Fantastic experience: Another nearby'vet' diagnosed by Google to use human and dog medicine for organ suspected problems...without blood tests! Within minutes at TVV the cbc diagnosed otherwise and issued real medicine all prepped with welcoming gifts. Hoping the other is made way for the E11. Dangerous.

Fantastic experience: We visited Village Vet Al Hamra today and had a truly wonderful experience. Dr. Omer was incredibly attentive and professional with our dog. You could immediately see his experience in the way he handled everything, from interacting with our dog to giving the injections and making the whole process calm and stress free. We felt our dog was in very good hands. A big thank you to the whole team as well, especially Panne, Jay, Nhuel, and Mary. Everyone was kind, caring, and genuinely welcoming throughout the visit. Our little guy even received a toy after the visit, which was such a thoughtful touch. He walked out happy with his toy and completely forgot about all the procedures. You can really feel that the team genuinely loves animals, and that makes such a difference. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The clinic itself has a very peaceful atmosphere, is beautifully designed, and seems very well equipped, which made us feel even more confident during the visit. They replied quickly, were very attentive, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of our little boy. We truly appreciated it ❤️

Fantastic experience: My cats and I are regulars at Village Vet ever since they were tiny kittens! The team are amazing at what they do; I’m a very anxious cat parent and come in every single time something feels off and the team always explain things clearly which always helps me feel calmer. My cats are in great health- they eat well, they drink lots of water and their dental health is wonderful. I credit a lot of that to the advice and care from the doctors and nurses at the clinic. Recently, I took my cats to the clinic to get spayed and it was a very easy process. I think I was way more stressed than my cats haha! The team could sense I was very nervous and so, they sent me lots of message updates through the day. My cats came home the same day and were eating and sleeping despite my worries. The healing process was great, whenever I had a concern, I sent a text message and I always got a prompt response. I recommend signing up to the VIP service if you are a little anxious like me because it’ll save you a pretty penny. I am a firm believer that good vet care is essential to happy and healthy pets ❤️

Fantastic experience: من أكثر الأشياء اللي تفرق فعلًا عند أي دكتور بيطري هي الصراحة والوضوح، وهذا الشيء دائمًا أحصله عند دكتور عمر. تعاملت معاه لسنوات طويلة في حالات مختلفة لقططي من أمراض قلب وكلى ومثانة والتهابات، وفي كل مرة أشوف نفس الدقة والاهتمام. دايمًا يشرح لي كل شيء خطوة بخطوة، ويكون واضح وصريح بدون ما يجامل أو يعطيني أمل وهمي، وحتى التحديثات يخبرني فيها أول بأول بدون ما أضطر أسأل. اليوم مع قطي وودي، حاول بكل اللي يقدر عليه عشان ينقذه، وجلس معاه لساعات طويلة لحد الفجر. من البداية كان صريح، وحاول يتعامل مع الحالة ويعالج الضرر اللي كان موجود بسبب عيادة اخرى، لكن للأسف الضرر كان كبير. شعار العيادة “where pets are family”، وبصراحة هذا أكثر وصف صادق يعكس تعامله. ممتنة له على أمانته وجهده ومحاولاته لآخر لحظة.

From the moment we arrive at the vet, to the updates during treatment and the aftercare afterwards, everything has been truly amazing. We’re so grateful for the care Stella receives.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Village Vet! After moving to RAK, we visited 3 different vets, but this one is definitely our favorite. In two other clinics, they couldn't even give a deworming pill to our cat properly, but at Village Vet, the team did it so quickly and professionally! The doctors here are incredibly caring, and our pets (both cat and dog) always feel comfortable and loved. It’s a stress-free environment with a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for the amazing service and for being so gentle with our furry family!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the clinic. My cat had a very bad leg fracture and I’m sure the surgery saved his leg. Dr O took care of the proper leg stability and stitches. I like the staff, they checked often on my kitty and reminded of checkups. I also used the grooming service and was happy with it.

He reassured me when I thought our little 9 month old puppy’s life was at danger. He is still continuing to show 100% care and support 24/7. He’s literally on call on what’s app 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns I have. Even when I have been caught up with my busy life he is still messaging to check in on progress of our little puppy Leo. You’ve been spot on with everything. To be honest I can’t believe any other vet would go to an international seminar and ask questions about my dog in Al Hamra village! Negative experience: This is absolute scam, they said that treatment was provided however it wasn't. Bone wasn't removed, went to another vet and found out the bone was still there. Its all about getting paid without providing proper care to the animals.

Fantastic experience: The best vet clinic in RAK so far! I treated my Doberman twice there, and Dr.Omer is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and compassionate towards animals! The staff are great, the prices are reasonable and the place is clean too. I was shocked as well by their post-appointments calls to check on how my dog is doing! Fantastic experience: Dr Omar is an amazing, caring and an expert vet. My pet Mika-chan who is only 9 months old broke her tooth. I called seven clinics and vets in Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah; they all wanted to remove a perfectly healthy tooth for such a young kitten which is ridiculous. A good friend of mine recommended Dr Omar and he had the equipment to treat her. Mika-chan is feeling better now, has no pain and eating her food. Today, 16th of September; my cat Tsuki-chan had blood in his stool. I took him to another vet who recommended a medication without any blood or diagnostic tests. I felt disappointed and annoyed. I had a hunch that this condition is not normal so I reached out again to Dr Omar. He welcomed Tsuki-chan with his usual caring self and did all the tests to diagnose him properly. Dr Omar provided treatment based on concrete evidence he got from the test results which is an indication of his high level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to caring and saving my pets. Thank you so much Dr Omar.

Fantastic experience: After a really bad experience with another vet that left my rabbit in a really bad condition, dr Omar literally saved his life. He’s very professional and good with pets. Pikachu is healthier than ever all thanks to him. They also have the nicest and the most polite staff.

Fantastic experience: I used to take my two cats to an expensive vet in AD that charged me incredibly high and treated my cats with a lot of things, Since then I've moved to Ras Al Khaimah and took my cats to this vet. They were too sick at that point and he tried his best to take care of them and for that I'm forever grateful. He's truly a vet that cares about your animals and builds a personal relationship with you and makes you feel involved in the treatment and tries his best to explain to you the situation. I've since told my friends to visit him and everyone just says great things about him. Dr. Omer is really remarkable and his staff are the best as well. Don't ever be in doubt to visit this vet, it's really worth it for your pet's health.
