Fantastic experience: I needed to get my 2 cats their rabies vaccines and dealt with Aisha from the beginning. As a very anxious cat mum and one of my boys having a history of reactions, she spoke to Dr Flora prior to the visit and assured me all would be ok. On arrival I met with Aisha who was so calming and friendly. Dr Flora was great and made sure both cats were ok before we left. Super amazing service and I couldn’t be more grateful x

Fantastic experience: We have been Noble Veterinary Clinic clients since we first obtained our little furry ball of joy Dusty (Maltese) 6 years ago and except from the annual check ups for vaccination this is the first time we needed medical vet’s assistance for Dusty’s eyes because of a really severe inflammation she was battling. I would especially like to thank to Dr Nenad who cared for Dusty. Not only did he get the inflammation under control in a record time but I appreciated the most the relief that was visible on Dusty right after a couple of hours of treatment. I am very thankful and words are not enough really to express my gratitude! The whole staff at the clinic is very kind, approaching and helping and that means a lot to me too. The receptionists were all very nice and the vet (Dr. Sarabjit Singh) was very informative and nice. The day after my vet visit the clinic sent me a message to check up on my pup and were very attentive. I would recommend this vet for sure!

Fantastic experience: If i could put a 100 STARS I would! I went to see Dr. Pauline as my Lilly (maltipoo) has an allergy and she already saw 3 vets and the improvement has been minor. Dr. Pauline was so patient and very thorough she took a loooong time to ask all the questions needed and answer any concerns. She didn't try to sell me any expensive tests or fancy supplements and the bill was cheaper than what i expected. After i left, they sent me a message with a recap of the visit and the meds schedule that i starred and refer to if i forgot something. Lovely people who know what they do and do it with love ❤️

Very grateful for all the care they give to her <3 Edit: My 13 year old Maltese has been struggling with doggy dementia for about a year now. The vets and receptionists at Noble Vets have truly done everything they possibly can to help me with her care. I am in constant communication with them through Whatsapp and they never fail to answer my questions and concerns as quick as they can. The team will forever have all my love and appreciation. Negative experience: We had been clients of Noble Clinic for about a year, but unfortunately our experience has been consistently disappointing. We would come in with minor concerns and leave with bills of around 2,000 AED. The pricing in this clinic is extremely unclear and, frankly, unreasonable. During one of our recent visits, the receptionist informed us that a parasite test was already included in the consultation fee. Two weeks later, when I double-checked, I was told that it was not included and that I needed to pay an additional 300 AED. Since I had already spent over an hour in traffic to get there, I agreed. After leaving the samples, I received another message saying that this was actually the wrong test and I would have to pay an extra 472 AED. Had I known this from the beginning, I would never have proceeded and would have done the test in my home country instead. It is truly disappointing to see such a lack of transparency and no clear price list for services. We have now moved to another clinic, where we receive accurate quotes before any procedures and are treated with professionalism and respect.

Negative experience: We booked a package for the annual vaccination of our two cats. During the visit, an additional treatment was carried out, but we were neither informed that it was not included in the package nor advised of its cost in advance. The charge turned out to be quite high, and we were surprised to learn about it only at the moment of payment. We strongly believe that transparency, clear communication, and customer authorization should always come before providing extra services—especially when they involve additional fees. This experience left us disappointed, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had to rush my dog in for an emergency after he had an acute allergic reaction, and I can’t thank the team enough. They answered my call within seconds and were already waiting for me outside as I was parking. From the moment I arrived, Dr Nenand and the team, welcomed us immediately, acted quickly, and handled everything with such professionalism and care. Dr Nenad administered a couple of injections, gave me clear advice, and made sure my dog was comfortable and recovering before we left. Fantastic experience: I have a 13-year-old Yorkshire. Due to someone’s mistake, he had a fall that caused fractures in both of his jaws. Dr. Singh performed a very complex surgery, inserting pins in both jaws during a 4-hour operation, followed by a week of hospitalization. For me, this was nothing short of a miracle, as my son also suffers from osteoporosis, which made the procedure even more challenging. Today, after just one week, he is back home, eating and drinking comfortably, full of energy. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Singh for making this possible, and his remarkable care has given my son a new chance at a healthy life. And my sincere thanks to the management of Nobel Clinic.

Negative experience: My dog’s vet in Lebanon requested a simple urine test as part of her regular 6-month check-ups. Since we already did the blood test in another Dubai clinic, I only needed the urine test done urgently without consultation because my Lebanese vet reviews the results directly and advises next steps. Instead, I was asked to complete a lengthy referral form with unnecessary details, including vaccination dates that my Lebanese vet doesn’t have on hand. I even offered to present the blood test and vaccination card, but they refused. Their only option was to charge me for a consultation I did not want or need. It was just a simple urine test, nothing more. This was a complete waste of time, extremely unprofessional, and very disappointing.

Sadly after a few years of loyalty to the clinic we're going to move on finding a new clinic. The pricing and communication about pricing and services rendered has become a bit outrageous. I gave it a few chances but saw no resolution. It's such a shame as we had been so happy before.

Fantastic experience: We took our 9 years old Yorkshire terrier, Oreo after he met with an accident and was unstable. We were more than lucky to have met Dr Sarabjit Singh who operated on him. It was an intensive laparotomy that had very meek survival chances. Post that he was very unlucky to even have necrosis of the back skin as well as suture site. However, with the guidance of Dr Singh as well as amazing hospital staff he got through that as well and is now perfectly fine, healthy and happy. I would also bring to attention Mr Salar, the head of Noble clinic and his kind gestures. He extended more cooperation than expected and made sure Oreo gets home only when he is completely recovered. Would 100% recommend this clinic for routine and even more for complicated and serious cases. Also, Dr Singh is literally God sent! ❤️

Most vets have treated him like a lost cause or a problem to be managed. But Dr. Salome Viñas and the team at Noble Vet Clinic did the exact opposite. They rolled out what can only be described as the red carpet — with gentleness, respect, and deep understanding of his history. Justice was there for grooming and dental scaling, which has always been a nightmare to even attempt — but Dr. Salome handled it all with so much care, compassion, and professionalism. She kept him completely safe, calm, and treated him like a worthy, valuable animal — not a liability. It honestly brought tears to our eyes. This was the first time Justice was treated not just as a difficult case, but as a beloved client. They gave him the royal treatment and exceeded every possible expectation. I felt the sincere love, care and dedication of Dr. Leticia Maia to my dog. She is an amazing doctor. Thank you Doc from the bottom of my heart Thank you Noble Vet Clinic DIP & the entire staff who give updates, and their best efforts to make my Chloe feel better. She is ok now and very much active.
