Fantastic experience: Our elderly dog had a large wart that he would constantly bite, leaving it covered in blood. Other veterinary clinics told us that surgery wasn’t possible and kept him on medication for a whole year with no real progress. However, this clinic performed the surgery right away, and he healed beautifully. We are nothing but grateful.

Fantastic experience: I’d love to share my experience with Perfect Dose Veterinary Clinic. Honestly, they have some of the best service compared to all the clinics I’ve visited, especially since my dog was suffering from a severe cough. The doctors there were extremely supportive and followed up with me almost every day until my dog fully recovered, thank God. My cat also visits the same clinic, and I keep up with all her vaccinations there. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs healthcare for their pet and wants to feel reassured and confident.

Fantastic experience: Perfect Dose Veterinary Clinic – Dubai Our furbaby had not been keeping well for a couple of months, and during that time we consulted multiple veterinarians, hospitals, and doctors. Unfortunately, none of them were able to clearly understand or identify what the issue was. From the moment we came to Perfect Dose Veterinary Clinic, everything changed. Dr. Hari and his team were extremely patient and thorough, constantly ensuring that every necessary step was taken to truly understand what our furbaby was going through. He was kept under proper observation, and we always felt reassured that he was in safe and capable hands. Dr. Peter was present with Dr. Hari most of the time and worked very closely with him throughout the treatment process. Whenever Dr. Hari was unavailable, Dr. Sahad took excellent care of our furbaby and ensured continuity in treatment with the same level of compassion and attention. A very special thanks to the nurses — Anju, Jhill, and Faith — who were incredibly supportive, gentle, and caring during all our visits. They treated our furbaby like a small baby, not just a patient, and that meant the world to us during such a stressful period. A couple of weeks ago, his surgery was successfully done, and his recovery has been going extremely well. This would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and genuine care of Dr. Hari and the entire team. This was more than just a doctor–hospital relationship. The treatment was highly personalized, compassionate, and close, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done for our furbaby. Fantastic experience: As a fur parent, I am so pleased with how everyone at PDVC cared for my fur babies. Everyone, including the receptionist, are all knowledgeable with everything that they do. I used to bring my eldest cat to another vet and have seen how stressed she was whenever they handle her because they grab her and hold her tight as soon as she is out of her cage. I thought It was her normal attitude towards others, reason why I told Ms. Jill during my first inquiry that I have an aggressive cat and I need someone who can handle her. Much to my surprise, it was a huge difference since I moved her to PDVC. Thanks to Dr. Philip who connected with her first before he did any procedure, which I believe helped a lot for my cat to have that calmness instead of fear. Now, I have two cats and both of them goes to PDVC and were happy to be under their care. Me and my babies are so lucky to find this place and I highly recommend it to all fur parents who wants to make sure of the best care for their furbabies☺️☺️☺️

Positive experience: Overall, this is a decent veterinary clinic. The medical staff and doctors seem qualified, and the examination of animals is conducted properly. Prices for tests and procedures are reasonable. The facility itself is average, but acceptable considering it’s a pet clinic. However, I have one serious concern. While we were waiting for our dog’s examination, a dog was being washed in the grooming room nearby. The person handling the dog was being extremely rough — the dog was whining a lot, and we witnessed them pulling the dog’s tail aggressively and even hitting it on the face a couple of times. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and very upsetting to see. I really hope the management takes this issue seriously.

My Simba had suffered from a fracture which left me panicked as i'm new with cats but Perfect dose assured me that my cat would recover in no time. Negative experience: We will give 5stars to the doctors and the receptionist here. Our little Oreo, a male Turkish Angora, came there with a broken paw, and the doctors treated him with utmost care. Even in his deepest pain, he didn't attack or hurt any. But recently few months back we went there for grooming and the experience was terrible. I don't know who did his grooming. Our poor baby was terrified and panicked. He was not even coming to us after reaching home. After that incident, we could never take him out of the home or near his box. He wasn't like this and we are sure we can never get his trust back in taking him outside because of the pathetic service in grooming.

Fantastic experience: Its exactly what you’d expect from a veterinary clinic. Its a clean place and the staff are quite friendly. We left our cat here and also had her spayed. The surgery went well and by the looks of it her stay there was perfectly fine. The living units for pets seemed clean enough, although they kind off smell, but it’s expected as there were many cats and dogs there. Overall a good place for pet boarding and other pet health related stuff.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We brought our cats in to be spayed, and both had complications. Their wounds kept reopening, and we had to return multiple times. Eventually, we took them to a different vet. One of our cats ended up with an infection after her wound opened up for the fourth time. We understand complications can happen, but the new vet was shocked by the poor stitching and mentioned it was done incorrectly. Mistakes are one thing. But repeated issues, an infection, and feedback from another professional confirming it was improperly done, that’s just not acceptable.

The prices are extremely affordable, which is so rare in Dubai, especially for the level of service they offer. I brought my dog Milo here for his castration surgery. Two days after the operation, he developed a bit of inflammation. I brought him back, and they gave him free follow-up medication and injections without hesitation. Their support didn’t stop after the surgery, and that kind of care is something I haven’t found anywhere else in the city. Thank you for taking such good care of Milo. Negative experience: Bad service. My cat was traumatized when we picked him up after grooming. They did a quick job. Not nice cut at all. Our cat is still angry and upset from us. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: Was amazed to this pet clinic , they also have groomiing services which needs to booked 2 weeks prior appointment . Dr. Sahad was the morning Doctor and Faith was the frontliner reception who accommodate us professionally ! She is very jolly and hands-on to her duty . Doctor Sahad very straightforward vet to our furbaby ! We feelt so welcomed all the time . PERFECT DOSE INDEED A PERFECT PLACE TO OUR FURBABIES

Fantastic experience: We have a 4years old chihuahua and she’s a regular at Perfect Dose vet clinic. We bring her for her annual vaccination, she had dental scaling, and she got spayed too in the same vet clinic. The staff are superb and our favorite Dr Philip is genuinely caring, kudos to all the staff and doctors, great service.

Fantastic experience: I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found Perfect Dose. Before discovering them, I went through countless vets who charged exorbitant fees with little regard for my dog's well-being. Dr. Phil and Dr. Harry are incredible! They truly listen to you, and you can genuinely feel their concern for both you and your pet. The entire staff is fantastic, honestly. My only suggestion would be that the new receptionist could improve communication. I’ve had a few instances where my WhatsApp messages went unanswered— a simple yes or no, or even a brief explanation, would go a long way.
