3 months ago Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. The vet gave my cat a sedative to calm her down for the grooming. Once we left, he gave her an extra dose without our knowledge or consent which caused her to be drowsy and incapable of walking for 6 hours afterwards. Never going back here again.

7 months ago Negative experience: Even though we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment, they kept us waiting for 25 minutes. The place was completely empty. The doctor didn’t see our dogs because he was flirting with a woman instead. We got upset, but he didn’t care at all. We left — I definitely don’t recommend this place. Don’t go, you’ll end up disappointed.

8 months ago Fantastic experience: I am deeply grateful to Noble Vet for the care and compassion they showed during Leo’s end-of-life journey. When the doctor came home to see him, the team was patient and gentle which is exactly what we needed in that moment. Even from the first time we asked about palliative care, their response was so empathetic -all other clinics we reached out to seemed so clinical, not understanding the weight of the situation. They’ve kept checking in and updating us after, and every interaction has been kind and gentle. It made such a painful loss feel a little less heavy, and I’ll always be grateful for them treating Leo with dignity, and with so much compassion for us too. Writing this for anyone who is in the same situation. Looking for someone to help with end-of-life care for your beloved pet is a tremendously difficult experience but I'm glad we chose Noble Vet. My Cat Sophie is 10 years old,as she’s been diagnosed with arthritis,she was well taken care and gently handled during her grooming. She has been visiting Dr Mafalda since many years and to my surprise Sophie was given complimentary grooming service—it was such a thoughtful touch! My fur baby came out looking clean, happy, and smelling fresh.The groomer was gentle and skilled, and it’s clear they truly care about the animals.I highly recommend this clinic for their grooming services as well as for medical care. 11 months ago Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to find Dr Rokas who assisted me with my 18 year old cat who declined very rapidly with kidney failure. Putting her to sleep was the hardest decision of my life but Dr Rokas had endless patience, explained everything so clearly, was able to honour my wishes to do it at my home. He had so much compassion, professionalism, expertise and care when the time came today and the process was so peaceful and done with love. In her diagnosis he was meticulous in explaining all the options we had and making sure I was clear about the timelines and how to ensure she was comfortable in her last few days. I could not be more grateful and I will forever recommend him to my pet owning friends. Thank you to the whole team for their care, but especially to Dr Rokas
