's health, which showed that the clinic genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and high-quality veterinary care. Thank you to the entire team!

Fantastic experience: They were very helpful. Michael at the reception was very friendly. They helped me with a lost kitten by giving him a bath because he had a lot of dirt stuck to his body. They removed all the dirt, thankfully. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this clinic .

Negative experience: Very bad they didn’t want to help me carry the cats to the car i had two heavy cats with me and there’s one employee is very very rude the doctor asked him to help and he refused and my cat was in his cage i only wanted him to carry him with me

Negative experience: دايماً اروح هالعياده من كم سنه و امدحهم و امدح اسعارهم، لقيت كيتنز صغار عيونهم متاذيه فالشارع خذا ٢٣٠ على شوو؟ القطره ب ٨٠ والباقي شغله و الدكتور اصلاً ما سوى شي غير فحصهم و وصف القطره !! ولا في مراعاة و خصهم انهم مساكين قطاوة شارع مع ان ابوي كذا مره قاله هذيل قطاوة شارع Disappointed الظاهر حتى عيادتي المعتادة بغيرها استغلال الارواح البريئة هذي عشان الماديات امر مرفوض❌❌

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the team at Lovely pet clinic for the care and compassion they showed while treating my cat Snowy. Unfortunately, she passed away due to FIP, which was heartbreaking. Despite the outcome, I truly appreciate the effort, professionalism, and kindness the veterinarian and staff provided throughout the treatment process. It was evident that they genuinely cared about her comfort and well-being. Losing a pet is never easy, but I am grateful that my cat was treated with patience, respect, and compassion until the end. Thank you to the entire team for doing your best.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my cat to Lovely Pet every few months for over a year now and I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff is nice and treats the animals so well and the prices aren’t bad at all! My cat used to be a stray and is a little traumatized and when we take him for a bath he is usually very tense and hides away after but I haven’t had this situation with Lovely Pet and that’s just a testament of how well they treat the animals
