Positive experience: Great experience with my cat’s grooming at Corniche Vet Clinic. The staff were gentle, caring, and professional, and my cat came back looking clean, well-groomed, and happy. Highly recommend their grooming service!

Negative experience: My experience at this veterinary clinic was very disappointing and has caused me a great deal of anxiety and sadness. I brought my 5-month-old kitten to the clinic for vaccination and deworming. However, she had already been suffering from diarrhea for three days. During the examination, the veterinarian checked her temperature and confirmed that she had a fever. Because of this, vaccination was not recommended, which I understood. The veterinarian gave her a deworming tablet and asked me what had happened to her eyes. As a pet owner, I did not know the cause, which is why I brought her to a professional for help and diagnosis. I was only advised to buy eye drops for AED 50. What concerned me most was that no treatment or medication was recommended for her fever or diarrhea. I was simply told to observe her condition at home. After bringing her home, she was still unwell and continued to have a fever. I did my best to care for her and encourage her to eat. Sadly, the next morning, I found my little kitten had passed away. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and I am deeply depressed by what happened. I expected more guidance, treatment options, or follow-up recommendations given her symptoms. This was a very painful experience for me, and I hope the clinic will review its procedures to ensure that sick animals receive thorough evaluation and appropriate care.

Negative experience: قمت باصطحاب قطة صغيرة كانت عينها مغلقة فقط وتم شفاءها عندهم وقمت باخبارهما بأن يقوموا بعمل اللازم لها بجرعات التطعيم وخلافه ذهبت لزيارة القطة وجدت القطه جالسه في صندوق الفضلات تعاني بإسهال شديد وعيناها الاثنين مغلقين وكانهم اول مره يروها أين الشخص الذي يقوم بوضع الطعام لها لما يراها بهذه الحاله وقمت مفزوع وقلت لهم كيف الإهمال الشديد هذا من طرفكم وأثناء ذلك الوقت فارقت القطه الحياة لإهمالهم الشديد انصح بعدم اصطحاب حيوانك الأليف الصغير لهم لانه بالفعل سيفارق الحياه عندهم

They genuinely care about the animals brought to them. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. Overall such a great place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic.

Negative experience: I bring my cat here for grooming then i see the guy how he wash and touch my cat very careless and he doesnt care about the animal i went home and check my cat the ear is is not clean very well.. then after a week my cat got sick and she have ear infection because of this groomer… i dont recommend this shop sorry but they are not good

Fantastic experience: من افضل العيادات البيطرية في راس الخيمة بصراحة اسعارهم مناسبة جدا مقارنة بالخدمة اللي يقدمونها سويت عملية جراحية لكلبتي عقب ما اكتشفوا عندها صديد والحمدالله كانت التجربة اكثر من ممتازة طاقم الدكاترة كان مهتم بالحالة من اول زيارة لين فترة المتابعة بعد العملية وتعاملهم راقي وفيه حرص واهتمام بالحيوان بشكل يطمن اشكرهم علي احترافيتهم وصدق اهتامهم وانصح اي شخص عنده حيوان اليف يتعامل وياهم بكل ثقة

Negative experience: I got my cat spayed here and it was a nightmare. Really wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Eventually got my cat treated at another vet after a terrible infection because I couldn’t trust this place.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. My cat was clearly distressed and screaming during the treatment, which made me uncomfortable with how she was being handled. Although I completed the treatment, I did not feel confident afterward and took her to another veterinary clinic immediately for a second opinion. The service did not match the high price charged, and overall it was a very upsetting experience.

