The team took great care of my cat, they groomed him, handled him gently, and ensured he received his routine vaccinations on time. Dr. Ghassan Salloum is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate with animals. I felt completely reassured knowing my cat was in such good hands. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: تجربتي في عيادة رأس الخيمة البيطرية كانت جميلة جدًا. أخذت قطتي لتحميمها، وقصّوا شعرها وقلّموا أظافرها باهتمام ولطف، وكان واضح حبّهم للحيوانات من طريقة تعاملهم معها. كذلك أعطوها تطعيمات الدودة والتطعيمات الدورية بكل عناية، وشرحوا لي كل شيء بهدوء. ارتحت كثيرًا للخدمة والنظافة والتعامل الراقي، وحسّيت أن قطتي بينهم بأمان. بصراحة عيادة تستحق التوصية.

Negative experience: When we were leaving and had to pay the final bill, we went to the checkout counter. The young man charged us 200 dirhams, although it should have been 70 dirhams. When we complained about this, the man didn't apologize, didn't take responsibility for the incident, and simply changed the receipt. BE CAREFUL. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILLS to see what they're charging for.

Negative experience: DON'T RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS PLACE. Me and my husband are the volunteers. We are trying to help and save street cats that were injured. When I came to this clinic, they didn't provide proper diagnosis. Just said that the leg is broken and cat needs bandage. They put the bandage for 26 days. And we paid for the staying inside the hospital. We were beleiving it will be better for cat to recover. By the prognosis on 3rd week's the leg should be recovered. But after 26 days they took off the bandage and leg looks horrible than it was from the first day. It looks like they broke it again. When we asked why nothing changed. They said now we need to make surgery and also X-ray, which we have to pay for. But we were charged for 1500 AED already for nothing. When we asked why they didn't provide it from the first day, they can't explain us.This is big SCAM, i think they don't even like animals. I think they look at animal and all they think about is MONEY. The first big RED FLAGS were when we visited the cat, she was always hungry. When we asked why, they just said that they are feeding her well. They even didn't gave her any medicine. When they were removing bandage cat screm and was in pain, it looked worse than it was.

Negative experience: They cut my cats whiskers off.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed and angry with my experience here. My cat’s whiskers were cut on both sides, and I was told this was done “accidentally” by the trimmer. That explanation is very hard to believe, as whiskers on both sides were evenly cut. Whiskers are a vital sensory organ for cats and should never be trimmed under any circumstance, especially not during trimming. What makes this worse is the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, this was brushed off as an accident. This shows either poor training, negligence, or dishonesty, none of which are acceptable when dealing with animals. If anything happens to my cat because of this, I will take further action. Pet owners trust vets and trimmers with their animals’ safety, and this incident has completely damaged that trust. I hope the clinic takes this seriously, retrains staff properly, and ensures this never happens to another cat.

Fantastic experience: I brought a rescue bird to RAK Vet Center, where Dr. Anas handled the first diagnosis and treatment. After he went on vacation, Dr. Ghassan continued with the treatment and follow-ups. It was a long process, lasting about 4 months, as the bird had a virus. I would like to thank both doctors for their accurate diagnosis and treatment. A special thanks to Dr. Ghassan for always responding to my messages on WhatsApp and helping to save this small soul. I am very grateful. She came back a few times to visit us)

Negative experience: معاهم دكتور شايب كنت شال له قطوتي مريضه وعطاها إبره رحمه من نفسه بدون ما يسألني قتل قطوتي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل منه الله لا يسامحه لا دنيا ولا أخره ما أنصح بالعياده يتخذون قرارات بدون ما يشاورو صاحب القط حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل الله ينتقم منهم

Negative experience: I take my cat here monthly and it’s fine but they don’t cut his hair they say “we need to drug him” first of all what? You’re a veterinary institution but you can’t cut animals’ hair? Secondly, they cannot subdue a foot long animal? You need to use tranquilizers just to cut my cats hair and traumatize him? I take him here monthly because we need the wash but tranquillizing my cat benefits us in no way.

Negative experience: They do not have a price list! The service charges are as they please and they tend to change these as they please. The staff seem to be preoccupied on their mobiles and do not really care to even hear you out properly. I would rather go to RAK Animal Welfare centre although it is at the other end of the city.

Fantastic experience: Best Veterinary Center in RAK, with well trained staff. They are treating Cats, Dogs, Birds, Falcons. In one sentence they are very good at their job. They have Laboratory also. Foods for pets are available. Verily recommended by me.

Negative experience: The worst place to take your Pet I dropped my Mcaow and when I came back he was bleeding There was no respect for the customers and the doctor didn’t take care of the bird. The took 130 for destroying the bird feather and making them full of blood unprofessional staff للاسف اسوا بيطري لا توجد رحمه ولا اي نوع من الاهتمام او الانسانيه وضعت الطير الخاص بي و عند رجوعي كان الطير ينزف دم وفي حاله يرثا لها واسلوب الدكتور جدا جدا سئ ولا انصح احد بالذهاب اليه . حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.
