Fantastic experience: Thanks to the team of the clinic, our cat is alive and healthy today. She was really poorly when we brought her to Dr.Jimmys, she got serious issues with blood and we also lost lots of time by taking her to another vet clinic where unfortunately they couldn't fix her. We were getting ready for the worse, as she refused to eat for almost a week and could hardly walk. Our cat received genuine love and care and proper treatment, whilst me and my husband received such a needed support. Can't thank enough every single member of the Dr. Jimmys clinic, what great team under one roof! As challenging as it was to find a good doctors for our pet, Iam so grateful we finally found you guys! Lots of love and gratitude from our family!

Negative experience: We had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Our dog waited for around 2 hours without clear communication regarding the delay. During that time, nobody contacted us to explain the situation. When we collected him, he was heavily panting, very hot, and covered in cut hair from other dogs. We also noticed a tick on his head after leaving the clinic, which we had to remove ourselves immediately in the car. What upset us most was the lack of communication and transparency. If there was a staff shortage or emergency situation, we believe clients should have been informed in advance or upon arrival. Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not feel comfortable returning.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to be a regular customer of this clinic thanks to recommendations of my two colleagues. Yesterday I took my Milo for tooth scaling, a quite complex procedure requiring blood test and full anesthesia for my little one. Dr. Badr and Dr. Amr demonstrated utmost attention to details and high professionalism whilst doing it and made sure my dog doesn't risk anything undergoing this new for him procedure. We also received after-treatment pills and tooth spray to take care of his teeth on a regular basis. I have full trust in their expertise and will come back, if required. They also have very cute cats owned by Dr Jimmy and I enjoyed playing with them whilst waiting for my dog.

Fantastic experience: We went here for my dog a 5 year old chocolate Labradors surgery. The pre surgery tests, actual surgery and post operative care was all very good. I am a very scared dog mum and Dr Jimmy very patiently answered my many questions and concerns. The team of doctors Dr Jimmy and Dr Brad regularly saw him to see how he was healing and even changed his ointment. The receptionist is very sweet too , even asking for my boys videos to see if he is showing any pain when walking etc. The support staff Joshua and others weee great help as it would have been difficult to handle our English lab by ourselves.

It was a really scary experience for me because he suddenly became very sick and I didn’t know what to do. Negative experience: Unprofessional and unreliable with deadlines for grooming - poor customer service… Actually I’m coming after iftar and you have receptionist that can control all appointments..I came 20:40 and I received my cat’s 23:30 and doctor jimmy tell me all people come to take they pets at the end of day and I told him not all people have same case..for your history last year my cat ( smoky) which got treated from you doctor jimmy was dead after 1 week ( for your history it was 2025) .. As a veterinary clinic, it is advisable for you to accept criticism, estimate appointments correctly, and not respond to comments by saying that you are the ideal clinic in Ras Al Khaimah. You say you I’m in a hurry and came at a tight time... This is misleading information. I came to your reception and asked if it’s possible and asked reception, and she told me only had one dog available and would start on my cat afterward. Is it reasonable for one dog to take two hours and twenty minutes? (This shows you're unprofessional.) Is it reasonable for my cat's ears to be dirty after only one day of cleaning? This shows that your service is inadequate and unprofessional. Finally, don't blame people to prove you're right and to make customers feel they're wrong and negligent just to prove you're perfect in everything. Accept criticism. We've dealt with veterinarians in Dubai and Abu Dhabi who are far better than you.

Fantastic experience: Physically visited 4 veterinary clinics in Ras Al Khaimah. So far It's the best skillful and experienced doctor in this clinic. Accidently find this clinic on Google searching. It's weird that I am searching high quality, hygienic, clean,fully equipped veterinary clinics since March 2025 and only find on Google on 2026 for the veterinary close to Khuzma. Got a very good and fair price for the stray cat I rescued. Strongly recommend to the pet owners who want high quality of treatment for your pets in Rak.

Negative experience: Over priced. He will give him every treatment in the store to ramp up the price. And the issue is he will never tell you the price upfront. Came in with a cat with a digestive problem. 10 min later came out with 900 dhs bill. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: When zoro got sick, I started looking for clinics then I found this clinic after reading the amazing reviews — and it was the best decision ever. They immediately discovered she had FIP and started proper treatment right away. After a month, she was healthy again, eating, and playing like before. Fantastic experience: Dr. Badr, Krikoon and I are so thankful to you. My lovely rescue was in terrible pain from a big wound on his back that got worse due to another vet’s mistake. He had a fever, was shivering, and I was so scared. Dr. Badr gave him the right care, stabilized him, and now Krikoon is recovering so well. He even comes happily on his own for his wound-cleaning routine and lets me take care of him. I’m truly grateful.

Fantastic experience: I lost Shuru for 3 days, and when I found him, he was limping and can't move on his back leg My friends recommended Dr. Jimmy vet for me I went there, they checked the cat with x ray to find that he has a very bad fracture Dr. Jimmy immediately took the decision to do the surgery because the fracture was already old The surgery was done in the same day, and I was so happy to see Shuru moving on his legs again immediately after the surgery Thank you Dr Jimmy and all the team there, I'll always be grateful for your help