Fantastic experience: افضل عيادة في راس الخيمة على الاطلاق من حيث الاهتمام الشامل بالحيوانات الاليفة والرعاية والعلاج والمتابعة اخذت لهم قططي وكلبي للتعقيم وكانت العمليات ممتازة والاطباء ذوي خيرة واهتمام وكانو يجاوبون على اسئلتي بشرح مفصل واعطوني نصايح مهمة لمتابعة حالة قططي وحتى بعد العملية يتابعون بالاتصال للاطمئنان واعطاء النصح وحتى الجرومنج كان بمهنية عالية وموظفين العيادة والمديرة قمة في الرقي والاحترام بالتعامل وهي حنونة جدا مع الحيوانات الاليفة وتقدم مساعدة خاصة لقطط الانقاذ اسعارهم ارخص من كل عيادات رأس الخيمة بكثير شكرا جزيلا عيادة كورنيش بجميع موظفيها واطباءها ساستمر معهم في حال حاجة حيواناتي لهم واوصي كل اصحاب الحيوانات الاليفة بالتعامل مع هذه العيادة الجميلة ذات المهنية العالية

Negative experience: جداً خدمه سيئه عندي 7 قطط كل ما جيب قط يتحمم ويحلق بيطلع من عندكم عندو فطريات و مجروح و منروح لنشتكي بتحكوها لازم فحوصات و بس دفع فلوس خاب ظني والله مو اول مره بتعامل معاكم و للاسف كل مره نفس الحاله و باذن الله لن يتم التعامل معاكم مره اخرى لانو هي ارواح مش بس بزنس بس فلوس

Negative experience: احضرت قطتي يوم الجمعه لانه حرارتها مرتفعه فقامت الدكتوره بعمل تحاليل دم وتبين انه لديها عدوى بكتيريه فقامت باعطائها ابره خافض حراره ومضاد لمده يومين ولكن قطتي لم تتحسن فاحضرتهاًمره اخرى وقد كانت الدكتوره غيره موجوده فاعطها دكتور اخر ايضا خافض حراره ومضاد وايضا لم تتحسن قطتي لا من الابر ولا من الدوا اللذي تم اعطائي اياه ولقد كان الدواء مفعوله بطئي مع انه القطه كانت تعاني من حراره مرتفعه لا يمكنني الوثوقً فالعياده مره اخرى

Positive experience: I recently visited this clinic and had a good experience. The Filipina receptionist was exceptionally friendly and approachable making the process easy. The guy as well in the grooming area was fantastic. This clinic offer reasonable packages for your pets. I would surely recommend this Vet.

Negative experience: My experience with the clinic was disappointing. My cat wasn’t cleaned properly, as there was still dirt around the nose and mouth. Also the staff were not gentle when handling birds. Even though they require extra care and patience. I hope they improve their level of care.

Negative experience: ⸻ I recently brought my cat to this clinic for grooming, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After the visit, I noticed that my cat’s nails were not properly trimmed—only one paw appeared to be cut, while the others were left untouched. This made the grooming clearly incomplete. I also brought my cat for a check-up, but the assessment did not feel thorough. Only a blood test was done, and no further detailed examination was carried out. It was later found that my cat had ear mites and a fungal infection—conditions that could have been identified earlier if a more comprehensive assessment had been done. This delay meant my cat could have received proper treatment much sooner. When I raised these concerns, I was met with a response that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the responsibility was shifted back to me for not reporting it sooner. As a pet owner, I believe concerns about service quality should still be taken seriously, regardless of timing. What concerns me more is the attitude shown during the interaction. Rudeness and lack of empathy from staff are not just customer service issues—they can reflect the overall environment in which animals are handled. Pets are sensitive, and a clinic’s approach should always be calm, patient, and compassionate. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the clinic’s standard of care. I will not be returning, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this clinic to other pet owners. I hope the clinic reflects on this feedback and improves both their service quality and the way they communicate with clients.

