Negative experience: I visited this branch to update my cats’ vaccination booklets, as they had not been vaccinated for some time and I wanted to prepare their documents in case I need to travel with them in the future. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was not pleasant. The staff member at the front desk spoke in a very rude tone from the moment I entered and did not communicate in a supportive or informative way when I was asking questions about my cats’ old vaccination records. As a customer, I came to the clinic to understand the correct process, and I expected guidance and professional communication. I was told that my cats needed two vaccines specifically for travel purposes. However, after checking with other veterinary clinics, I was informed that one rabies and the annual vaccination is generally sufficient, provided the required waiting period is respected which is 20 days! Since I brought three cats, the total cost reached around AED 1,500, which felt quite high given the situation. I believe clearer explanations and a more respectful approach toward clients would make a big difference in the overall experience. I hope the management reviews this feedback and improves the communication and customer service at reception.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, the doctor and receptionist were very rude no customer service experience. The doctor was not friendly at all . Over priced as well!!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed! After taking my cat , my husband brother n (my husband )bring his sick cat , they take her to clinic- and vet .didn’t want even to look at the cat ( and it’s written free consultation! ) they said we need to pay around 1000 aed for test but not sure if they can treat her ! How not human you can be - only interested in money- instead to at list look at the cat and even change check up ! Even on Ramadan this behavior. So much disappointment. I ll not take my cat here anymore !

Fantastic experience: I have no words to express my gratitude to Pet Friends and Dr. Ahmed (JVC Branch). I had an emergency and Googled for a 24 hour clinic on January 22. From my first call in the early hours to today, I have taken around 8 cats, some very serious and Dr. Ahmed has been nothing short of exemplary - professional, kind, patient and understanding. He properly explained everything, answered all my questions and updated me morning and evening. Night reception Mr. Ahmed and nurse Karim were fantastic as well, just so sweet and helpful. I would go to visit in the day and the entire clinic were very nice, it actually feels like they love animals and the place itself is so comfortable and generous. but I know I can trust them to look after us. Btw they did not even ask for a review.

Negative experience: We called the vet asking if there was a bird doctor they said yes after travelling for 1 hour when we reach the clinic they said they don’t have the Receptionst must not be knowing. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: The reception staff provided unclear and inconsistent information about the doctor’s schedule, which felt unprofessional. I had to reschedule my visit multiple times because each time I was told the doctor was available, only to be informed later that he was not. This happened again the following day. I hope you can improve your service and communication moving forward.

The vet conducted a thorough examination and started the IV treatment immediately. What impressed me most was the clarity of the diagnostic report—the doctor Mr.Ahmed explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and patient , which really put my mind at ease during such a stressful time. My cat stayed for a few days, and the clinic allowed us to visit and spend time with him every day. Seeing him come home healthy yesterday was the best feeling. Negative experience: Worst experience and customer service I faced for the last 16years living here or since I'm dealing with the veterinary services . Unfortunately the customer service was so poor that the communication wasn't followed up , I asked a question about the timing arrangement if it is possible to delay my booking since my cat escaped the house in the same morning we had the appointment. I booked grooming and vaccination services for TWO pets TWO services . They did not reply to my message about the timing. Finally after 30 min my cat came back , I immediately informed them that I'm coming and moving now towards the clinic with both pets. When I reached them , while I was parking, they informed me that my appointment it is cancelled with a very disrespectful text message, while I kept them updated and I asked what to do before moving . Taking 2 pets in the car and driving all the way to them it is so stressful for them ( pets ) and foe me as I was rushing with 2 pets In my car ! I told them that makes me very upset that I came all the way as well that I asked them before moving and I kept them informed about my moving, however nothing was done from their side . Thsts for the JVC branch .

I hope it stays that way. The operation was done very quickly. Very sensitive and responsive doctors and doctors' assistants. Well, the girl at the reception is also very beautiful and responsive.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed With the Emergency Care I visited this clinic with a kitten who was almost unresponsive and urgently needed stabilisation. I clearly explained that he had just collapsed, was dehydrated, and required immediate supportive care such as IV fluids, glucose, or oxygen. Instead of providing any basic emergency treatment, the staff focused on selling expensive tests (PCR and bloodwork) while my kitten was crashing in front of them. Not a single attempt was made to stabilise him — no fluids, no glucose, no warming, nothing that a real emergency vet should do first.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. They hurt my cat to try to trick me into paying for medication she doesnt need. The doc removed blood and told me the plasma was 'abscess ' They are also so rough with the pets. Horrible experience. Will be complaining to the authorities.

Negative experience: Completely lack professionalism in caring for the animals. My cat given vaccines by the 'senior' vet on his glass desk instead of consultation table in a consultation room. The chip insertion was wrong done and my poor cat bled n screamed in pain. I have had several cats vaccinated and chipped at various clinics do never new to this and I knew these guys were absolutely terrible at their job ! With recent news of several pet owners having suffered after trusting the incompetent team at this vet - i strong urge people to NOT ONLY avoid going to them but help SHUT DOWN this place
