Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment! Thank you to Dr. Mohammed for the outstanding care and professional treatment provided to my cat Nick, during his critical condition. He is always kind and supportive as well the service is reasonably priced. Special thanks to Dr. Hebba for her dedicated care and support. Appreciation also to Mustafa at reception for his assistance.

Fantastic experience: I’m really grateful about this clinic and the team , highly recommended. They have a genuine compassion for animals specially for my cat and we felt supported. Can walk in blindly. They have assisted me urgently and a heartfelt gratitude especially to Dr Mohammed, he tried all his best and even call to know about the condition of my Mufasa, unfortunately she did not make it due to several critical conditions but will always be loved.

Negative experience: I took my cat to their clinic and the nurse was fine,, but in the same time their prices make no sense at all,, plus they didn't have the required tablets and they only have injections so by that they gave me no other option expect to accept the injections to be given which is more expensive than the tablets,, then based on that I have to visit them for 3 days in a row to give my cat same injections ,, and to pay every time!!! What I didn't also like that the nurse was talking to me as if she given me a big discount and did me a favor!!!! If a customer is paying u money for the consultation and for the treatment separately, the follow up and for the medicine ( which was also more expensive than outside pharmacy) U HAVE NO RIGHT TO SPEAK AS IF U ARE DOING ME A FAVOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES... Based on my own experience I don't recommend them

Negative experience: doctor charged me 650 for a blood test for my cat, not including any treatment costs. The results still haven’t come out since yesterday. She also did not remove the IV catheter, and my cat’s paw became swollen. I advise everyone to ask about prices before anything is done, because the doctor did not inform me of the cost until after drawing the blood.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service with my dog. They answered me quickly by WhatsApp, answering all my questions, and in the application of my little one’s vaccines and medications they were very kind and professional. I recommend this veterinarian.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care for my cat Mila! I highly recommend this clinic AL ASIFAH VET CLINIC. They took amazing care of my cat, Mila, when she was sick. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and they clearly explained everything that was happening. Mila is now feeling great and is back on her feet, walking and jumping thanks entirely to their dedicated team, the doctor's, the kabayan staff, the manager and the receptionist Ms. Lorna., they really make Mila feel safe and comfortable in more than 1 week she stayed in the clinic. I'm so grateful for their expertise and compassion. If you need a vet for your cat, look no further!

Fantastic experience: After having very disappointing experiences with other veterinary clinics who misdiagnosed my cat and provided little to no treatment, I finally brought Leo to Dr. Mohamed at AlAsifah clinic, He immediately recognized what was wrong, explained everything clearly, and gave Leo the proper care he urgently needed. Thanks to his accurate diagnosis, and treatment plan, Leo is now eating, hydrating, and recovering well. I am truly grateful for his compassion, and the difference he made when others could not. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a fur parent its a great relief that we found Al asifah vet clinic during our beloved Toph got sick. All Staffs ,Doctors and Mam Manager were all helpful. Their concerns to our patient pet and expertise, saved us from much worry. Highly commended. Your fur babies will be in safe hands.

Negative experience: If your pet is not a cat or a dog, dont take them here because they end up ending their life. My brother took his sugarglider here a while ago and he ended up giving him some powder and vitamin to dissolve in water which made him even more sick and he ended up passing away. (there was no name on the powder packaging) We didnt suspect anything and yesterday we took our baby bird and same thing he gave us a nameless power and vitamin and that ended up unaliving our baby bird. We took him to another vet and the veterinarian was upset that those things were given to this poor bird. So DONT BRING YOUR PET IF ITS ANYTHING OTHER THAN A CAT OR A DOG.

I was out of the country when one of them fell ill, and they handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. They kept me regularly updated and truly treated my pets as their own. Fantastic experience: Great place for my cats. They take good care of our babies. Especially Dr. Mohammed, well experienced in handling your beloved pets. All the doctors and staff are well trained and very friendly too! The manager, Ms Rominda, she’s so considerate, and the receptionist, Ms Lorna is so kind and sweet to animals.

Negative experience: worst clinic i have ever been in. if i could rate it a 0 i would. i took my two of my cats here to get help and they were extremely. harsh on the cats. especially the helper that’s not even a nurse kept yanking my cats and being so incredibly brutal on them. yesterday when i came and the Women doctor gave them injections. The injections fell on the floor and the clear thing to put inside the injection was covered in old blood and when we told them to change it they said it was the cats yesterday’s syringe and they reused it. Blood. I don’t know who’s blood it is went INSIDE. my cat’s body. I cannot describe how disgusting and unprofessional this place is. I hate it with my whole heart and i have gotten not the best customer service here. I would not recommend this place to anyone and save your cats from this place!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently took my Maltipoo to Alsifah Veterinary Clinic for grooming and a rabies shot, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and skill they demonstrated, especially when handling a young puppy. Fantastic experience: Took over a cat from our neighbor that did not want the cat 2 days after the cat had pain in his leg and had problem to walk, I booked an appointment in AlAsifah since they’re prices were affordable. After examination and xray they found a lump in his right leg so they began to give him treatment with antibiotics. I was very happy with the encounters the staff was very kind and welcoming especially Malith that always helped us.