Negative experience: بصراحة هذي أسوأ عيادة تعاملت معاها أسلوب الدكتورة(من الجنسيه المصريه) كان جدًا سيء وهجومي، ما كان في أي احترام أو مراعاة. فوق هذا، كانت تضغط علي أسوي فحص دم غصب، وتخوفني تقول إذا ما سويته بتحمليني مسؤولية لو صار شي لقطتي! مع إني مسوية نفس الإجراء في عيادة ثانية وما احتاجوا فحص دم أصلًا، فحسّيت الموضوع كله بس عشان يسحبون فلوس غير عن هذا، تعاملها مع القطة نفسه ما كان حنون أبد، كان جاف وقاسي نوعًا ما، وما حسّيت إنها تتعامل برفق أو اهتمام بالحيوان.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS VETERINARY CLINIC! If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. We brought our cat in because she had stopped eating and had very low energy. Unfortunately, the veterinarian did not perform any proper examination or diagnostic tests and simply advised us to go home. They also mentioned that the case was “rare,” but no further effort was made to investigate or address the issue. We decided to seek a second opinion at another veterinary clinic. As soon as they saw her, they were able to quickly identify the issue and immediately proceed with the necessary care. This experience was very disappointing, especially when seeking urgent medical attention for a pet.

Fantastic experience: I have heard cheap vets should be avoided and only expensive vets are good. I also believed it. But Corniche Vet changed my view. I just moved to Ras al Khaima and as a rescuer my budget was too tight since I moved. You can see the pics, from rescues, their grooming, urgent cases to my own cats, they have been a blessing for me. And my family. The cat u see seated in chair is a stray cat. When u see a vet clinic caring so much that they let stray cats enter their clinic in winter. Speaks a lot about vets how good the clinic and management is. U might have seen so many vets with food places outside for strays but u might have also seen cats in bad shape outside vets. This clinic ACTUALLY cares The reason of my review is my own cat’s emergency c section First they r cheap. Cheapest in Ras al khaima But the doctors are not just good they CARE for u and pets. They care so much. They are open till late and no emergency crazy charges. Dr was too kind to wait for us even at 2am My cat has c section and Dr Mohammad and Dr Khaled put their soul in case. They were working for us till sahoor. The manager Ahmed was there too. He was so comforting, he even gave us coffee. Gave me courage that cat will be fine. One of the babies out of two were saved Dr Muhammad helps so much I often don’t let him eat in peace. I also want to mention Dr Hani. He is gem of a person. You will not see a vet genuinely caring for cats this much. Also I want to talk about their grooming One of my stray cats was rescued and groomed here Last but not the least, the receptionists are always available and helpful Nimfa is so cute she don’t just work like professional but also care and take interest No fake feelings, she genuinely looks at cats and take interest in case The boy outside gate or if anywhere else who is standing outside will help u pick cat and take it inside for u, even help u get out of car. The lady female dr which I haven’t met yet but my husband has is too good and I have seen her treatment also and improvement in my cat I specifically want to mention manager Jehan, she is so friendly you ll think she is your friend and you know her from ages Even she take interest in cats and cases So humble and so smiling I am very happy we know this place. May this place continue to save lives and so many rescues and pets get well here. Ameen

Positive experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Aya, who performed an ovarian hysterectomy on my cat. Dr. Aya was incredibly reassuring throughout the process and provided excellent follow-up care. I truly appreciated her professionalism . The receptionist / person who handled the payment - was quite confusing. The document statement half payment but she demanded full payment and later corrected stating the new rule is to make full payment - I didn’t mind that but the way she gave the info was a bit off The grooming prices are quite reasonable . Other vets in rak are quite expensive . I appreciate the clinic is open till 1 am

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. My pet was not handled with care and the lady veterinary doctor did not seem professional during our visit. The lady veterinary doctor seemed scared of my indoor cat which made me feel uncomfortable and question her professionalism. I expected a vet to be confident in handling animals.

Negative experience: NIGHTMARE! Last night I took my cat here as he had an abscess due to constipation.. the vet here told me he’s not constipated and he needs immediate surgery or he will very much die within 6 hours. He told me even with the surgery he has a 50/50 chance of making it alive. He did not bother to check him properly for any ointment or injection. I ended up taking my cat to another vet in the morning and they thoroughly checked him and told me he did NOT need any surgery till the infection heals. This vet place is not educated enough and will very much put your pet to sleep forever! Please be careful and do not visit this place if you value your pets.

Negative experience: i'm really dissatisfied with there service and the manager, they say there are the cheapest but this is the most expensive clinic, and the clinic is not maintain very well, grooming is very smell from dogs and they not stop shouting at all. I pay 1050aed and i get nothing from there and they try to take from me more....

