Fantastic experience: Dr. Israa is very good, pays attention to details does thorough examination for pets and is so pet friendly.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this clinic after losing my furry friend My cat had chronic kidney disease but had been stable for years, eating, drinking, moving, and living normally. This was documented by home camera footage taken just hours before admission. He was taken to the clinic for routine grooming only, not due to any health decline or deterioration. After a check-up, I was told he was stable. The IV was given only as supportive care for his kidney condition, not as treatment for any deterioration. Within two days at the clinic, his condition changed significantly he stopped eating and drinking, became very weak and unresponsive, and his temperature was dropping. In 9 years, he had never reached a state like this. If these signs were observed during the plan, it raises a serious question as to why it was not reassessed or adjusted immediately!!!?? When I asked for an explanation, I did not receive a clear answer. I also requested a review of the clinic cameras to confirm his condition at admission, but no clear clarification was provided. On the third day, I transferred him to another clinic, where the doctor was very concerned about the speed and severity of the deterioration. I understand he had a medical condition, but he had been stable for years. The sudden decline within two days while under care remains unexplained to me.

Negative experience: They don’t know how to deal with fungus, they made me pay money for nothing also the place is dirty and smells really bad

Maingat at propesyonal ang vet mula pre-check, gang pag ka tapos.. Malinaw mag explain sa mga gagawin, mga dapat bantayan after surgery, at ramdam mo talaga na priority nila ang safety at comfort ng alaga mo.. Maasikaso mula sa staff gang sa mga doctors..(friendly).. Malinis at maayos na environtment.. thank you somuch team specially to Sir John... As a furparent, I can say that this is my children's pedia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: They came to check my dog at my hotel , charged 500 aed for a wound on my dog’s tail, gave one antibiotic and left with out giving a cone , I woke up and my dog tail is in blood . they refuse to take responsibility even for the job was basic and part of their treatment saying cone is stress to animal wow

Negative experience: Over rated spend 2k and no reports etc given blood work done for three dogs and zero.prescriptions Was promised on WhatsApp wouldn't give originals till date nothing.

Fantastic experience: I have a pet kitten and i always take her to pet care clinic for doctor mehmet because honestly he is so kind so loyal and so helpful ive never took her to a clinic and a doctor helped out in this way i highly recommend doctor mehmet one of the best doctors and also the reception there is so kind and helpful and everytime they give her a shower she always comes out so clean ive always washed my cat in clinics but by far this is the best one i highly recommend doctor mehmet and pet care clinic as a community.
