Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I brought my cat in because he was vomiting and clearly unwell, and instead of feeling supported as a worried pet owner, I was made to feel judged and blamed. The doctor was passive-aggressive and immediately assumed I was feeding “bad quality food,” which is not true. My cat is extremely picky and I actually put a lot of effort into finding food he will eat. I was also criticized about grooming and ear care without any attempt to understand my situation or the fact that I adopted him. What upset me most was the lack of empathy. Veterinary care should include compassion for both the animal and the owner. Instead, the communication felt condescending and uncomfortable. On top of that, the treatment plan presented was extremely expensive with little flexibility or practical consideration for someone who works full-time and cannot come twice daily. It felt more like a sales pitch than collaborative medical guidance. Pet owners come to clinics when they are scared and worried. We need reassurance, clear explanations, and respect — not judgment. I hope the clinic improves its communication and bedside manner in the future.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our cat Mushu to Royal Pets since last year. The team has been really nice and patient with Mushu (he’s a headache for grooming). Amanda has been very helpful and responsive. Dr. Eslam Samra has been taking good care of Mushu since we took them there. He did his ultrasound, blood tests and also castration a week ago and they have been consistently checking up on our dear Mushu. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for someone who will handle their pets with care. The clinic is located in a quiet area in Garhoud and there are parking spaces available.

Fantastic experience: Im glad i went to Royal Pets Veterinary Clinic with no any idea at all as a tried few pet clinics only via scrolling google maps but failed since other pet clinics doesn't have the facility compared to Royal Pets Veterinary Clinic. My fur baby was not able to walk due to the thick hair constricted to her both legs already and upon x-ray and blood samples... they were able to bring her legs back to normal without amputation. A huge Thank you to the Veterinarians who facilitated us. They are really nice and very professionals. The place is totally clean and smells good. All my worries dissappeared when i entrusted everything to Royal Pets Veterinary Clinic. I also appreciate the staffs for doing follow-ups and that simple gesture means your in the right place.

Patchi’s vet used to be from a different clinic and quite far from my place, but after experiencing the care from the Royal Pets team when I brought him in for an emergency, I’m never going back to the previous vet. Fantastic experience: Mashallah a really great clinic for pets, my cat fell and broke her leg, we took her immediately to the clinic, when we said emergency Dr Moamen immediately attended. Very kind and experienced and kept us updated step by step and did everything X-ray, ultrasound, gave drips pain killer and antibiotics. Fantastic experience: I'm incredibly grateful to all the doctors and assistants at this clinic. I've had two major experiences here. The first was in August when I rescued a two-month-old stray kitten named Cocoa. She had a full vaccine package, CBC test, FPV rapid test, Giardia rapid test, Feline Respiratory Panel test, and treatments for internal and external parasites, as well as the Speed Trio test. Dr. Moamen handled everything with great patience, communicating with me despite my limited English skills. Together, we determined the necessary tests and responded swiftly. He was also very affectionate with Cocoa, showering her with kisses The second experience occurred in October when Cocoa ingested two 15cm rubber bands along with other materials. Through X-rays and ultrasound, Dr. Eslam identified the foreign objects in her stomach and small intestine. At that time, Cocoa was just four months old and very small, which made me fearful of the abdominal surgery. However, Dr. Eslam comforted me by explaining that the surgery would be less stressful and would employ an endoscope. They also performed her spay/neuter surgery simultaneously at a very reasonable cost. The surgery was a success, and Cocoa was hospitalized for three days afterward. They sent me photos and videos of Cocoa every day and answered all my questions with care and professionalism. It's been three weeks since the surgery, and Cocoa is now healthy and active. The doctors and assistants at this clinic aren't just here for business; they truly understand the bond between animals and their owners and are remarkably compassionate and helpful. I trust them wholeheartedly and will continue to come here in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience with this clinic as they were very helpful and accommodating esp.Dr Eslam as he was a good friend of the vet dr in Egypt of my in-laws.He gave me assurance and did the best of his expertise to save my furbaby "CoCo"as she was very weak and dehydrated for a week. Negative experience: We had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic. They gave us a dog that was suffering from multiple health issues, including a yeast infection and ear mites. It’s clear that no proper or even basic health check-up was done before handing the pet over to us. If we had been informed about the dog’s condition, we would have taken immediate medical care. Instead, we were misled and left to deal with unexpected health problems that could have easily been avoided with honesty and responsibility. This is not acceptable from a place that is supposed to care for animals. A sincere request to anyone planning to get a pet — please avoid this clinic. Make sure you go somewhere that truly prioritizes the health and well-being of animals. Answer for your response below, as im unable to put another review: Agreed — the dog was active, playful, and eating well. But the statement that a proper checkup was done before handing over is completely untrue. If a proper examination had been carried out, your staff would have informed me about the dog’s ear mites and yeast infection. I consulted another vet just three days after adoption, and the doctor confirmed that the mites were old — more than two weeks — and the yeast infection was already well spread. This clearly shows that the issue existed long before I adopted the puppy. Is this what you call a proper medical checkup for a living creature? After I informed your staff about the diagnosis, she even offered me a refund for the consultation — and I have proof of that in our WhatsApp chat. If the dog was completely healthy, why would your staff offer a refund? Regarding your mention of legal action, I’m well aware of UAE laws and would never post a review without evidence. I have all necessary proof and vet reports to support my feedback.