Fantastic experience: I recommend all of you to ask them to come to your place. Dr. Khalid was excellent and very patient. Even though four cats gave him a hard time, he completed the treatment. They charged me 250 AED for the visit. I personally prefer to work with this clinic, and rather than taking my four cats back and forth, I have them come to my home to check the cats. Merry , She is kind and can handle difficult situations perfectly. I highly appreciate ❤️

Negative experience: وديت القط للحلاقة و استحمام .. الحلاقة نظيفة. بس طلع من عندهم بالتهاب اذن... بسبب الماي و انا شفته كان يرش للماي بطريقة مستهترة على القط تجي على راسه على عينه و هو يتكلم و مشغول ما حد ثاني...

Negative experience: Had a bad experience here . My cat was really in good condition when we brought her there just for only grooming . They check our cat before they proceed they lady doctor said she was perfectly fine so they proceed. at first it was ok 2 helper were ok they shaving the hair of my cat . After theres one arabic take substitute to hold for my cat , thats the start my cat stressed his hand was holding heavly to the point my cat barely breathing already they finish the grooming but my cat has no more energy to stand up she’s just lying down . And i heard 1 arabic lady there i think she’s working also there just said “what happen to her “ and then she gets back on what she’s doing while the arabic doctor said let here rest . I was so shocked when she said like that my cat is barely breathing and there’s also water already coming out from her mouth . I started to panicked and my husband they wanted to put oxygen for my cat but their machine was broken . And this one arabic guy doctor just came and want to fix the machine he’s looking for a glue to connect whatever is broken in their machine it took a lot of time but they cant do anything . So i went out i cant really bare it I cried i told my husband lets bring her to another vet ., they just told us” let her rest” ??? If we didn’t run to other vet maybe she’s gone . I don’t see that they cared about what happened. So please choose your vet wisely if you love your pets check first the clinic . Im really thankful to the vet24 who revived my cat the doctor there was so professional i paid little bit extra but my baby was well taken care .

Negative experience: عندي قط بعمر ست شهور تقريباً ، منزلي مايطلع حتى الحوي دايماً فالبيت ، خذته للعيادة ع اساس ياخذ شاور، الدكتور سواله فحص عادي جدامي وقالي كل اموره تمام حتى فطريات مافيه وفحص اذنه وقال لي مافيها شي ، تركته عندهم كانت ليلة عرفة اظن او قبلها بليلة ورحت اخلص اموري ، رجعت خذته وصلنا البيت القط كان يعرج انصاب برجله عندهم ماعرف كيف ، كلمتهم قالولي ييبيه بس انا انشغلت جداً وماقدرت صار ماياكل وحراره والتهبت اذونه اخوي خذاه عندهم قالو لازم نسوي فحص دم ونشوف وفالبداية ماكانو يبون يعالجونه ع حسابهم بس بعد الجدال وافقوا ، ولكن ماسووله فحص دم ، الدكتور عطاه ابرتين ومن طلع من عندهم وهو يزاوع رحت لهم ثاني يوم وسالتهم ليش ماسووله فحص الدم الي قالو عنه وليش القط من طلع وهو يزاوع وتجادلنا المهم قالولي ارده لهم بس انا خذته عياده ثانيه ، سووله فحص طلع فيه (طاعون القطط) قال لي الدكتور الي فالعياده الثانيه هذا المرض ايي من قطط اخرى ، واذا وصله قط بهذا المرض لازم كل شي يتبدل ويتعقم المكان بكلور لان صعب يروح الفايروس وممكن يعدي الحيوانات الاخرى ، وبما ان القط مايطلع من البيت ف غالباً من العيادة ، ماقول غير ان كان من العيادة ف حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وياريت تركزون عالتعقيم وعلى اللطف وانتوا تسبحونهم . ملاحظة : فهالعياده يسوون خصم خمسين بالاميه لقطط الشوارع وهذا شي جيد .
