Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr. Sami for nearly 10 years, even before opened his own private clinic, Al Amal Veterinary Clinic. He is one of the kindest and most caring veterinarians I’ve ever met. The clinic is clean, prices are reasonable, and Dr. Sami is always responsive whenever I need him, especially during emergencies. I truly trust him with my pets and highly recommend this clinic.

Positive experience: قطي كان فيه جرح اهتمو فيه بشكل جميل و السعر ايضا جيد ولكن لم يهتمو باذنه او قص اظافره لانها جدا حاده و غير مغسول وحين اخذته كان جدا جائع وعطش ولكن الاستقبال لطيفين بالتعامل وايضا الدكاتره.

Every time I take my cats for grooming, they come back looking adorable, fluffy, clean, and smelling amazing. The whole experience is always smooth and stress-free, and they treat my cats as if they were their own. Fantastic experience: This is an amazing amazing establishment. Firstly, they really do help with strays, by far they're the most generous I have seen compared to many vets I have approached in both RAK and Dubai. It's always nice to see establishments give back to the community especially in this type of service which really helps the community/ society in a big way. Their clinic is impeccably clean - very very meticulously clean. The vets and staff are amazing. One can tell that they really do have genuine love and care for animals. They're here to serve and not just for the money. I took a stray for a bath and deworming. I took her home smelling like a glamour cat ♥️ the grooming was very well done. I highly recommend this clinic and will only come to them from now on.

Dr. Sami is very kind, professional, and extremely gentle with my dog, which gives me so much confort and trust every visit. The staffs are also very accommodating, and friendly. Negative experience: Very disappointing experience from Dr Micheal,but to be honest Dr Sami is the best The first time, my cat had parvo in its early stage and was still fighting, but the case was not handled properly and she sadly passed away. The second time, I rescued a street cat with liver issues and anemia. The doctor examined her and diagnosed fluid retention, but a month later she turned out to be pregnant and gave birth. This level of misdiagnosis made me lose trust. I would not recommend Dr Micheal

Before coming to Al Amal Veterinary Clinic, I had visited many other clinics, paid enormous amounts of money, and received little to no real help. Worst of all, in one of those clinics I almost lost my beloved cat due to misdiagnosis and lack of proper care. It was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. And then I found Al Amal Veterinary Clinic. From the very first visit, I felt something I had been searching for so long — real professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. But the person who changed everything for us is Dr. Sami. He quite literally saved my cat’s life. Fantastic experience: Doctor sami is the best vet doctor i ever dealt with gives u an advice he is so caring and most important i never felt he is a commercial doctor or taking advantage of my baby sickness to make money i really do trust him and i advise to do too Today i took my baby boy milo and was so sick not eating for 3 days with a severe diarrhea we got the treatment and thanks god few hours later he starting again

Negative experience: After bringing my cats for grooming in clinic, they developed feline plague Parvo Virus the next day due to negligence, despite my repeated requests to isolate them and ensure proper cleaning. I had to spend nearly 5000 AED at another clinic for their treatment. Also, the are keeping cats and dogs together in one room. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this clinic — very professional, transparent, and caring. You don’t feel like it’s just commercial. My kitten had ringworm and I wasted so much time and money in other vet clinics where proper treatment was never given. Here, finally everything was resolved effectively. I recommend this place to everyone in RAK

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this clinic. My cat was in a critical state, weak, cold, and unable to move — but instead of providing proper treatment, the clinic only ran basic tests, gave sedation, and kept him overnight without real care. When I picked him up, he was filthy, smelling of urine, and still in shock. No fluids, no proper monitoring, and no meaningful explanation were given. Because of this neglect, I had to rush him to another clinic, where a competent vet diagnosed him correctly and provided the life-saving treatment he actually needed.

Fantastic experience: من زماااان ودي اكتب عن العياده بكل مصداقيه بسس ماكان عندي فرصه ، اول حالة عالجوها عندي قطة بلديه لونا كانت ابدااا ماتتحرك لدرجه الواحد يشك فيها شي خذتها عندهم وانا منهاره والحمدلله بعد الفحوصات وتمت عندهم قرابة ال 15 يوم رجعت صحتها احسسن من قبل وفوق هذاا صارت اليفه بعد من التعامل اللي كانت تحصله من العياده بدون شك ❤️❤️ وبعدها خذت الثقه كلها كل قطط الانقاذ عندهم والقطط اللي حوالين بيتنا وقططي بكل مصداقيه عالجت اكثر من عشرين قط مااعرف العدد ماشاءالله والحمدلله مرتاحه منهم وكذا قط خفت اخسره بسس الحمدلله بعد الله ثم هم يرجعلي بصحته وعمليات التعقيم جداا بسيطه عندهم ماتوقعت بهالطريقه واخذهم بنفس اليوم او اليوم اللي بعده وحتى اسعاره فرق عن العيادات الثانيه ، اولا عيادة ليست مادية كثر ماانهم مركزين على الروح اللي ايبها لهم ❤️ وثانيا تعاملهم جدا جداا جدااا راقي وياي كلهم بدون استثناء الدكاتره وكل الموجودين وحتى اللي يسبحون القطط احب لطافتهم ويا قططي ❤️ وبالاخير على كثر مااسير لهم العياده الوحيده اللي صددق احسس انها ماملت من قططي وهالشي وااايد واايد ريحني من صوبهم ودي اتكلم واايد بسس مابخلص اعرف اشكركم من القلب يعطيكم العافيه على كل الجهود اللي تسوونها لقططي ❤️

Fantastic experience: Doc Samer is good. He treats 3 of our dogs - and usually wont give any medications right away unless blood tests or other tests depending on what complaints we have, and its been working our pretty well. The clinic is clean and sanitized every visits we have. Best of all, their rate is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I tried many clinics in ras al khaimah for my 2 cats and al amal is by far the winner. Big facility in an ideal location and the staff are very courteous and cooperative especially Dr.Sami. I do all my cats vaccinations and treatments here in addition to boarding the cats when I travel. Very highly recommended!

I've been going in and out.. taking glimpse of my cat, and the way they handled her made me feel at ease for the prices, the grooming price is well deserved, but the medications are bound to be expensive almost Everywhere... so don't put your hopes up I've been to 5 different vets, but the way they treated my cat should make me a regular...