Negative experience: Worst vet clinic! Here's why: My elderly male cat, Buddy, had a dental condition which was preventing him from eating. Took him to Al Asifah on 22 March, was told that he needed to be on drips due to low temp which was fine. Also told that he would need surgery under anesthetic to remove teeth. Also fine. Paid and left. Dr Aya was the vet on duty. She phoned me and informed me that surgery couldn't be done as anesthetic was risky due to his lung condition. When I picked up my cat there was no mention of the refund for the anesthetic and surgery. I asked for it and Dr Aya told me that I should bring my cat in for thenext two days for antibiotics and that was already paid. No, cost of antibiotics is far less than anesthetic and surgery. I was refunded AED 250 after insisting.I was given the antibiotics to administer at home with no proper instructions, just a syringe. Buddy started eating but only for three days after which he stopped eating and drinking and growing weaker. So I took him to the clinic and again Dr Aya was on duty. However, this time I asked her to euthanise him as he was clearly suffering. She refused. She first wanted to run tests (this even though she was aware of his condition) - liver function, kidney function and blood. She said only then would she consider putting him to sleep. I stood in her surgery fo half an hour begging her to put my cat out of his misery but she coldly told me she would not. Where's the love for animals that they profess to have? I was very distressed and took my cat home. On the way I stopped at another vet (close by on the corniche) and the vet said t was haram to euthanise an animal! So better to let the animal suffer till its last dying moments. Every vet practice in every country will put an animal to sleep when they know there's no hope because it is the kindest thing to do. Again, another 15 minutes begging. By ths time I was emotionally spent. I decided to take Buddy to another vet the next day. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. He passed in the most painful way - screaming and writhing then he went still. First time I experienced this as I always had my pets euthanised when it was their time. It was the most traumatic experience to have a beloved pet pass in this way in my arms and Dr Aya is responsible for this. The clinis is all clean and shiny but what's the point if the doctors only care about profit and not the comfort of an animal. They are family members, but their care for them and pet owners is only superficial. While examining your pet they are probably calculating how much owners can be fleeced for. Bottom line - I will NEVER use their services again! They are hopeless. Gave it one star but it deserves none, can't post otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service! The staff at the vet were incredibly polite and respectful, even with our temperamental cat. They did a fantastic job with the lion haircut, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff at AlAsifah are one of the best I've ever seen! They're professional and very humble and friendly. My cat of 16 years had an initial stage renal failure but through their treatment it got reversed and she's much healthier now.

Fantastic experience: I recently came to this clinic with my cat (Lulu) suffering from constipation that lasted for few months even though she was on laxatives, they managed to know the reason for her issue. Dr. Ahmed handled her surgery very well and now she is doing fine. The follow-up care was exceptional and the staff are very friendly and responsible. They truly deserve a 5 star rating with no hesitation. I can’t thank you enough Al Asifah team ❤️

Fantastic experience: Nice experience. Dr. Mohammed was very kind and understanding. He explained in detail about my kittens issues. His treatment helped my kitten recover fast. Rominda was very helpful in explaining. Thanks to Al Asifah vet clinic.

Negative experience: The clinic is Excellent and the management very accommodating. But the Groomers is not professional, I am very disappointed on their service , it took them almost 3 hours just to cut the hair not include the shower yet , and also they are not gentle on pets not like the other groomer in other veterinary. Waited time is not worth it on the hair cut style in the end it’s not satisfying for the result .

Negative experience: Overpriced compared to other vets as the neutering surgery I did for my cat cost 350 AED in comparison to other vets who do it for 250 AED. Also, I was charged 450 AED in total which makes me question whether I paid 100 AED just for the vet to open my cat’s mouth and tell me that him panting was due to him reacting to the heat? Also, my cat removed his cone after the surgery which led me to take him to another vet to put it back on. The other vet said that the surgery was done in a much more complicated manner than it should’ve been done in, and if it was done in an easier way my cat wouldn’t need to keep his cone on for this long. My first red flag should’ve been the way my cat was taken out of his cage as the cage was flipped over for my cat to come out which I have never experienced with any vet or groomer before.

Fantastic experience: I really loved the place it's so clean and got some modern technology, I really appreciate the service Dr. Ahmad gave my cat mimi, the workers and the doctor really helped us, when mimi got missing and we found her after 10 days they offered us a check up and grooming. Fantastic experience: The best veterinary clinic I ever have been! The place is fancy, super comfortable, equipped with the best machines and technology, food, medicines etc, the doctors are so sweet, Doc Ahmed is amazing, Doc Abdulla is super kind, they love animals, they take care of them so nicely, they'll never look at the breed but the soul of the animals, my cat is super wild and they always manage to take care of her with love, I wish I can give them more than 5 stars! Fantastic experience: The best vet clinic & grooming place in RAK. This is coming from someone who lived in Dubai for many years. What I love about them is they have it all - grooming, vet and pet accommodation among others. I’m proud to witness how they improve from their interiors to the overall experience without compromising the price. This is definitely the go-to for my two cats’ needs.

Positive experience: I don’t like all the doctors there, the staff keeps going back and forth for coffee and snacks while the pet is still in the treatment room. Although I like the way they treat the pets and dr.fakri is my favorite there, he’s really careful with everything and he’s super nice. Good experience but not the best I do recommend it to others.

Negative experience: The clinic looked good. A big one. Spacious. The veterinarian in the reception was nice and clever. I gave then two stars because there was unleashed dog that kept jumping on my legs. The veteranian could not control it in the beginning, before he could take him inside. I like dogs but I don't like them to jump on my legs. I thought the price of the mefications they had was expensive specially the medication I saw was with not a price label.