The vaccination went smoothly, and afterwards Dr. Abu Bakar together with the groomer trimmed my cat’s claws. They both managed it perfectly. I was able to get appointment last Saturday, thanks to Miss Amanda who was very accommodating over the phone. I would like to thank Dr. ABU Bakar for the care he provided during our first visit (vaccination). Thank you also to Dr. Kim who assisted Dr. ABU. Both of them were very gentle and caring. My puppies were very calm and relaxed, as they were in their own home. As a first timer fur parent, appreaciated the advices and support on how to take good care of my two puppies. Fantastic experience: Dr. Eslam did an amazing and great job for my dog. I trusted him since then from the vaccination up to the castration. He’s professional and made sure that I’m comfortable during the explanation for the surgery pre and post operative procedures. Staffs are doing great and Elle, the reception, help us also to understand how the process will gonna be. Kudos, also to the groomer, hussein, my dog felt at home.

Fantastic experience: This is the nest clinic we had ever used, we have two dogs and many of the other vets we've visited either gave us mis diagnoses or tried to sell us something. This clinic has very considerate vets and the staff are great very supportive and they keep checking on our doggies. Not only that we have rescued a little kitten from the street with a huge wound that reached her skull. Dr. Mamoon was so empathetic and helped with everything he could and kept checking on her, not only that, he gave us great discount and freebies in order to support us. Such a great human, before even being a vet!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Eslam, Dr. Momen and Dr. Abu Bakr for their care! My cat was in a critical condition when I took her to them, and was nursed back to health, they will do the needed and are all very skillful, experienced and extremely gentle with our pets. I cannot recommend this place more, definitely take your pets to them without a second thought, they deserve 500 stars. They also sent multiple updates and videos every day when the cat was staying with them, and fully explained all the procedures needed. Nurse Elle has been very diligent in her care.

Fantastic experience: An excellent clinic. I have been using their services for last 3 years. Dr Moamen attended to my pet and did a great job! The location is inside the compound.. this could do with some signposting as google maps invariably takes us to the exit gate of the Dubai Autism center (which is in the same compound). The vet clinic is behind that, entry is from the side gate.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr. Moamen and his knowledge about pets health in general, my cat reacted to Rabbies really good and with 0 complications unlike last year in another clinic. Also, he gave me good recommendations about his gums which comforted me a bit as there is nothing serious going on and brushing his teeth is enough. Plus this clinic is 5 away from my home which makes my cats experience almost stress free
